Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizers, and discloses a liquid fertilizer containing fish protein and a preparation method thereof, wherein the liquid fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35-40% of macroelement fertilizer, 0.5-1% of microelement fertilizer, 5-10% of water-soluble micromolecule organic carbon, 1-3% of fish protein liquid, 0.5-1% of seaweed liquid, 0.1-0.3% of suspending agent and 0.1-0.3% of synergist. The liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein provided by the invention has rich nutrient elements and active substances and high nutrient content, can effectively improve the fertilizer efficiency of the fertilizer and effectively solve the problem of soil hardening through the synergistic effect of the content components, and can be effectively absorbed and utilized by crops to promote the yield and income of the crops. The preparation method of the liquid fertilizer provided by the invention is simple to operate, the process conditions are easy to control, the preparation efficiency of the fertilizer can be effectively improved, the production energy consumption is low, the raw material source price is low, and the production cost of the liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein can be effectively reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizers, in particular to a liquid fertilizer containing fish protein and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the forms of commercial fertilizers in China are basically only two types: i.e. solid and liquid. Among them, liquid fertilizers are more and more concerned because of their rich nutrient elements, easy compounding, direct absorption by crops, convenient application, reduced manpower and material resource consumption, etc. The fertilizer containing the fish protein is rich in organic matters, fish protein, polypeptide and the like, can greatly increase the content of the organic matters in the soil after being applied to the soil, can rapidly promote the propagation of soil microorganisms, activates the nutrients of the soil to a great extent, increases the fertility of the soil, improves the fertilizer and water retention capacity of the soil, can effectively improve the soil hardening problem by using the fish protein fertilizer, and keeps the fertility of the soil new.
However, the existing fish protein-containing liquid fertilizer has the disadvantages of single organic synergistic source, high price, large investment of production equipment, complex process and high cost, so that how to better apply the fish protein synergistic technology to the high-concentration liquid fertilizer is a problem to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a macroelement liquid fertilizer containing fish protein and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems of single organic synergistic source, high price, large investment in production equipment, complex process and high cost of the conventional liquid fertilizer containing fish protein.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a liquid fertilizer containing fish protein, the liquid fertilizer comprising the following components by weight:

Preferably, the macroelement fertilizer comprises at least one of a nitrogen fertilizer, a potassium fertilizer and a phosphate fertilizer, and the total nutrient concentration of the macroelement fertilizer is more than or equal to 400 g/L.
Preferably, the trace element fertilizer comprises at least one of boron fertilizer, zinc fertilizer, manganese fertilizer and iron fertilizer.
Preferably, the fish protein liquid is from a residual decomposing liquid of marine fishes.
Preferably, the seaweed liquid is derived from a biological fermentation broth of deep sea seaweed.
Preferably, the suspending agent is xanthan gum.
Preferably, the synergist comprises at least one of polyglutamic acid and DA-6.
The liquid fertilizer provided by the invention takes the macroelement fertilizer as the basic fertilizer, and the microelement fertilizer is added into the basic fertilizer, so that the yield and the quality of crops are improved; the added fish protein liquid and seaweed liquid have low source price, high active substance content and rich varieties, can meet various substances required by crops, enhance the physiological function and stress resistance of the crops, simultaneously can ensure that beneficial microorganisms in soil can be rapidly propagated, optimize the soil structure and improve the soil ecology, thereby changing the form of nutrient elements which are difficult to utilize in the soil into the form of utilizable nutrient elements and enhancing the soil fertility; water-soluble micromolecular organic carbon is added into the fertilizer, so that carbon nutrients required by crops can be provided, and the carbon nutrients can be directly absorbed and utilized by plant roots and soil microorganisms, so that the growth of the plant roots can be promoted, and the soil can be improved; the suspending agent can improve the suspending capacity of fertilizer nutrients, prevent the fertilizer nutrients from precipitating and layering and keep the product stable; the synergist can be complexed with the large trace elements, so that the large trace elements can be more effectively absorbed and utilized by crops, and the growth of the crops is promoted. Through the balanced proportion of the components, particularly the addition of the fish protein liquid and the seaweed liquid, the fertilizer efficiency of the liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein can be effectively improved, the soil hardening problem can be effectively improved, and the yield and income of crops can be increased.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a liquid fertilizer containing fish protein, wherein the method for preparing the liquid fertilizer comprises the following steps:
putting a trace element fertilizer, a fish protein liquid, a seaweed liquid and a water-soluble micromolecular organic carbon liquid into a reaction kettle, adding water, controlling the temperature to be 50-60 ℃ to carry out a complex reaction, and stirring for 20-60 minutes;
and mixing the suspending agent, the synergist and the macroelement fertilizer, adding the mixture into the reaction kettle for reaction, absorbing the waste heat of the reaction in the previous step, and stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain the liquid fertilizer.
