Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of alerting of traffic behavior in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. According to the traffic behavior warning method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the surrounding service citizens are taken as the center, the data element value is exerted, and the method and the system based on video data analysis and laser projection warning are used for discovering the violation vehicles and reminding the vehicle owners, pedestrians and passing vehicles at the first time, so that the vehicle owners are actively reminded to reduce the administrative penalty probability of the vehicle owners, the illegal behaviors of the pedestrians are inhibited, the occurrence probability of accidents is reduced, and the urban management efficiency is improved while the citizen experience is improved.
It should be clearly understood that this disclosure describes how to make and use particular examples, but the principles of this disclosure are not limited to any details of these examples. Rather, these principles can be applied to many other embodiments based on the teachings of the present disclosure.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments are implemented as a computer program executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU). When executed by a central processing unit CPU, performs the above-described functions defined by the above-described methods provided by the present disclosure. The program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, which may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
Furthermore, it should be noted that the above-mentioned figures are only schematic illustrations of the processes involved in the methods according to exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not intended to be limiting. It will be readily understood that the processes shown in the above figures are not intended to indicate or limit the chronological order of the processes. In addition, it is also readily understood that these processes may be performed synchronously or asynchronously, e.g., in multiple modules.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods. For details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present disclosure, refer to the embodiments of the method of the present disclosure.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a traffic behavior warning device in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 8, the traffic behavior warning device 80 provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure may include: camera module 802, video analysis module 804, vehicle positioning module 806, laser warning module 808, and voice warning module 810.
In the traffic behavior warning device 80, the camera module 802 can be used to obtain the configuration information of the camera and receive the video information returned by the camera.
The video analysis module 804 can be configured to process the video information according to the configuration information of the camera, and determine license plate information of the target illegal parking vehicle.
The vehicle positioning module 806 can be configured to determine owner information of the target illegal vehicle according to the license plate information.
The laser alert module 808 may be configured to send the alert icon in the configuration information to a laser projection device, so that the laser projection device projects the alert icon.
The voice warning module 810 can be configured to generate warning information according to the configuration information and the owner information, and send the warning information to a terminal device corresponding to the owner information.
According to the traffic behavior warning device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, video information transmitted by the camera is processed according to configuration information of the camera, license plate information of a target illegal parking vehicle is determined, and after owner information of the target illegal parking vehicle is determined based on the license plate information, a warning icon in the configuration information is sent to the laser projection equipment, so that the laser projection equipment can project the warning icon in time, and a timely warning effect is achieved. Meanwhile, warning information is generated according to the configuration information and the owner information, the warning information is sent to the terminal equipment corresponding to the owner information, and voice warning can be timely carried out on owner users of the target illegal parking vehicles. The traffic behavior warning method of the embodiment can cooperate with real-time video analysis, a laser projection technology and a timely communication technology to warn bad traffic behaviors in time and improve the safety of traffic environment.
In an exemplary embodiment, the traffic behavior warning device 80 may further include: the illegal parking information determining module can be used for determining an illegal parking area and an illegal parking time threshold value in a video acquisition area of the camera; the warning information determining module can be used for determining a warning information template corresponding to the illegal parking time threshold and warning icons of the illegal parking areas; and the configuration information generation module can be used for generating the configuration information of the camera according to the illegal parking area, the illegal parking time threshold, the warning information template and the warning icon of the illegal parking area.
In an exemplary embodiment, the video analysis module 804 may include: the frame processing unit can be used for processing the image frames of the video information according to the configuration information and determining the illegal region; a parking violation vehicle positioning unit, configured to determine a vehicle object as the target parking violation vehicle if a vehicle object is detected in a parking violation area of a plurality of consecutive image frames, and a video duration of the plurality of consecutive image frames is greater than a parking violation time threshold in the configuration information; and the license plate positioning unit can be used for identifying the target illegal parking vehicle in the plurality of continuous image frames to obtain the license plate information of the target illegal parking vehicle.
In an exemplary embodiment, the laser warning module 808 may include: a parking violation area locating unit operable to determine a parking violation area in which the target parking violation vehicle is located in the plurality of consecutive image frames as a target parking violation area; and the warning icon sending unit can be used for sending the warning icons of the target illegal parking area and the target illegal parking area to the laser projection equipment, so that the laser projection equipment can project the warning icons of the target illegal parking area to the target illegal parking area.
In an exemplary embodiment, the configuration information includes a lane area and a warning icon of the lane area; the traffic behavior warning device 80 may further include: the lane positioning module can be used for processing the image frames of the video information and determining lane areas in the image frames; the pedestrian detection module can be used for carrying out pedestrian detection on the video information and determining at least one pedestrian object; the track prediction module is used for performing behavior prediction on the at least one pedestrian object according to the image frame of the video information and determining the predicted track of the at least one pedestrian object; and the pedestrian warning module can be used for sending the lane area where the predicted track is located and the warning icon of the lane area to the laser projection equipment if the predicted track is located in the lane area, so that the laser projection equipment can project the warning icon of the lane area in the lane area.
In an exemplary embodiment, the traffic behavior warning device 80 may further include: the snapshot module can be used for snapshot of the target illegal parking vehicle to obtain electronic snapshot evidence; and the evidence obtaining recording module can be used for recording the license plate information and the owner information of the target illegal parking vehicle and the electronic snapshot evidence obtaining.
