As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the surface of the roll paper 8 is provided with a plurality of rice seed embedding grooves 15, the adhesive spraying member 9 comprises a spraying bracket 9-1, a material conveying pipeline 9-2 and two oppositely arranged electronic spraying guns 9-3, the upper surface of the spraying bracket 9-1 is of a bucket-shaped hollow structure, the material conveying pipeline 9-2 is fixed on the upper surface of the spraying bracket 9-1, the electronic spraying gun 9-3 is fixed on the lower surface of the spraying bracket 9-1, the material conveying pipeline 9-2 and the electronic spraying gun 9-3 are both connected with the spraying bracket 9-1, the electronic spraying gun 9-3 is electrically connected with the PLC electrical cabinet 4, the electronic spraying gun 9-3 is rock WA-101P in model, and a layer of silica gel brush 17-1 covers the surface of a silica gel strip expanding roller 17 positioned at the discharge end of the conveying platform B2.
When the roll paper 8 is conveyed to the bottom of the electronic spraying gun 9-3 on the conveying platform B2, a switch for controlling the electronic spraying gun 9-3 on the PLC electrical cabinet 4 is manually opened, the electronic spraying gun 9-3 sprays the adhesive on the surface of the roll paper 8, the roll paper 8 sprayed with the adhesive is continuously conveyed to the discharge end of the conveying platform B2, and the silica gel brush 17-1 on the surface of the silica gel strip expanding roller 17 on the discharge end of the conveying platform B2 uniformly brushes the adhesive on the surface of the roll paper 8.
The adhesive in the above examples was a pure wheat flour paste.
The rice seeds on the surface of the roll paper 8 are embedded with the grooves 15 with the same quantity as the hole drilling bits 43, and the rice seeds are placed in the rice seeds embedded grooves 15, so that the stability of the rice seeds on the surface of the roll paper 8 is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, a hole bit connecting plate 41 is provided at the bottom of the drill bit holder 10, the hole bit 43 is fixed to the bottom of the hole bit connecting plate 41, a spring post a42 is connected between the hole bit connecting plate 41 and the drill bit holder 10, and the hydraulic cylinder a11 penetrates the drill bit holder 10 and is connected to the hole bit connecting plate 41.
The spring column A42 plays a buffering role, the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the hydraulic cylinder A11 to extend and retract, the hydraulic cylinder A11 pushes the perforating bit connecting plate 41 downwards in the extending process, and the perforating bit 43 conducts perforating operation on the degradable mulching film 7 at the bottom of the perforating bit support 10.
As shown in fig. 4, the hole-opening drill 43 has a hollow structure with an open lower surface, a spring post B45 is fixed inside the hole-opening drill 43, a horizontal panel 44 is connected to the bottom of the spring post B45, the diameter of the horizontal panel 44 is the same as the inner diameter of the hole-opening drill 43, and the horizontal panel 44 is located inside the hole-opening drill 43.
After the long-time punching operation of trompil drill 43, degradable plastic film 7 under the cutting can inlay in trompil drill 43 bottom, influences trompil efficiency, through set up a horizontal panel 44 at the inside elasticity of trompil drill 43 after, under spring post B45's elastic action, horizontal panel 44 can be extruded the excessive degradable plastic film 7 of inlaying inside of trompil drill 43, ensures that trompil drill 43 can normally trompil.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 7, a film tensioning roller 19-1 and a roll paper tensioning roller 19-2 are connected to the feeding end of the conveying platform C3, the film tensioning roller 19-1 is positioned right above the roll paper tensioning roller 19-2, a film horizontal moving roller 62 is connected to the conveying platform C3, the film horizontal moving roller 62 is positioned between the hole detection light curtain B64-2 and the rice seed conveying pipe bracket 12, the upper surface of the film horizontal moving roller 62 is flush with the lower surface of the film tensioning roller 19-1, the hole drilling bit 43 cuts a plurality of holes 18 on the mulching film 7 under the control of the hydraulic cylinder a11, the upper end of the rice seed conveying pipe 53 extends into the seed trough 20, the length of the blanking section of the bottom of the rice seed conveying pipe 53 from the hole detection light curtain B64-2 is the same as the interval length of two adjacent rows of holes 18, therefore, when the hole 18 is detected by the hole detection light curtain B64-2, the discharging section at the bottom of the rice seed conveying pipeline 53 is opposite to the hole 18 in the next row of the detected holes 18, the rice seed conveying pipeline 53 is connected with the electronic gate valve 57, and the electronic gate valve 57 is electrically connected with the PLC electrical cabinet 4.