Preferably, the stirring speed of the suspending agent, the synergist and the macroelement fertilizer added into the reaction kettle is 150-200 r/min.
The preparation method of the liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein, provided by the invention, is simple to operate, easy to control process conditions, mild in conditions, and capable of effectively ensuring the stable performance of the prepared liquid fertilizer and effectively improving the preparation efficiency of the fertilizer; the production energy consumption is low, the raw material source price is low, and the production cost of the liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein can be effectively reduced; in addition, the fertilizer product prepared by the invention is stable, no flatulence layering is generated, and the activity of fish protein and alginic acid in the product is high.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

In some embodiments, the macroelement fertilizer comprises at least one of a nitrogen fertilizer, a potassium fertilizer, and a phosphate fertilizer, and the total nutrient concentration of the macroelement fertilizer is greater than or equal to 400 g/L. Preferably, the nitrogen fertilizer is selected from at least one of urea, ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate; the phosphate fertilizer is selected from at least one of monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate and ammonium polyphosphate; the potassium fertilizer is at least one of potassium sulfate, potassium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
In some embodiments, the trace element fertilizer comprises at least one of a boron fertilizer, a zinc fertilizer, a manganese fertilizer, and an iron fertilizer. Preferably, the microelement fertilizer comprises 0.2% -0.3% of boron fertilizer, 0.1% -0.3% of zinc fertilizer, 0.1% -0.2% of manganese fertilizer and 0.1% -0.2% of iron fertilizer. Further, the boron fertilizer is selected from at least one of borax and boric acid; the zinc fertilizer is at least one of zinc sulfate, zinc oxide, zinc chloride and zinc carbonate; the manganese fertilizer is selected from at least one of manganese sulfate and manganese nitrate; the iron fertilizer is at least one of ferrous sulfate and ferrous chloride.
It can be understood that the liquid fertilizer provided by the invention can also comprise medium elements, and the medium elements can be matched with the liquid fertilizer for use according to the growth stage of crops and the growth quality requirements of the crops.
In some embodiments, the water-soluble small molecule organic carbon refers to a small molecule organic carbon with a molecular weight of less than 1000, and includes alkanes, fats, saccharides, acids, aldehydes, and other components, the form of the water-soluble small molecule organic carbon can be liquid or solid, and the particle size of the water-soluble small molecule organic carbon is between 500 and 1000 nanometers. The water-soluble small molecular organic carbon has active functional groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl or amino, and the like, and the functional groups have good coordination (complexation) function, so that the coordination (complexation) function improves the activity of the large and trace elements, and the large and trace elements can be effectively absorbed and utilized by crops. The water-soluble small-molecule organic carbon has small molecular weight and small particle size, can be dissolved in water and can be quickly absorbed and utilized by plant roots and soil microorganisms, so that the water-soluble small-molecule organic carbon has the effects of promoting the growth of the roots, improving the soil, enhancing the photosynthesis of plants, improving the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers and the like.
In some embodiments, the fish protein fluid is from a residual hydrolysate of marine fish. It can be understood that marine fishes in China are abundant in product, a large amount of leftovers such as fish skin, fish viscera, fish bones and the like can be generated during marine product processing, and the leftovers can be collected and subjected to enzymolysis, acidolysis and other technological processes to prepare the fish protein hydrolysate. The fish protein decomposition liquid has low source price, and can greatly reduce the preparation cost of the liquid fertilizer containing fish protein.
The fish protein liquid is rich in active nutrient substances such as organic matters, small molecular peptides, amino acids and the like and various mineral elements, has various amino acids, can be complexed with trace elements such as zinc, iron and the like in the production process of liquid fertilizer, forms a polypeptide complex with high biological activity, can directly enter the plant body without consuming energy, can improve the absorption and utilization rate of the trace elements, can enable crops to bloom and bear fruits early in the early growth stage, can keep vitality in the later growth stage and resist premature senility; meanwhile, beneficial microorganisms in the soil are rapidly propagated by taking organic substances such as fish protein and the like as carriers, the activity can be improved by more than ten times, the soil structure can be optimized, the fertilizer and water retention capacity of the soil can be obviously improved, and if the beneficial microorganisms are continuously used, the soil can become loose and fertile, the soil ecology can be improved, the soil fertility can be increased, the soil hardening can be improved, and the like.
