Abstract

本发明提供一种复合材料防弹头盔,涉及头部防护装备的技术领域。复合材料防弹头盔包括头盔本体、防护罩和绑带;防护罩连接在头盔本体的前侧面,绑带连接头盔本体的底部;头盔本体包括外壳层、防护层和内衬层;外壳层、防护层、内衬层由外至内依次贴合连接;防护层为多种非金属复合材料,包括但不限于碳纤维布,或者凯夫拉纤维布,或者碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布的复合材料。解决了现有技术中,头盔因所使用的材料性能制约,一旦头盔损坏,需要花费较长时间修复,无法在现场直接修复的技术问题。本发明的防护层采用碳纤维与凯夫拉纤维复合材料,融合自修复结构体系,实现了防弹头盔轻质高强和损伤原位自修复。

技术领域
本发明涉及头部防护装备的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合材料防弹头盔。
背景技术
防弹头盔是装备部队作战人员和警察安全防护的关键装备,能够保护人体头部免受流弹、***碎片等的伤害。随着科技的不断进步,防弹头盔也在不断迭代升级,根据材质可分为金属、非金属、金属和非金属复合三种类型。轻量化、高强度、舒适性是防弹头盔的发展必然趋势和要求,而新材料、新结构、新工艺是实现上述要求的关键所在。
防弹头盔受损后的修复对于延长头盔的使用寿命具有重要作用,而当前头盔因所使用的材料性能制约,一旦头盔被损坏,修复则需要花费较长时间,无法在应用现场直接修复使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合材料防弹头盔,以解决现有技术中存在的,头盔因所使用的材料性能制约,一旦头盔损坏,需要花费较长时间,无法在现场直接修复的技术问题。
本发明提供的一种复合材料防弹头盔,包括头盔本体、防护罩和绑带;
防护罩连接在头盔本体的前侧面,绑带连接头盔本体的底部;
头盔本体包括外壳层、防护层和内衬层;外壳层、防护层、内衬层由外至内依次贴合连接;
防护层为多种非金属复合材料,包括但不限于碳纤维布,或者凯夫拉纤维布,或者碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布的复合材料。
进一步的,防护层为连续碳纤维布和凯夫拉纤维布的复合材料;
连续碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布为交叉叠层布置,凯夫拉纤维布相邻两层连续碳纤维布呈垂直布置。
进一步的,连续碳纤维布由实心连续碳纤维和中空连续碳纤维混合而成;
连续碳纤维布中的实心连续碳纤维、中空连续碳纤维之间的数量比在2:1至4:1之间。
进一步的,中空连续碳纤维为双通道中空连续碳纤维,双通道中空连续碳纤维的内部设有并排的两个中空室,两个中空室内分别设有A、B两个组份快速凝固粘结剂中的任意一种;
其中,A组分为丙烯酸改性环氧,或环氧树脂,或含有催化剂及其他助剂;
B组分为改性胺,或其他硬化剂,或含有催化剂。
进一步的,中空连续碳纤维为单通道中空连续碳纤维,单通道中空连续碳纤维的中空纤维内部填充有快速凝固粘结剂;
快速凝固粘结剂为α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯、增粘剂、稳定剂、增韧剂、阻聚剂的混合体。
进一步的,连续碳纤维布为单向连续碳纤维布。
进一步的,外壳层为高强度隔热材料。
进一步的,内衬层为弹性材料且表面设有孔洞,包括但不限于热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶。
本发明提供的一种复合材料防弹头盔,防护罩连接在头盔本体的前侧面,绑带连接头盔本体的底部,整个头盔的结构设计人性化。头盔本体的外壳层、防护层、内衬层由外至内依次贴合连接,使头盔本体的内部分层设计合理,内部结构强度高。防护层为多种非金属复合材料,包括但不限于碳纤维布,或者凯夫拉纤维布,或者碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布的复合材料,本发明采用碳纤维与凯夫拉纤维复合材料,融合自修复结构体系,实现了防弹头盔轻质高强和损伤原位自修复,并且碳纤维与凯夫拉纤维复合的防弹头盔对于节约成本、减轻重量具有重要意义,本发明的防弹头盔损伤原位自修复技术对于延长头盔使用寿命、实时保护使用人员安全性意义重大。