The roll paper 8 abuts against the upper surface of the roll paper tensioning roller 19-2, the roll paper is conveyed on the conveying platform C3 and is located below the hole detection light curtain B64-2, the degradable mulching film 7 penetrates between the bottom surface of the roll film tensioning roller 19-1 and the upper surface of the film horizontal movement roller 62, it is ensured that the degradable mulching film 7 is in a horizontal conveying state between the roll film tensioning roller 19-1 and the film horizontal movement roller 62, the degradable mulching film 7 is located between the hole detection light curtain B64-2, after the hole detection light curtain B64-2 detects a hole 18 in the degradable mulching film 7, the signal is transmitted to the PLC electrical cabinet 4, the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the conveying platform C3 to stop conveying, and the rice seed conveying pipeline 53 discharges rice seeds onto the roll paper 8 located at the bottom of the degradable mulching film 7.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rice seed conveying pipe 53 includes a cylindrical conveying pipe 55 and a square tube conveying pipe 54, the electronic gate valve 57 is connected to the cylindrical conveying pipeline 55, a rice seed diversion trench 56 is connected above the cylindrical conveying pipeline 55, the rice seed guide grooves 56 are positioned in the rice seed trough 20, the upper surfaces of two adjacent rice seed guide grooves 56 are abutted, the bottom surface of the interior of the square tube conveying pipeline 54 is connected with a load sensor 61, the left side wall of the square tube conveying pipeline 54 is connected with a hydraulic cylinder B59, the right side wall of the square tube conveying pipeline 54 is connected with a broken line type blanking pipe 58, a pushing plate 60 is arranged in the square tube conveying pipeline 54, the hydraulic cylinder B59 penetrates through the square tube conveying pipeline 54 and is connected with the push plate 60, the hydraulic cylinder B59 and the load sensor 61 are both electrically connected with the PLC electrical cabinet 4.
When the hole detection light curtain B64-2 detects the hole 18 on the degradable mulching film 7, the signal is transmitted to the PLC electrical cabinet 4, the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the conveying platform C3 to stop conveying, and simultaneously controls the hydraulic cylinder B59 to work once, the hydraulic cylinder B59 pushes the pushing plate 60 forwards, the pushing plate 60 pushes rice seeds on the load sensor 61 into the broken line type discharging pipe 58, and finally the rice seeds penetrate through the hole 18 and fall on the roll paper 8 and are adhered to the roll paper 8 through the adhesive on the roll paper 8.
After the rice seeds on the load sensor 61 are pushed out of the broken-line type discharging pipe 58, the load on the load sensor 61 disappears, the load sensor 61 transmits the signal to the PLC electrical cabinet 4, the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the electronic gate valve 57 to be opened, the rice falls onto the load sensor 61 in the square conveying pipeline 54, when the load on the load sensor 61 reaches the set weight, the load sensor 61 transmits the signal to the PLC electrical cabinet 4, and the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the electronic gate valve 57 to be closed.
In the above embodiment, the load sensor 61 has a minimum sensing weight of 0.7. + -. 0.05g, that is, the number of rice seeds dropped per time is about 35.
The lower surface of the pushing plate 60 is not in direct contact with the load sensor 61, and the height of the lower surface of the pushing plate 60 from the load sensor 61 is 1.5 to 1.8 mm.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the rice seed compacting assembly 13 comprises two compacting plate brackets 13-1, a compacting beam 13-2 and a plurality of compacting columns 13-3, the number of the compacting columns 13-3 is the same as that of the rice seed conveying pipelines 53, the two compacting plate brackets 13-1 are respectively fixed on both sides of the conveying platform C3, the compacting beam 13-2 is connected between the two compacting plate brackets 13-1, the compacting columns 13-3 are fixed at the bottom of the compacting beam 13-2, a "T" shaped groove 46 is arranged on the inner side wall of the compacting plate bracket 13-1, both sides of the compacting column 13-3 are connected with a "T" shaped limiting block 47, the bottom of the "T" shaped limiting block 47 is connected with a spring column C48, the "T" shaped limiting block 47 is embedded in the "T" shaped groove 46, the bottom of the spring column C48 is fixed in the T-shaped groove 46, and the surface of the compaction cross beam 13-2 is connected with a T-shaped pull rod 14.
When the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the conveying platform C3 to stop conveying, the compaction columns 13-3 are opposite to the holes 18 in the degradable mulching film 7, an operator holds the T-shaped pull rod 14 and manually presses the compaction columns 13-3 downwards, and the compaction columns 13-3 penetrate through the holes 18 and further compact the rice on the roll paper 8.
As shown in fig. 9, a clamping plate groove 50 is formed in the winding roller 49, a clamping plate 51 is embedded in the clamping plate groove 50, a spring post D52 is connected between an inner end surface of the clamping plate 51 and an inner surface of the clamping plate groove 50, and the length of the spring post D52 is smaller than the depth of the clamping plate groove 50.
