The principle of the foregoing steps S33 to S35 is: the authenticity is judged according to the identification (namely, the unique code) of each qualification certificate, for example, for a business license, the corresponding identification is a unified social credit code, for a pharmaceutical operation license, the corresponding identification is a license number, namely, a certificate number, of course, the other qualification certificates are subject to the corresponding identification numbers, and no limitation is made herein; therefore, in this embodiment, only the unique code of each qualification certificate is extracted from the identified text information, so as to perform querying according to the unique code, thereby determining the authenticity of the material, that is, if a result is queried, the qualification certificate exists, that is, it is authentic, otherwise, it is not authentic.

After the corresponding code field is extracted in step S34, a matching search can be performed in the qualification material database, that is, the uniqueness codes of various qualification certificates of each supplier, such as the uniform social credit code corresponding to a business license, the license number (i.e., certificate number) of a drug operation license, and the uniqueness codes corresponding to other qualification certificates are stored in the qualification material database, and the qualification material can be determined to be authentic if the same uniqueness codes are matched according to the qualification material verification field, and is not authentic if the same uniqueness codes are matched.
Therefore, through the auditing method detailed in the steps S1-S3, the traditional field examination and auditing are changed into on-line auditing, so that the auditing efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, if the data is judged to be incomplete, the authenticity judgment is not required, and if the data is judged to be not authentic, the subsequent step S4 is not required.
In this embodiment, when the data is judged to be complete and real, the next audit can be performed, that is, the on-site connection, the video audit, the on-site production environment and/or the operation equipment of the traditional Chinese medicine supplier, and the like can be performed, so as to further improve the quality of the audit, as shown in the following step S4.

When the auditor determines that the qualification of the nuclear supplier to be audited is qualified after the video audit, the final audit result can be filled in the audit terminal and uploaded to the server, and the server can forward the audit result to the client terminal so that the nuclear supplier to be audited can know the audit result, thereby completing the audit process, as shown in the following step S5.
And S5, receiving the verification result, and sending the verification result to the client terminal to complete qualification verification of the to-be-verified nuclear supplier.
In addition, in this embodiment, videos in a video auditing process can be recorded, that is, voice information and video pictures in video communication between a supplier to be audited and an auditor are recorded, and the voice information and the video pictures are stored in an auditing database to complete backup of the voice information and the video pictures; therefore, data can be stored, and rechecking is facilitated; meanwhile, the voice information and the video picture can be uploaded to a rechecking department for rechecking, so that the quality of the audit is further improved.
Therefore, through the qualification auditing method of the traditional Chinese medicine supplier, which is described in detail in the steps S1-S5 and the substeps, the traditional field examination auditing is changed into on-line auditing, so that the auditing efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced; meanwhile, the quality of the supplier and the production environment can be double checked, and the field check is carried out in a video mode, so that the authenticity of the check is ensured, and the problem of the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine is solved from the source.
As shown in fig. 3, a second aspect of this embodiment provides a hardware device for implementing the qualification auditing method of the traditional Chinese medicine supplier in the first aspect of this embodiment, including:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a verification unit and a management unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring qualification materials of a to-be-verified supplier, the qualification materials comprise at least one qualification certificate image, and the qualification certificate image comprises a business license image and an operation license image.
And the character recognition unit is used for performing character recognition on each qualification certificate image in the at least one qualification certificate image and extracting character information in each qualification certificate image.
And the judging unit is used for judging whether the qualification materials of the to-be-examined supplier are complete and real according to the character information.
And the sending unit is used for respectively sending video connection requests to a client terminal and an auditing terminal when the judging unit judges that the client terminal and the auditing terminal receive the video connection requests, and then establishing video communication between the to-be-audited supplier and an auditor so that the auditor can audit the production environment and/or the operating equipment of the to-be-audited supplier.
And the receiving unit is used for receiving the auditing result, and the sending unit is also used for sending the auditing result to the client terminal so as to complete qualification auditing of the to-be-audited supplier.
