Detailed Description
In order to make the present application more clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present application pertains, the following detailed description of the present application is made with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the invention discloses a system for automatically adding developer, which includes: a developer storage device 8, a developing tank 2, a rinsing tank 6, an automatic control switch 4, a sensor 5, and a controller (not shown in the figure).
The developing tank 2 is connected between a developer storage device 8 and a rinsing tank 6. Specifically, the developer storage device 8 is a device having a function of waiting for storage of a developer tank or a developer bottle, and is configured to supply the developer to the developer tank 2. The developing tank 2 is used for developing the PCB, and the PCB developed in the developing tank 2 is sent to the washing tank 6 for cleaning and then sent to the drying chamber 7 for drying.
In some embodiments, the developing tank 2 is provided with a water pump assembly 21 and a shower assembly 22. And a water pump assembly 21 for pumping the developing solution from the developing tank 2 to the shower assembly 22. The spraying component 22 is arranged above the developing tank 2 and is used for spraying and developing the fed PCB. The waste liquid generated after spraying the PCB can flow back to the developing tank 2, so that the developing solution originally existing in the developing tank 2 is polluted. Therefore, in order to avoid the use of waste liquid as much as possible and in consideration of the fact that waste liquid exists in the upper portion of the developing tank 2, the water suction port of the water suction pump unit 21 is provided in the lower middle portion of the developing tank 2, and the lower middle portion of the developing tank 2 includes the bottom portion of the developing tank 2, so that uncontaminated developer is sucked and sprayed as much as possible.
In some embodiments, the impurities generated after the development sink into the bottom of the tank, which may cause clogging of the pipeline or contamination of the developer in the middle or lower portion of the tank. So this embodiment is provided with filter screen 24 in developer tank 2 for the impurity that produces the development is filtered, avoids impurity to block up the pipeline and pollutes the developer solution, influences the development effect.
In some embodiments, the developing tank 2 has a discharge port 23 opened in a wall of the tank above the filter screen 24 for discharging excess developer and impurities in the tank.
In some embodiments, in order to prevent impurities or waste liquid generated by development from contaminating the developer, a partition plate (not shown) is provided in the developing tank 2, and the developing tank 2 is divided into an upper and a lower two-layer structure. The upper layer structure of the two-layer structure is used for loading waste liquid generated by PCB development, and the lower layer structure of the two-layer structure is used for loading developing solution. Specifically, the upper layer structure and the lower layer structure are not communicated with each other, and the design can completely avoid the waste liquid from polluting the developing solution. Specifically, the partition plate has a plurality of through holes (not shown) having a diameter smaller than a predetermined size, for filtering impurities generated by development to prevent the impurities from sinking into the underlying structure to contaminate the developer.
The automatic control switch 4 is provided between the developing tank storage device 8 and the developing tank 2. Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the automatic control switch 4 is connected to a transfer pipe between the quantitative addition tank 1 and the developing tank 2. The automatic control switch 4 controls the inflow amount of the developing solution of the developing tank 2, and the automatic control switch 4 controls the on-off time of the liquid conveying pipeline due to the fixed pipeline flow of the liquid conveying pipeline, so that the inflow amount of the developing solution of the developing tank 2 can be controlled.
Specifically, the conveying duct is provided in a middle-lower portion of developing vessel 2, and the middle-lower portion of developing vessel 2 includes a bottom portion of developing vessel 2 to replenish the developing solution from the middle-lower portion of developing vessel 2 into developing vessel 2. Preferably, the transfer duct is arranged in the trough wall or trough bottom below the filter screen 24. The advantage of design like this lies in, because the middle and upper portion of developer tank 2 is the waste liquid that produces after mostly spraying the PCB board, consequently follows the middle and lower part of developer tank 2 and replenishes the developer solution, can make the suction pump subassembly take uncontaminated developer solution to spray for spray set 22 on the one hand and carry out the spraying development, guarantees the development effect. On the other hand, the developer solution which is not polluted can occupy the developing tank 2 from bottom to top, and the waste liquid and impurities at the middle upper part of the developing tank 2 can be extruded and discharged out of the developing tank 2.