如图1~4所示,本发明提供的一种复合材料防弹头盔,包括头盔本体100、防护罩200和绑带300;
防护罩200连接在头盔本体100的前侧面,绑带300连接头盔本体100的底部;
头盔本体100包括外壳层101、防护层102和内衬层103;外壳层101、防护层102、内衬层103由外至内依次贴合连接;
防护层102为多种非金属复合材料,包括但不限于碳纤维布,或者凯夫拉纤维布1021,或者碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布1021的复合材料。
参照图1,在头盔本体100的前侧面连接防护罩200,利用防护罩200对使用者的脸部位置进行防护。在头盔本体100的底部位置连接绑带300,利用绑带300将头盔本体100固定在使用者的头部,确保头盔本体100的安装位置牢固。
参照图2,头盔本体100采用由外至内的外壳层101、防护层102、内衬层103三层结构,提高头盔本体100的结构稳固性。
参照图3、图4,防护层102为多种非金属复合材料,包括但不限于碳纤维布,或者凯夫拉纤维布1021,或者碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布1021的复合材料,本申请采用碳纤维与凯夫拉纤维复合材料,使防护层102融合了自修复的结构体系,实现了防弹头盔轻质高强和损伤原位自修复,确保本申请的防弹头盔具有损伤原位自修复功能,能够延长头盔的使用寿命,实时保护使用人员的安全。
进一步的,防护层102为连续碳纤维布和凯夫拉纤维布1021的复合材料;
连续碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布1021为交叉叠层布置,凯夫拉纤维布1021相邻两层连续碳纤维布呈垂直布置。
本申请的防护层102采用上述材料,连续碳纤维布能够降低头盔整体结构的重量,同时,凯夫拉纤维布1021能够确保头盔整体的结构强度高。
进一步的,连续碳纤维布由实心连续碳纤维1022和中空连续碳纤维混合而成;
连续碳纤维布中的实心连续碳纤维1022、中空连续碳纤维之间的数量比在2:1至4:1之间。
本申请的实施例中,实心连续碳纤维1022、中空连续碳纤维之间的数量比为3:1,以保证头盔的损伤原位自修复效率和强度,实现了防弹头盔损伤原位自修复。
进一步的,中空连续碳纤维为双通道中空连续碳纤维1023,双通道中空连续碳纤维1023的内部设有并排的两个中空室,两个中空室内分别设有A、B两个组份快速凝固粘结剂中的任意一种;
其中,A组分为丙烯酸改性环氧,或环氧树脂,或含有催化剂及其他助剂;
B组分为改性胺,或其他硬化剂,或含有催化剂。
本申请的实施例中,参照图3,两个中空室内设置快速凝固粘结剂,能够实现损伤快速原位修复。
进一步的,中空连续碳纤维为单通道中空连续碳纤维1024,单通道中空连续碳纤维1024的中空纤维内部填充有快速凝固粘结剂;
快速凝固粘结剂为α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯、增粘剂、稳定剂、增韧剂、阻聚剂的混合体。
本申请的实施例中,参照图4,在中空纤维内部填充有快速凝固粘结剂,能够实现损伤原位修复。
进一步的,连续碳纤维布为单向连续碳纤维布。
本申请的实施例中,参照图3,连续碳纤维布采用单向连续碳纤维布,能够保证头盔整体结构的力学性能。
进一步的,外壳层101为高强度隔热材料。
本申请的实施例中,参照图2,高强度隔热材料能够提高防弹头盔的舒适性。
进一步的,内衬层103为弹性材料且表面设有孔洞,包括但不限于热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶。
本申请的实施例中,参照图2,弹性材料能够提高防弹头盔的舒适性。

所述防护层(102)为多种非金属复合材料,包括但不限于碳纤维布,或者凯夫拉纤维布(1021),或者碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布(1021)的复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料防弹头盔,其特征在于,所述防护层(102)为连续碳纤维布和凯夫拉纤维布(1021)的复合材料;
所述连续碳纤维布与凯夫拉纤维布(1021)为交叉叠层布置,所述凯夫拉纤维布(1021)相邻两层连续碳纤维布呈垂直布置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合材料防弹头盔,其特征在于,所述连续碳纤维布由实心连续碳纤维(1022)和中空连续碳纤维混合而成;