For the working process, the working details, and the technical effects of the hardware apparatus provided in this embodiment, reference may be made to the first aspect of the embodiment, which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 4, a third aspect of this embodiment provides another qualification auditing apparatus for a traditional Chinese medicine supplier, taking an apparatus as an electronic device, including: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a transceiver which are sequentially communicated, wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program, the transceiver is used for receiving and sending messages, and the processor is used for reading the computer program and executing the qualification auditing method of the traditional Chinese medicine supplier according to the first aspect of the embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A qualification auditing method for a traditional Chinese medicine supplier is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring qualification materials of a to-be-examined supplier, wherein the qualification materials comprise at least one qualification certificate image, and the qualification certificate image comprises a business license image and an operation license image;
performing character recognition on each qualification certificate image in the at least one qualification certificate image, and extracting character information in each qualification certificate image;
judging whether qualification materials of the to-be-examined nuclear supplier are complete and real according to the character information;
if so, respectively sending video connection requests to a client terminal and an auditing terminal so as to establish video communication between a nuclear supplier to be audited and an auditor after the client terminal and the auditing terminal receive the video connection requests, so that the auditor can audit the production environment and/or operation equipment of the nuclear supplier to be audited;
and receiving an audit result, and sending the audit result to the client terminal to complete qualification audit of the to-be-audited supplier.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein performing text recognition on each of the at least one qualified document images to extract text information from each qualified document image comprises:
preprocessing each qualification certificate image to obtain a binary image;
carrying out region division on the binary image to obtain at least one character recognition region image;
carrying out image segmentation on each character recognition area image in the at least one character recognition area image to obtain a plurality of character carrier images;
and performing character recognition on each character carrier image in the plurality of character carrier images through a character template database to obtain the character information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the text information is obtained by text recognition of each text carrier image in a plurality of text carrier images via a text template database, comprising:
normalizing each character carrier image to obtain a normalized image corresponding to each character carrier image, wherein the normalization processing comprises character font normalization processing and character stroke width normalization processing;
extracting character features in each normalized image, comparing the character features with template character features in the character template database one by one, and taking the template character corresponding to the template character feature with the highest similarity as a recognition result;
and forming the text information by using the identification result of each normalized image.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether qualified materials of the reviewing vendor are complete according to the textual information comprises:
judging whether a first key field exists in the text information, wherein the first key field is used for representing a qualification certificate name;
and if so, judging that the qualification materials of the to-be-examined nuclear supplier are complete.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the qualification material of the reviewing supplier is authentic according to the textual information comprises:
screening out text fields only containing numbers and/or letters in the text information;
extracting a text field, wherein the total number of extracted letters and/or numbers meets the preset digit number, and the text field contains a second key field and is used as a qualification material verification field, wherein the second key field comprises a uniform social credit code and a license number;
and performing matching query on a qualification material database by taking the qualification material verification field as a search field, and if a matching result is obtained, judging that the qualification material of the to-be-examined supplier is true.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining qualified material from a reviewing vendor, the method further comprises:
acquiring enterprise information of each to-be-audited nuclear supplier;
arranging an audit plan of each supplier to be audited according to the enterprise information, wherein the audit plan comprises audit date, qualification materials to be audited and enterprise production environment;
and sending the audit plan of each to-be-audited supplier to the client terminal to prompt each to-be-audited supplier to send qualification materials within the corresponding audit date so as to perform qualification audit.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the video connection request to the client terminal and the audit terminal, respectively, the method further comprises:
recording voice information and video pictures in video communication between a supplier to be audited and auditors;
and storing the voice information and the video pictures into an auditing database so as to complete the backup of the voice information and the video pictures.
8. A qualification auditing device of a traditional Chinese medicine supplier is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a verification unit and a verification unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring qualification materials of a to-be-verified supplier, the qualification materials comprise at least one qualification certificate image, and the qualification certificate image comprises a business license image and an operation license image;
the character recognition unit is used for carrying out character recognition on each qualification certificate image in the at least one qualification certificate image and extracting character information in each qualification certificate image;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the qualification materials of the to-be-examined supplier are complete and real according to the character information;
the sending unit is used for respectively sending video connection requests to a client terminal and an auditing terminal when the judging unit judges that the client terminal and the auditing terminal receive the video connection requests, and then establishing video communication between a to-be-audited supplier and an auditor so that the auditor can audit the production environment and/or the operating equipment of the to-be-audited supplier;
and the receiving unit is used for receiving the auditing result, and the sending unit is also used for sending the auditing result to the client terminal so as to complete qualification auditing of the to-be-audited supplier.
9. An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a transceiver which are sequentially communicated, wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program, the transceiver is used for receiving and sending messages, and the processor is used for reading the computer program and executing the qualification auditing method of the traditional Chinese medicine supplier according to any one of claims 1-7.