In some embodiments, the algal liquid is from a biological fermentation broth of deep sea marine algae. As can be understood, China also has a large amount of seaweed resources, and the seaweed is low in price as a low-value marine organism resource. Preferably, the seaweed liquid raw material is one or two of marine brown seaweed kelp, green alga enteromorpha and the like, and the seaweed degradation liquid is prepared by carrying out enzymolysis and acidolysis on the raw material, filtering and removing slag. The seaweed liquid contains various natural plant growth regulators such as auxin, cytokinin substances, gibberellin and the like, has high biological activity, has the ratio of various substances similar to that of terrestrial plants, is in an active state which is easily absorbed by the plants after being treated, and has high absorption and conduction speed.
In some embodiments, the suspending agent is preferably xanthan gum. The xanthan gum sol molecule can form a super-bonding banded spiral copolymer to form a fragile gel-like network structure, so that the form of solid particles, liquid drops and bubbles can be supported, and the emulsion stabilizer has strong emulsification stability and high suspension capacity. The xanthan gum can improve the suspension capacity of fertilizer nutrients and prevent the fertilizer nutrients from precipitating and layering, and is also a polysaccharide, when the xanthan gum is used for liquid fertilizers, after other nutrient components are absorbed and utilized by crops, the xanthan gum serving as the polysaccharide can be decomposed and absorbed and utilized again by the crops to activate the nutrient components of soil.
In some embodiments, the potentiator comprises at least one of polyglutamic acid, DA-6. The synergist can promote the absorption and utilization of available nutrients by plants. Wherein, the polyglutamic acid is a biological macromolecule which is water-soluble, biodegradable, non-toxic and prepared by a microbial fermentation method. Polyglutamic acid is a viscous substance, and is found for the first time in natto (fermented soybean), and the moisturizing and water locking effects of the polyglutamic acid are 500 times of those of hyaluronic acid. The polyglutamic acid can chelate a part of major and minor trace elements, can further improve the absorption efficiency of the major and minor trace elements, and can condition soil, loosen the soil and keep the moisture of the soil at the same time, thereby providing a good environment for root systems to absorb nutrition.
The liquid fertilizer provided by the invention has rich nutrient elements and active substances and high nutrient content, can effectively improve the fertilizer efficiency of the liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein through the synergistic effect of the content components and proper proportion, effectively improves the soil hardening problem, can be effectively absorbed and utilized by crops, and promotes the yield and income increase of the crops.
On the other hand, on the basis of the liquid fertilizer, the embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein, and the preparation method of the liquid fertilizer comprises the following steps:
putting a trace element fertilizer, a fish protein liquid, a seaweed liquid and a water-soluble micromolecular organic carbon liquid into a reaction kettle, adding water, controlling the temperature to be 50-60 ℃ to carry out a complex reaction, and stirring for 20-60 minutes;
and mixing the suspending agent, the synergist and the macroelement fertilizer, adding the mixture into the reaction kettle for reaction, absorbing the waste heat of the reaction in the previous step, and stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain the liquid fertilizer.
In some embodiments, the stirring speed after the suspending agent, the synergist and the macroelement fertilizer are added into the reaction kettle is 150-200 r/min.
The preparation method of the liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein, provided by the invention, is simple to operate, easy to control process conditions, mild in conditions, and capable of effectively ensuring the stable performance of the prepared liquid fertilizer and effectively improving the preparation efficiency of the fertilizer; the production energy consumption is low, the raw material source price is low, and the production cost of the liquid fertilizer containing the fish protein can be effectively reduced; in addition, the fertilizer product prepared by the invention is stable, no flatulence layering is generated, and the activity of fish protein and alginic acid in the product is high.
The liquid fertilizer containing fish protein and the preparation method thereof provided by the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following specific examples.
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a liquid fertilizer containing fish protein and a preparation method thereof, wherein the liquid fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
a macroelement fertilizer: 17.5 percent of urea, 21 percent of ammonium nitrate, 11.6 percent of industrial monoammonium phosphate and 21.2 percent of potassium sulfate;
trace element fertilizer: 1.9 percent of borax, 1 percent of zinc sulfate heptahydrate, 0.3 percent of manganese sulfate monohydrate and 0.5 percent of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate;
water-soluble small-molecule organic carbon: 10 percent;
fish protein liquid: 3 percent;
seaweed solution: 1 percent;
xanthan gum: 0.2 percent;
DA-6:0.3%;
water: 10.5 percent.