And the sensor 5 is arranged between the developing tank 2 and the rinsing tank 6 and is used for monitoring the PCB developing quantity. The sensor 5 of this embodiment is an infrared sensor, a camera, etc., and can obtain the developing amount of the PCB by infrared sensing, and also can take a picture to obtain an image containing the developing amount of the PCB.
And the controller is respectively connected with the inductor 5 and the automatic control switch 4 and used for receiving the PCB developing quantity monitored by the inductor 5, calculating the starting and stopping time of the automatic control switch 4 according to the PCB developing quantity, and controlling the starting and stopping of the automatic control switch 4 according to the starting and stopping time so as to control the inflow of the developing solution of the developing tank 2.
Specifically, the number of developed PCBs and the on-off time of the automatic control switch 4 have a mapping relationship. For example, the mapping relationship is: when the number of the developed PCB boards is 20, the on time of the automatic control switch 4 is 10 seconds. Therefore, the controller obtains the corresponding start-stop time from the mapping relation according to the PCB developing quantity monitored by the sensor 5, and controls the start-stop of the automatic control switch 4. Because the pipeline flow of the infusion pipeline where the automatic control switch 4 is located is fixed, the on-off time of controlling the automatic control switch 4 controls the inflow of the developing solution, and then the inflow of the developing solution can be accurately adjusted according to the actual developing condition in the developing tank 2, so that the finished product quality of the PCB is ensured.
Further, in order to avoid the situation that the number of the developed PCBs is counted incorrectly and the developer is added incorrectly, after the developer is replenished, the controller controls the number of the developed PCBs monitored in the sensor 5 to perform zero clearing processing so as to perform monitoring calculation again. For example, when the number of developed PCB boards reaches 20, the automatic control switch 4 is controlled to be turned on for 10 seconds, and the number of developed PCB boards monitored by the sensor 5 is cleared to enable the sensor 5 to monitor again.
In some embodiments, a predetermined threshold amount is set to save control cost and avoid waste of developer. In this embodiment, the controller is provided with a preset number threshold, and if the number of developed PCBs reaches the preset number threshold, the start-stop time of the automatic control switch 4 is calculated according to the number of developed PCBs, and the start-stop of the automatic control switch 4 is controlled according to the start-stop time to control the inflow amount of the developing solution of the developing tank 2.
Above be the main component part of this system, obtain PCB board development quantity through inductor 5 to calculate automatic control switch 4's opening time from this through the controller, and based on opening the developer solution inflow in time control developer tank 2 that stops, and then this system can be according to the developer solution inflow of the accurate regulation of actual development situation in developer tank 2, avoids adding improper problem that causes the developing effect not good because of the developer solution, guarantees the finished product quality of PCB board. In addition, the inflow of reasonable control developer realizes adding as required, can also avoid liquid medicine extravagant, guarantees the income of enterprise.
In some embodiments, the developing solution needs to reach a predetermined concentration to generate a better developing effect. However, the developing of the PCB consumes the developer and reduces the concentration of the developer, so in this embodiment, the inflow amount of the developer is controlled by monitoring the concentration of the developer in the developing tank 2 to ensure the developing effect of the developer. Specifically, the system of this embodiment further includes: a concentration meter (not shown) is provided in the developing tank 2 for monitoring the concentration of the developer in the developing tank 2. If the developing tank 2 has a two-layer structure, the concentration meter is provided in the lower layer structure of the developing tank 2.
The controller is electrically connected with the concentration meter and used for receiving the concentration of the developing solution monitored by the concentration meter and controlling the inflow of the developing solution according to the concentration of the developing solution.
In some embodiments, in order to control the inflow amount of the developing solution more accurately, the system of this embodiment further includes: and the quantitative adding tank 1 is connected between the developing solution storage device 8 and the developing tank 2 and used for temporarily storing the developing solution which is introduced into the developing tank 2 by the developing solution storage device 8 and realizing the addition of the developing solution as required. The automatic control switch 4 is arranged on a liquid conveying pipeline between the quantitative adding tank 1 and the developing tank 2 so as to lead the developing solution in the quantitative adding tank 1 into the developing tank 2. Specifically, in order to facilitate the conveyance of the developer, the liquid supply line is located at the bottom of the quantitative addition tank 1.