The clamping plate 51 is pulled out to expose the clamping plate groove 50, one end of the pressing piece of the degradable mulching film 7 and the roll paper 8 is placed in the clamping plate groove 50, the clamping plate 51 is loosened, the clamping plate 51 is embedded back into the clamping plate groove 50 under the restoring force action of the spring columns D52, and the pressing piece of the degradable mulching film 7 and the roll paper 8 is fixed on the roll paper film rolling roller 49.
In the actual operation process, the degradable mulching film 7 is inconvenient to install due to the fact that the film roller 6-1 is higher, and therefore, the applicant improves the front roller bracket 5 as follows:
as shown in fig. 10-12, the front roll holder 5 includes an outer square through holder 5-1 and an inner moving holder 5-2, the inner moving holder 5-2 is embedded in the outer square through holder 5-1, a spring post E26 is connected between the inner moving holder 5-2 and the outer square through holder 5-1, the film roll 6-1 is connected to the inner moving holder 5-2, the paper roll roller 6-2 is connected to the outer square through holder 5-1, a belt cover plate 28 is connected between the two outer square through holders 5-1, gear grooves 29 are formed on the front end surfaces of the two outer square through holders 5-1, the gear groove 29 on the outer square through holder 5-1 on the left side is formed in the side wall of the outer square through holder 5-1, the surface of the gear groove 29 on the outer square through holder 5-1 on the right side is an open structure, the gear groove 29 is internally and spirally connected with a gear disc 33, a conveyor belt 34 is sleeved between the two gear discs 33, two conveyor belt through grooves 32 are arranged in the conveyor belt outer cover plate block 28, two ends of each conveyor belt through groove 32 are respectively communicated with the two gear grooves 29, the conveyor belt 34 is embedded in the two conveyor belt through grooves 32, a regulating rod clamping groove 31 is arranged on the right side wall of the outer square through bracket 5-1 on the right side, the regulating rod clamping groove 31 is communicated with the gear grooves 29, a fixing rod through groove 30 is arranged on the inner end surface of each gear groove 29, the fixing rod through groove 30 is communicated with the inner part of the outer square through bracket 5-1, a hollow traction rope fixing rod 35 with an opening on the inner end surface of the gear disc 33, two fixing rod limiting discs 36 are connected on the inner end surface of the traction rope fixing rod 35, and the traction rope fixing rod 35 penetrates through the fixing rod through groove 30, the two fixing rod limiting discs 36 are clamped on the front end face and the rear end face of the fixing rod through groove 30 respectively, a traction rope through groove 37 is formed in the traction rope fixing rod 35, the bottom of the inner moving support 5-2 is connected with a traction rope 27, the other end of the traction rope 27 penetrates into the traction rope fixing rod 35 and penetrates out of the traction rope through groove 37 to be finally fixed on the surface of the traction rope fixing rod 35, an outer fixing pipe 38 is connected to the outer end face of the gear disc 33 on the right side, a lifting column 39 is sleeved in the outer fixing pipe 38, an L-shaped adjusting rod 40 is connected to the lifting column 39, a pair of guide grooves 24 are formed in the inner wall of the outer fixing pipe 38, a pair of guide blocks 25 are connected to the outer wall of the lifting column 39, and the guide blocks 25 are embedded in the guide grooves 24.
The L-shaped adjusting rod 40 is held and pulled out, the L-shaped adjusting rod 40 is rotated clockwise, the two gear discs 33 rotate clockwise under the traction of the conveyor belt 34, the traction rope 27 is drawn and wound on the outer fixing tube 38, the inner moving support 5-2 is pulled down to a proper height, the pulling column 39 is pushed into the outer fixing tube 38, the L-shaped adjusting rod 40 is embedded in the adjusting rod clamping groove 31, the height of the inner moving support 5-2 is fixed, and an operator can install the degradable mulching film 7 on the film roller 6-1 conveniently.
In the above embodiment, the diameter of the gear plate 33 is smaller than the inner diameter of the gear groove 29.
