The implementation principle of the stage lamp capable of prolonging the service life of the color chips in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the light source 2 is started, so that light beams pass through the corresponding color chips 4, and then the light with the corresponding color is irradiated on the stage through the lens 3; in the process, after the light source 2 is turned on for a period of time, the first driving member 52 is started to drive the turntable 6 to rotate, so that the next color chip 4 is penetrated by the light beam; in the process of rotating the turntable 6, the poke rod 552 rotates together and pokes the swinging rod 53 to swing, so that the color chips 4 which are rotated away are cooled by fan air; and when the separated color chip 4 is rotated to be opposite to the cooling plate 14, the heat emitted by the separated color chip 4 can be absorbed, and the cooling treatment is further completed.
The embodiment of the application further discloses a control method, which specifically includes the following steps with reference to fig. 8:
s10: and acquiring the position information of the turntable, and triggering a turntable resetting instruction according to the position information of the turntable.
Specifically, a magnet is fixedly arranged at the initial position corresponding to the turntable, and a magnetic sensor is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame at the position corresponding to the magnet; after a stage lamp switch button is pressed, whether the position of the rotary table is an initial position or not is detected through the magnetic-sensitive sensor, if the rotary table is not at the initial position, a rotary table reset instruction is triggered, the rotary table is driven to rotate towards the same direction until the magnetic-sensitive sensor detects that the magnetic force reaches a value when the magnet is over against the magnetic-sensitive sensor, the rotary table is turned to the initial position, and the rotary table is reset.
S20: and triggering a light source starting instruction, acquiring light source starting time information, and judging whether the preset time is reached according to the light source starting time information.
In this embodiment, the predetermined time duration refers to an average value obtained by performing multiple experiments on the same color patch, and calculating the maximum time duration of multiple times, where the color patch can bear the maximum time duration without cracks each time under the same light beam intensity.
Specifically, after the turntable is reset, a light source opening instruction is triggered, the timer starts to time from the time of opening the light source to acquire the information of the light source opening duration, the light source opening duration is compared with the preset duration to judge whether the light source opening duration reaches the preset duration or not, and then whether the color chip reaches the maximum bearing value or not is judged.
S30: if yes, an angle adjusting instruction is triggered.
Specifically, if the light source is judged to be started for a preset time, an angle adjusting instruction is triggered to drive the color chip to rotate, so that the color chip at the next position is rotated to be penetrated by the light beam, and the condition that the color chip is cracked due to the fact that the color chip is penetrated by the light beam for a long time is reduced.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 9, after step S30, the control method further includes:
s41: and acquiring image information before the color chip moves to the position of the light beam, comparing the image information with a preset image, and judging whether cracks appear.
In this embodiment, the preset image is an image of the surface of the color chip when not in use.
Specifically, when an angle adjusting instruction is punished each time, a camera carries out image recognition comparison on a color chip surface image to be transferred to a light beam position, the image is compared with a preset image, whether cracks occur is judged, and therefore whether the color chip has a quality problem is judged; in the step, the shooting position is set before the color film is rotated to the light beam position, because the color film is subjected to cooling treatment by one circle of the turntable, the accuracy of the shot image is higher than that of the shot image when the color film is still in a high-temperature state.
S42: if not, triggering a preset time length adjusting instruction.
Specifically, if it is determined that the color chip has cracks, a preset time length adjustment instruction is triggered, the preset time length is shortened, and the time of the color chip being irradiated by the light beam is reduced, so that the condition that the cracks of the color chip are aggravated is reduced.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 10, after step S42, the control method further includes:
s51: and acquiring triggering frequency information of the angle adjusting instruction, and acquiring the preset number of the color chip according to the frequency information.
In this embodiment, the predetermined number refers to that the color patches corresponding to the initial position of the turntable are numbered sequentially in the same direction of the turntable with the color patch corresponding to the initial position of the turntable as 1.
Specifically, when an angle adjusting instruction is triggered once, the triggering times plus 1 is recorded, so that the preset number of the color chip is obtained according to the value of the triggering times, and the detection mode is high in accuracy and efficiency.
S52: and forming abnormal information by the image information and the preset number and sending the abnormal information to the terminal.
Specifically, the preset number and the image information of the color chip are stored, when the color chip rotates to the shooting position of the camera next time, the image shot by the camera is compared with the stored previous image, the linear distance of the cracks in the two images is analyzed and calculated, and if the linear distance of the cracks in the current image is greater than the linear distance of the cracks in the previous image, the color chip with the preset number is in continuous damage; for example, if the predetermined number of color patches in which cracks are detected is 3 and the number of color patches in the wheel is 10, when the number of times of activation is 13, it means that the color patch with the predetermined number of 3 passes through the light beam again and rotates one turn with the wheel, and the image captured at this time is compared with the previous image.
When the linear distance of the crack in the image shot by the color film this time is larger than that of the crack in the last image, the image with the crack twice and the preset number form an abnormal information sending terminal to remind a client that the color film needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