In an exemplary embodiment, the vehicle positioning module 806 may be configured to call a government affairs data vehicle-related information database, perform matching according to the license plate information, and obtain owner information of the illegal vehicle.
An electronic device 900 according to this embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 9. The electronic device 900 shown in fig. 9 is only an example and should not bring any limitations to the function and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 900 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of electronic device 900 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 910, the at least one memory unit 920, and a bus 930 that couples various system components including the memory unit 920 and the processing unit 910.
Wherein the storage unit stores program code that is executable by the processing unit 910 to cause the processing unit 910 to perform steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above section "exemplary methods" of the present specification. For example, the processing unit 910 may perform the steps as shown in fig. 2 or 3 or fig. 4 or fig. 7.
The storage unit 920 may include a readable medium in the form of a volatile storage unit, such as a random access memory unit (RAM)9201 and/or a cache memory unit 9202, and may further include a read only memory unit (ROM) 9203.
Storage unit 920 may also include a program/utility 9204 having a set (at least one) of program modules 9205, such program modules 9205 including but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 930 can be any of several types of bus structures including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 900 may also communicate with one or more external devices 1000 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 900, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 900 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interface 950. Also, the electronic device 900 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN) and/or a public network, such as the Internet) via the network adapter 960. As shown, the network adapter 960 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 900 via the bus 930. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 900, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a terminal device, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program product capable of implementing the above-described method of the present specification. In some possible embodiments, aspects of the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code means for causing a terminal device to carry out the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the invention described in the above section "exemplary methods" of the present description, when said program product is run on the terminal device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
Furthermore, the above-described figures are merely schematic illustrations of processes involved in methods according to exemplary embodiments of the invention, and are not intended to be limiting. It will be readily understood that the processes shown in the above figures are not intended to indicate or limit the chronological order of the processes. In addition, it is also readily understood that these processes may be performed synchronously or asynchronously, e.g., in multiple modules.

Claims (10)

1. A method of warning of traffic activity, comprising:
acquiring configuration information of a camera, and receiving video information returned by the camera;
processing the video information according to the configuration information of the camera to determine the license plate information of the target illegal parking vehicle;
determining owner information of the target illegal parking vehicle according to the license plate information;
sending the warning icon in the configuration information to laser projection equipment so that the laser projection equipment can project the warning icon;
and generating warning information according to the configuration information and the owner information, and sending the warning information to terminal equipment corresponding to the owner information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining an illegal region and an illegal time threshold value in a video acquisition region of the camera;
determining a warning information template corresponding to the violation time threshold and warning icons of the violation areas;
and generating the configuration information of the camera according to the illegal parking area, the illegal parking time threshold, the warning information template and the warning icon of the illegal parking area.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the processing the video information according to the configuration information of the camera, and determining license plate information of the target illegal vehicle comprises:
processing the image frames of the video information according to the configuration information to determine the illegal parking area;
if a vehicle object is detected in the illegal parking areas of a plurality of continuous image frames, and the video durations of the plurality of continuous image frames are greater than the illegal parking time threshold in the configuration information, determining the vehicle object as the target illegal parking vehicle;
and identifying the target illegal parking vehicle in the plurality of continuous image frames to obtain the license plate information of the target illegal parking vehicle.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein sending the alert icon in the configuration information to a laser projection device comprises:
determining an illegal parking area where the target illegal parking vehicle is located in the plurality of continuous image frames as a target illegal parking area;
and sending the warning icon of the target illegal parking area and the warning icon of the target illegal parking area to the laser projection equipment so that the laser projection equipment projects the warning icon of the target illegal parking area to the target illegal parking area.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuration information includes a lane area and a warning icon for the lane area; wherein the method further comprises:
processing the image frame of the video information to determine a lane area in the image frame;
carrying out pedestrian detection on the video information, and determining at least one pedestrian object;
performing behavior prediction on the at least one pedestrian object according to the image frames of the video information, and determining a predicted track of the at least one pedestrian object;
if the predicted track is located in the lane area, sending the lane area where the predicted track is located and the warning icon of the lane area to the laser projection equipment, so that the laser projection equipment can project the warning icon of the lane area in the lane area.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
capturing the target illegal parking vehicle to obtain electronic capturing evidence;
and recording the license plate information and the owner information of the target illegal parking vehicle and the electronic snapshot evidence taking.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein determining owner information for the illicit vehicle based on the license plate information comprises:
and calling a government affair data vehicle related information database, and matching according to the license plate information to obtain the owner information of the illegal parking vehicle.
8. A traffic behavior warning device, comprising:
the camera module is used for acquiring configuration information of a camera and receiving video information returned by the camera;
the video analysis module is used for processing the video information according to the configuration information of the camera and determining the license plate information of the target illegal parking vehicle;
the vehicle positioning module is used for determining owner information of the target illegal parking vehicle according to the license plate information;
the laser warning module is used for sending warning icons in the configuration information to laser projection equipment so that the laser projection equipment can project the warning icons;
and the voice warning module is used for generating warning information according to the configuration information and the owner information and sending the warning information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the owner information.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor;
storage means for storing at least one program;
when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the method of any one of claims 1-7.
