Claims (9)

1. A low pressure mold upper core, comprising:
the cooling device comprises a main die (1), wherein a middle cavity (101), a side cavity (102), a transverse cavity (103), an accommodating cavity (104) and a groove (105) are formed in the main die (1), an open type box body (2) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the middle cavity (101), an elastic sealing gasket (3) is arranged at the top of the open type box body (2), cooling liquid is filled between cavities enclosed by the open type box body (2) and the elastic sealing gasket (3), a first spring (4) is connected and arranged on the top wall of the middle cavity (101), a transverse plate (5) is connected and arranged at the bottom of the first spring (4), a refrigerating sheet (6) is embedded in one side, close to the elastic sealing gasket (3), of the transverse plate (5), and a first connecting rope (7) is connected and arranged on the transverse plate (5);
the blocking block (8) is movably arranged in the transverse cavity (103), one end, far away from the transverse plate (5), of the first connecting rope (7) is fixedly arranged on the blocking block (8), the bottom, close to the transverse cavity (103), of the main die (1) is provided with an outlet (1031), a second spring (9) is connected and arranged between the blocking block (8) and the inner wall of the transverse cavity (103), one end, far away from the second spring (9), of the blocking block (8) can be fixed in the transverse cavity (103) in a buckling mode, the top of the accommodating cavity (104) is connected and provided with a third spring (14), and the bottom of the third spring (14) is connected and provided with a demolding rod (15);
the liquid injection device comprises liquid injection channels (16), wherein the liquid injection channels (16) are symmetrically arranged on a main die (1), the bottoms of the liquid injection channels (16) are communicated with elastic telescopic pipes (17), the bottoms of the elastic telescopic pipes (17) are embedded in pressing plates (18), the pressing plates (18) can move up and down and are fixed below an open type box body (2) in a buckling mode, a refrigerating sheet closing button (21) is arranged at the top of each groove (105), and the pressing plates (18) can trigger a refrigerating sheet closing button (21) through buckling structures when moving up to enable a power supply of a refrigerating sheet (6) to be closed; and
and the cleaning brush (27) is arranged in the side cavity (102), and when the demolding rod (15) descends, the cleaning brush (27) can be pushed out through a transmission structure, so that the outlet end of the elastic extension tube (17) is cleaned and prevented from blocking.
2. The low pressure mold upper core of claim 1, wherein: the surface of the stop block (8) is fixedly provided with an anti-skid convex strip (801).
