发明背景
本发明涉及到一种门闩装置,尤其是涉及到一种具有易熔致动闭锁的碰簧锁装置,尤其适用于防火门。
为了减小可能发生的火焰变大和扩展,必须使碰簧锁保持在闩门位置,以保证关闭的防火门保持关闭状态。在现有技术中,易熔致动闭锁结构是公知的。这些公知的易熔***尽管它们的功能是令人满意的,但还存在不希望有的局限性。这样一种防火焰安全门闩是现有技术***中的典型例子。在这种获得专利的结构中,必须具有一个在其上制有孔的板,该板面对碰簧锁的最内部分,碰簧锁的该部分必须具有在其上制出的另一孔,使易熔连接件或插头可以装入两个孔中。除了易熔插头要求机加工外,可以看出插头支承碰簧锁将用作散热器,并无规律地推迟插头的易熔断开。另一种现有技术结构中,公开了一种连接到门把手手把上和碰簧锁、弹簧加载连接件上的电缆,电缆被易熔滚子按线性位移。在另外一种易熔结构中,放入碰簧锁内端的易熔插头,夹持住一个处于碰簧销横孔内的弹簧加载榫钉状元件。当插头熔化时,榫钉状元件从碰簧锁中伸出,并进入到该装置的壳体内的孔中。
用于易熔闭锁碰簧锁的上述和类似的现有技术结构,不是没有优点的。然而,它比较笨重、复杂、制造和维修成本高,并且在制造时需要附加的零部件。
长久以来需要的是一种易熔致动闭锁结构,它是一种简单的流水作业结构,最有效地保证其结构不需附加元件,即用于碰簧锁装置的易熔致动闭锁结构,其与标准的现有非易熔闭锁碰簧锁装置相比较,不需要更多的零件和(或)部件。
上述说明了现有装置和方法中公知的局限性。这就很清楚,提供一种旨在克服上述一种或多种局限性的替代方案是有利的。因此,提出了一种包括下面将被充分公开的适当的替代方案。
发明综述
本发明所述的一个方面,这是由具有易熔致动闭锁的碰簧锁装置来实现的,其包括有一壳体和与该壳体可滑动地啮合的碰簧锁;配置于所述壳体内并与所述碰簧锁相啮合的第一装置,用于向所述壳体外偏置所述碰簧锁;连接到所述碰簧锁并相对所述壳体往复运动的联动装置,用于使防止撬开所述碰簧锁的闭锁棘爪不能进入壳体;其中所述联动装置是易熔的。

