本发明涉及一种粉体的制备方法和应用,该制备方法是先将油脂和蜡在流体状态下混合均匀得到预混相,再将预混相加入含有非离子表面活性剂的水相中混合均匀得到流体状态的乳化相,然后将粉相加入到流体状态的乳化相中得到粘度小于3500cps的料体D,将流体状态的料体D注入模具中,并干燥成型,得到粉体;非离子表面活性剂包括聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂、多元醇酯类非离子表面活性剂、酰胺类非离子表面活性剂或者嵌段聚醚类非离子表面活性剂;按重量计,料体D中油脂的含量为2.85%~30%。该应用是将所述的粉体用于眼影、粉饼、腮红或者高光。本发明的粉体在提高产品润感同时具有不飞粉等优点,特别是能让涂抹出来的粉体更亮泽。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,涉及一种粉体的制备方法和应用,特别是涉及一种化妆品用粉体的制备方法和应用。
背景技术
目前市场常见的粉体如眼影、粉饼、腮红、高光、眉粉等,从成型方法上划分,主要为干压粉、湿式压粉和油蜡浇注灌装。
干压粉,有油无蜡,粉块必须压在载体盘中,再组装到容器,产品易飞粉,运输跌落过程容易产生粉屑,且生产过程中粉尘较高,对人和环境都有危害;
湿式压粉,有油无蜡,在生产过程中使用有机溶剂和无机溶剂,有机溶剂基本有一定危害性的,比如异构十二烷和异丙醇,在挥发过程中对环境和人体都易产生危害,无机溶剂目前采用的主要是水,水通过挥发方式除去,但是产品上色偏少,同时触感硬,体验感不美丽;通过升华的方式出去,产品偏干,不够润,容易飞粉,贴肤性差;
现有技术中做轻盈贴肤、清爽和滋润的粉底或者腮红膏,但是该配方体系常采用油酯为挥发性硅油和肤感清爽的植物油酯,水分含量较高,一般50-70%之间,且粉质原料较少,约10%,粉质感较低,且持久度较低,产品外观一般是以液体膏状呈现,形状也单一。
为了克服以上缺点,开发一款易上色,同时不易飞粉且润感较好的粉体迫切重要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术方案的不足,本发明提供一种粉体的制备方法和应用,本发明的粉体是通过蜡支撑配方骨架,并加入高含量的油脂,无论是对微球状、片状功能粉体还是含有大量着色剂珠光颜料,都能起到比较好的粘结作用;而且高比例油脂还可以在提高产品润感同时具有不飞粉等优点,特别是能让涂抹出来的粉体更亮泽。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方案如下:
一种粉体的制备方法,先将油脂和蜡在流体状态下混合均匀得到预混相,再将预混相加入水相中混合均匀得到流体状态的乳化相,然后将粉相加入到流体状态的乳化相中得到粘度小于3500cps的料体D,将流体状态的料体D注入模具中,并干燥成型,得到所述粉体;所述干燥成型为冷冻升华;冷冻升华的具体过程为:先将注入料体D后的模具放入冰柜中冷冻,待冷冻成型后脱模;再将脱模的产品放入冻干机中;然后在真空条件下进行升华干燥得到产品,即粉体(为块状物,而非膏状物)。
非离子表面活性剂包括聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂、多元醇酯类非离子表面活性剂、酰胺类非离子表面活性剂或者嵌段聚醚类非离子表面活性剂;
按照重量计,所述料体D中油脂的含量为2.85%~30%。
作为优选的技术方案:
如上所述的一种粉体的制备方法,非离子表面活性剂为聚山梨醇酯-80、聚山梨醇酯-20、硬脂醇聚醚-2、硬脂醇聚醚-21、甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯和C12-20烷基葡糖苷中的一种以上,还可以为伯醇聚氧乙烯醚、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪胺化合物、烯基乙二醇酯、山梨醇酯、烷基糖苷聚甘油脂肪酸酯、PEG(聚乙二醇)-20或者甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯等。