Examples
An electrified paper film laminating seed arranging method integrating glue spraying and hole opening comprises the following steps,
s1, winding the degradable mulching film 7 on a film roller 6-1, winding the roll paper 8 on a roll paper roller 6-2, controlling the film roller 6-1 and the magnetic powder clutch 22 on the roll paper roller 6-2 to work by the PLC electrical cabinet 4, unwinding the degradable mulching film 7 and the roll paper 8, placing the degradable mulching film 7 on a conveying platform A1, and placing the roll paper 8 on a conveying platform B2 for conveying respectively;
s2, when the degradable mulching film 7 is conveyed to the bottom of the opening drill bit 43 through the conveying platform A1, a hydraulic cylinder A11 is manually opened to be switched on, the opening drill bit connecting plate 41 is pressed downwards by the hydraulic cylinder A11, the opening drill bit 43 which is positioned at the bottom of the opening drill bit connecting plate 41 opens the first row of holes 18 to the degradable mulching film 7 in the movement process of the degradable mulching film 7, the hydraulic cylinder A11 is closed, after the first row of holes 18 are opened, the degradable mulching film 7 continues to move on the conveying platform A1, when the first row of holes 18 move to the hole detection light curtain A64-1, the hole detection light curtain A64-1 detects the holes 18, the signal is transmitted to the PLC electrical cabinet 4, the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the conveying platform A1 to stop conveying, the hydraulic cylinder A11 is controlled to be opened once at the same time, the opening drill bit 43 opens the degradable mulching film 7 which is stopped to be conveyed, and then the PLC 4 controls the conveying platform A1 to convey again, when the next row of holes 18 is detected by the hole detection light curtain A64-1, the process is circulated to finish the hole opening operation of the degradable mulching film 7;
s3, conveying the roll paper 8 to the bottom of the adhesive spraying piece 9 through a conveying platform B2, manually opening a switch on a PLC electrical cabinet 4 for controlling an electronic spraying gun 9-3, spraying the adhesive on the surface of the roll paper 8 by the electronic spraying gun 9-3, and uniformly brushing the adhesive on the surface of the roll paper 8 by a silica gel brush 17-1 on the surface of a silica gel strip expanding roller 17 on the discharge end of the conveying platform B2;
s4, the roll paper 8 with the surface coated with the adhesive and the degradable mulching film 7 after the punching operation are all placed on a conveying platform C3, the degradable mulching film 7 penetrates through a hole detection light curtain B64-2, when the hole detection light curtain B64-2 detects a hole 18 in the degradable mulching film 7, a signal is transmitted to a PLC electrical cabinet 4, the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the conveying platform C3 to stop conveying, and simultaneously controls a hydraulic cylinder B59 to work once, the hydraulic cylinder B59 pushes a pushing plate 60 forwards, the pushing plate 60 pushes rice seeds on a load sensor 61 into a broken line type discharging pipe 58, and finally the rice seeds penetrate through the hole 18 and fall into a rice seed roll paper embedding groove 15 in the roll paper 8 and are adhered to the roll paper 8 through the adhesive on the roll paper 8; meanwhile, the T-shaped pull rod 14 is held and pressed downwards, the compaction column 13-3 at the bottom of the compaction beam 13-2 penetrates through the hole 18 and further compacts the rice on the roll paper 8;
in the above steps, the spacing distance between two adjacent rows of rice seed embedding grooves 15 is the same as the spacing distance between two adjacent rows of holes 18, and the conveying speeds of the conveying platform A1, the conveying platform B2 and the conveying platform C3 are the same.
S5, after the rice seeds on the load sensor 61 are pushed out of the broken-line type blanking pipe 58, the load on the load sensor 61 disappears, the load sensor 61 transmits the signal to the PLC electrical cabinet 4, the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the electronic gate valve 57 to be opened, the rice falls onto the load sensor 61 in the square-tube conveying pipeline 54, when the load on the load sensor 61 reaches 0.7 +/-0.05 g, the load sensor 61 transmits the signal to the PLC electrical cabinet 4, and the PLC electrical cabinet 4 controls the electronic gate valve 57 to be closed;
s6, the degradable mulching film 7 and the roll paper 8 are simultaneously conveyed to the position between the grooved rollers 63, the grooved rollers 63 enable the degradable mulching film 7 and the roll paper 8 to be pressed, one ends of the pressed degradable mulching film 7 and one ends of the roll paper 8 are clamped in the clamping plate grooves 50 and are elastically fixed by the clamping plates 51, the magnetic powder clutch 22 connected with the roll paper film rolling roller 49 controls the roll paper film rolling roller 49 to rotate, and the pressed degradable mulching film 7 and the roll paper 8 are rolled in the center.
In actual operation, the roll paper 8 may be selected from flat roll paper.
In conclusion, the electrified roll paper film laminating and distributing machine integrating glue spraying and hole opening is used for rolling the laminating piece of the degradable mulching film, the rice seeds and the roll paper, and the laminating piece of the degradable mulching film, the rice seeds and the roll paper is unreeled during distributing the rice seeds, so that the rice can be directly cultivated without the steps of cultivating seedlings, transplanting rice manually and the like, and compared with the traditional rice cultivation, the electrified roll paper film laminating and distributing machine improves the rice cultivation efficiency and reduces the labor cost; in addition, the degradable mulching film and the roll paper are matched for use, the degradable mulching film can play the roles of heat preservation, moisture preservation, fertilizer preservation and weed removal on soil in the rice seed development process, the germination rate of rice seeds is improved, the growth of rice is promoted, the degradable mulching film has a wide development prospect, and the degradable mulching film has profound significance on modern agriculture construction.