The preparation method of the liquid fertilizer comprises the following steps:
s11: putting the microelement fertilizer, the fish protein liquid, the seaweed liquid and the water-soluble micromolecule organic carbon liquid into a reaction kettle, adding water, controlling the temperature to be 50-60 ℃ to carry out complex reaction, and stirring for 30 minutes;
s12: and mixing the suspending agent, the synergist and the macroelement fertilizer, adding the mixture into the reaction kettle for reaction, absorbing the waste heat of the reaction in the previous step, and stirring at the stirring speed of 150-200 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain the liquid fertilizer.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 of the invention provides a liquid fertilizer containing fish protein and a preparation method thereof, wherein the liquid fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

Comparative example 1 for comparative illustration of the fish protein-containing liquid fertilizer and the preparation method thereof provided by the present invention, comprising most of the operating steps as in example 1, except that: the liquid fertilizer component contains 5% of water-soluble micromolecular organic carbon, 3% of fish protein liquid, 0% of seaweed liquid, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.3% of DA-6 and 16.5% of water.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is a comparative illustration of the fish protein-containing liquid fertilizer and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention, which includes most of the operating steps as in example 1, except that: the liquid fertilizer component contains 5% of water-soluble micromolecular organic carbon, 0% of fish protein liquid, 1% of seaweed liquid, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.3% of DA-6 and 18.5% of water.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 is a comparative illustration of the fish protein-containing liquid fertilizer and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention, which includes most of the operating steps as in example 1, except that: the liquid fertilizer component contains 5% of water-soluble micromolecular organic carbon, 0% of fish protein liquid, 0% of seaweed liquid, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.3% of DA-6 and 19.5% of water.
Corresponding test
The liquid fertilizers prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were applied to crop peppers, seven treatment groups were set, treatment 1: applying clear water; and (3) treatment 2: applying the fertilizer provided in example 1; and (3) treatment: applying the fertilizer provided in example 2; and (4) treatment: applying the fertilizer provided in example 3; and (4) treatment 5: applying the fertilizer provided in comparative example 1; and (6) treatment: applying the fertilizer provided in comparative example 2; and (7) treatment: the fertilizer provided in comparative example 3 was applied. The same management is used for all processing groups.
The root weight of the crop pepper, the individual fruit weight of the pepper and the granular structure of the pepper soil were measured at the time of harvest, and the data of each lifting rate of comparative treatment 1 are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the application of the liquid fertilizer prepared in embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention can promote the root growth of pepper crops, promote the absorption of the crops on fertilizer nutrients, further increase the yield of the crops, improve the soil granular structure, improve the soil hardening problem, increase the fertilizer and water retention capacity of the soil, and further increase the yield and quality of the crops. From the result data of processing 1-7, it can be seen that changing the components or the dosage thereof has a certain influence on the root weight, the single fruit weight and the improvement of the soil aggregate structure, and the effect of applying the liquid fertilizer prepared in the embodiments 1-3 of the invention is obviously better than the effect of applying the liquid fertilizer prepared in the comparative examples 1-3. Therefore, the liquid fertilizer formula provided by the embodiment of the invention has high activity and rich nutrients, is more beneficial to crops to absorb and utilize, and can improve the soil problem; meanwhile, the preparation method of the fish protein-containing liquid fertilizer provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple, high in preparation efficiency and low in production cost.

4. The liquid fish protein-containing fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the trace element fertilizer comprises at least one of a boron fertilizer, a zinc fertilizer, a manganese fertilizer and an iron fertilizer.
5. The liquid fertilizer containing fish protein of claim 1, wherein the liquid fish protein is derived from a residual hydrolysate of marine fish.
6. The fish protein-containing liquid fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the seaweed liquid is obtained from a biological fermentation broth of deep sea marine algae.
7. The liquid fish protein-containing fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the suspending agent is xanthan gum.
8. The liquid fish protein-containing fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the synergist comprises at least one of polyglutamic acid and DA-6.
9. A preparation method of a liquid fertilizer containing fish protein, which is characterized by adopting the components in percentage by weight as set forth in any one of claims 1-8, and comprises the following steps:
putting a trace element fertilizer, a fish protein liquid, a seaweed liquid and a water-soluble micromolecular organic carbon liquid into a reaction kettle, adding water, controlling the temperature to be 50-60 ℃ to carry out a complex reaction, and stirring for 20-60 minutes;