附图详述
特别如图1和图2所示,一个实施例的碰簧锁装置10包括一普通圆柱形的壳体12,和与其滑动啮合的碰簧锁14。杆件16和18的端部被固定在端板20上,并穿过一弹簧座22,该弹簧座22位于壳体12内并靠近其端部。杆件16可滑动地置于圆柱形管筒24中。管筒24具有固定于其上的盘26,盘26对着碰簧锁14的头部28的最内部设置。一压缩弹簧30包围管筒24和杆件16,它偏压在弹性座22和盘26上,以便相对壳体12向外推动碰簧锁14。
柱塞32可滑动地与碰簧锁14的头部28的平坦部分34相啮合。在壳体12的内侧,柱塞32具有一环槽36。该凹槽36通过在凸轮柱塞40的直角部分构成的分枝38而啮合。碰簧锁14包括有一根从与其成一整体的头部28伸入壳体12的平直杆42。凸轮柱塞40具有一从分枝38伸入壳体12的细长部分44。部分44可滑动地与碰簧锁14的杆42相啮合,并具有通过凸轮随动机构43a用于操作闭锁棘爪43的凸轮33。闭锁棘爪43具有配置于弹簧座22后面的对称耳状物43e,并且在本发明的一个实施例中,一弹簧(未示出)设于座22和耳状物43e之间,使闭锁棘爪43向插销杆42施以偏压。这样,当门被关闭而柱塞32保持在回程位置时,根据由弹簧(未示出)所提供的偏压,凸轮柱塞40的凸轮表面33被回收,使棘爪闭锁表面43b和插销杆齿45相啮合。这允许带闭锁棘爪的门闩安装在顶部或底部。柱塞32具有一个可滑动地安装杆18的最内管端。另一压缩弹簧48包围端部46和杆件18,它也偏压在弹簧座22和围绕端部46所形成的环体50上,相对于壳体12向外推动柱塞32。
在另一实施例中(未示出)设有两个闭锁棘爪43,其分别位于门闩10的顶部和底部。由于设有插销杆42,凸轮柱塞40和顶、底对称的连接件52,不管门闩10的哪一侧面向上安装,通过重力顶部闭锁棘爪43被偏置,跟插销杆42的齿45啮合。重力偏置无须如在单棘爪实施例中的偏置弹簧。该两棘爪的实施例确保,甚至在损坏弹簧偏置能力的温度下,闭锁性能仍起作用。
在图3和图5中单独表示的新颖连接件52是易熔的。在该实施例中,连接件52用可熔塑料制成,但具有所希望机械性能的任何低熔点材料可被利用。连接件52具有从靠近该连接件一端伸出的薄片54,和一对从靠近该连接件的相反端伸出的突起56。如图6所示,碰簧锁14的平直杆42具有在其中形成的一槽58。薄片54啮合槽58的最内端部,以致当门关闭时,如果碰簧锁14被推入到壳体中,则连接件52不会移动而且不破坏碰簧锁装置的抗撬动性能。操作机构(未示出)啮合位于上述连接件52相反端的连接件回程器60,并同时啮合插销杆回程器140,使碰簧锁14克服弹簧30的偏压缩回到壳体12中。凸起56设于凸轮柱塞40的最内端部的两侧,用于引导柱塞沿杆42往复滑动。
连接件52设有碰簧锁装置10抗撬动性能的补偿功能。当门关闭时,碰簧锁14伸入到位于门框中的门闩板中,闩住关闭的门,但由于门闩板中的孔具有一平直的侧面,可防止柱塞32与碰簧锁14一起伸到该孔中,因此柱塞凸轮33保持在回程位置,因而,也通过回程凸轮柱塞40可以使闭锁棘爪43保持在回程位置。棘爪凸轮随动机构43a向下沿柱塞凸轮33运动,直到棘爪闭锁43b啮合碰簧锁杆齿45为止,以防止由于撬动碰簧锁而使门不能闩住。
当用按扭或控制杆转动心轴而使门闩动作时,通过牵引插销棒回程器140并同时牵引连接件回程器60,使碰簧锁14退回。当连接件52退回时,它的闭锁补偿凸轮53啮合凸轮随动机构43c并抬高棘爪43,使杆齿45与棘爪闭锁43b相分离,因此允许碰簧锁14退回。
在强热的情况下,连接件52将被熔化,并不再从闭锁棘爪43释放碰簧锁14。因此,其中安装有碰簧锁装置10的罩(门隔框等)被牢固地闩上。为了再次打开隔板,该隔板的手工/操作机构将不起作用,因为其中易熔连接件52是不可缺少的补偿特性,将消失。
比那些允许不考虑闭锁棘爪43取向装配的实施例虽不太可取的一个附加实施例,没有一碰簧锁杆、一凸轮柱塞和一闭锁棘爪补偿连接件,从顶部到底部全不对称,及一个仅在顶部的闭锁棘爪。这要求区分用于不同门悬挂的碰簧锁装置。除了较大库存成本外,也可增加装配中异错的可能,这可使闭锁棘爪不起作用。
碰簧锁装置,诸如装置10,通常具有一连接件,它具有某些退回碰簧锁的特性,该连接件也通常是金属制品。为了实现该种装置的易熔闭锁,如前所述加入附加的零、部件,是在现有技术中所见到的。在碰簧锁装置的易熔致动闭锁的制造中,不采用额外的总成零、部件和组件等是该申请的重要教导。至今,通过构成高熔点金属碰簧锁闭锁补偿连接件,即用易熔材料制成的连接件52的方法,确保了闭锁,这允许独特的碰簧锁的偏压弹簧将碰簧锁不可恢复地延伸到锁定位置,并且通过防撬动闭锁棘爪43装置将其闭锁在该处。
虽然连同三个实施例一起已对本发明作了说明,但应清楚理解,这仅是作为例子,而不是对如在发明目的中和在所附权利要求之中所提出的本发明的范围的限制。

Claims (8)

1.一种位于门侧壁中的门碰簧锁装置,包括有:
一基本圆柱形壳体,其上装有一面板;
一个与所述壳体可滑动地啮合并自该处穿过所述面板的碰簧锁;
可穿过所述靠近碰簧锁的面板的柱塞,它与壳体中的装置可操作地啮合,当门关闭时,用以防止在门侧壁中撬动所述碰簧锁;
用于将所述碰簧锁和所述柱塞从所述壳体偏移到一延伸位置的装置;
在所述壳体内并与所述碰簧锁相连接的连接件装置,当操作门把手轴使所述碰簧锁退回时,用以补偿所述防止碰簧锁撬动的装置,其中所述连接件装置是易熔的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碰簧锁装置,其特征是用于防止所述碰簧锁撬动的装置包括有一闭锁棘爪、一碰簧锁杆齿和一位于所述柱塞上的凸轮,当所述柱塞被推入到所述壳体时,该凸轮用以能锁定所述闭锁棘爪和所述碰簧锁杆齿之间的接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的碰簧锁装置,其特征是所述闭锁棘爪被偏置到跟所述碰簧锁杆齿成锁固接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的碰簧锁装置,其特征是所述闭锁棘爪被重力偏置到所述碰簧锁杆齿。
5.根据权利要求3所述的碰簧锁装置,其特征是所闭锁棘爪由一个或多个弹簧偏置到所述碰簧锁杆齿。
6.根据权利要求1所述的碰簧锁装置,其特征是用于偏压所述碰簧锁和所述柱塞的装置包括一个在所述壳体内支撑所述碰簧锁弹簧和所述柱塞弹簧的弹簧座。
7.根据权利要求1所述的碰簧锁装置,其特征是用于补偿所述防止碰簧锁撬动的装置的连接件装置包括一个具有一薄片和凸起的杆,用以跟碰簧锁杆,回程器耳状物和闭锁超越凸轮保持对准。
8.根据权利要求1所述的碰簧锁装置,其特征是所述碰簧锁具有一伸入所述壳体内的杆,所述连接装置包括一塑料连接件,所述连接件和所述杆具有协同机械连接所述杆和所述连接件的装置。