In some embodiments, the quantitative addition tank 1 is provided with a scale to indicate the amount of the developing solution in the quantitative addition tank 1. Furthermore, each scale is correspondingly provided with a pressure sensor for monitoring the current amount of the developing solution in the adding groove. And the controller is electrically connected with the pressure sensors corresponding to the scales and used for controlling the inflow of the developing solution according to the current amount of the developing solution.
In some embodiments, the system of this embodiment further includes: and a water pump 3 connected to the constant-volume-adding tank 1 for supplying the developer to the constant-volume-adding tank 1.
The controller is electrically connected with the water suction pump and used for determining the water pumping time of the water suction pump 3 according to the PCB developing quantity, and controlling the water suction pump 3 to start and stop according to the water pumping time so as to control the inflow of the developing solution in the quantitative adding groove 1.
Further, after the developer in the fixed-amount addition tank 1 is conveyed to the developing tank 2, the above-described control process may be performed to replenish the developer in the fixed-amount addition tank 1. The controller controls the opening of the first water suction pump, so that the developing solution amount put into the production line can be prepared as required. For example, if the number of developed PCB plates is 20, the water pump is controlled to pump water for 10 seconds, and the amount of the developing solution 4L (+/-0.5L) is fed into the quantitative addition tank 1. Because the pipeline flow is fixed, the inflow of the developing solution can be accurately controlled by controlling the water pumping time. In some embodiments, in order to accurately control the amount of the developer added in the quantitative addition tank 1, a level gauge is provided in the quantitative addition tank 1 for measuring the current amount of the developer in the quantitative addition tank 1.
And the controller is electrically connected with the liquid level meter and is used for controlling the water pumping time according to the current amount of the developing solution so as to control the inflow of the developing solution in the quantitative adding tank 1. Further, the controller is used for carrying out fault diagnosis according to the current developing solution amount. For example, if the level meter detects that the amount of the developer in the quantitative addition tank 1 does not reach 4L (+/-0.5L) under the normal operation of the water suction pump, the controller indicates that the conveying pipeline is blocked, and the controller prompts the equipment to be in a fault state.

And step 302, calculating the starting and stopping time of the automatic control switch according to the number information of the PCBs.
Generally, the manufacturing process of the PCB board is divided into: the method comprises the steps of cutting, drilling, copper deposition, film pressing, exposure, development, electrolytic copper, electrolytic tin, film stripping, etching, tin stripping and the like, wherein the development refers to the process of developing the circuit on the PCB by utilizing a developing solution to perform chemical reaction with a dry film (or a wet film) on the PCB. The developer is consumed during the chemical reaction. Therefore, in the specific implementation process, the developer consumption is determined according to the PCB number information. And then calculating the transfusion time according to the consumption of the developing solution and the flow of the transfusion pipeline. And finally determining the infusion time as start-stop time. For example, 4L of developer is consumed for developing 20 PCB boards, so 4L of developer is required to be added into the developing tank, and the flow rate of the liquid conveying pipeline is 0.4L/S, so that the liquid conveying time, i.e. the start-stop time, is calculated to be 10S.
And 303, controlling the start and stop of the automatic control switch according to the start and stop time so as to control the inflow of the developing solution of the developing tank.
Specifically, the inflow amount of the developing solution can be controlled by controlling the start-stop time due to the fixed flow rate of the liquid conveying pipeline.
The controller receives the PCB developing quantity monitored by the sensor according to the specific implementation process of the PCB developing quantity accurate control developing solution addition amount, the starting and stopping time of the automatic control switch is calculated according to the PCB developing quantity, and the flow of the conveying pipeline where the automatic control switch is located is fixed, so that the starting and stopping of the automatic control switch are controlled according to the starting and stopping time, and the developing solution inflow amount of the developing tank can be controlled. Therefore, the inflow amount of the developing solution can be accurately adjusted according to the actual developing condition in the developing tank, the problem of poor developing effect caused by improper addition of the developing solution is avoided, and the quality of the finished product of the PCB is ensured.
In addition, the reasonable inflow of control developer can also avoid liquid medicine extravagant, guarantees the income of enterprise.