如上所述的一种粉体的制备方法,按照重量计,所述粉体中各组分的占比为:粉相15-90%(优选的是粉相45-80%),蜡1-20%(优选,蜡3-10%),油脂5-55%(优选油脂5~45%)。
如上所述的一种粉体的制备方法,油脂为液体油脂类、高级脂肪酸类、高级醇类和酯油类中的一种以上。
液体油脂类包括鳄梨油、山茶油、澳洲坚果油、橄榄油、蓖麻油、霍霍巴油、三甘油或者三辛酸甘油酯等;
高级脂肪酸类包括月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山嵛酸、油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、异硬脂酸、亚油酸或者亚麻酸等;
高级醇类包括月桂醇、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、山嵛醇、油醇、单硬脂基甘油醚、单棕榈基甘油醚、胆固醇、植物甾醇或者异硬脂醇等;
酯油类包括异壬酸异壬酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、辛酸鲸蜡酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷酯、硬脂酸丁酯、油酸癸酯、二辛酸乙二醇酯、苹果酸二异硬脂酯、三羟甲基丙烷三辛酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三异硬脂酸酯、四辛酸季戊四醇酯、三辛酸甘油酯或者三异硬脂酸甘油酯等。
如上所述的一种粉体的制备方法,蜡主要选天然蜡和合成蜡。
天然蜡为石油蜡、植物蜡或者动物蜡。石油蜡为石蜡、微晶蜡或者凡士林。植物蜡为米糠蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡、小冠巴西棕蜡、日本蜡、可可脂、软木纤维蜡(cork fibrewax)或者甘蔗蜡。动物蜡为羊毛脂蜡、羊毛脂衍生物或者蜂蜡等。
合成蜡为合成烃蜡和改性蜡。合成烃蜡为聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡或者费-托(Fischer-Tropsch)蜡。改性蜡为石蜡衍生物、褐煤蜡衍生物或者微晶蜡衍生物等。
如上所述的一种粉体的制备方法,粉相为有机填料、疏水表面处理后的无机粉末和疏水表面处理后的色粉的混合物。
无机粉末为珠光、滑石、高岭土、丝云母、白云母、合成云母、金云母、鳞云母(lepidolite)、黑云母、锂云母(lithia mica)、蛭石、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、硅藻土、硅酸镁、硅酸钙、硅酸铝、硅酸钡、硅酸锶、钨酸金属盐、二氧化硅、羟磷灰石、沸石、氮化硼或者陶瓷粉末等;
有机填料为PMMA、尼龙、聚氨酯或者HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物等。
有机填料主要起到调节肤感的作用,这里产品对产品的抗跌落性在一般一定程度上会有影响,但是在该配方中影响不明显;
疏水表面处理后的色粉或珠光在配方中起到调色作用;
珠光为云母、硼硅酸盐、合成氟金云母、金属或金属氧化物(比如铜、氧化铝)。
色粉为化妆品中常用的着色剂;比如二氧化钛、氧化铁、red 6、red7、red30、red40或者胭脂虫红等。
一般珠光和色粉在常规配方中抗跌落性能很差,容易破损,但是在该配方体系中抗跌落性能特别优异,效果较好。本发明采用水包油型乳化相,由于未处理的粉体表面电子活跃使其具有较高的表面活性,趋向聚集水油界面中,使得粉体不能很好地分散,故优选处理过的粉体,能降低其表面活性防止粉体发生团聚、凝聚高分子、破坏乳化界面等问题。
如上所述的一种粉体的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)预混:将油脂和蜡在温度为40~95℃条件下混合均匀得到所述温度下的预混相;蜡在常温下是固体,必须在加热条件下才能熔化;
(2)将非离子表面活性剂、水溶性高分子、防腐剂、多元醇(作为保湿剂)、抗氧化剂、螯合剂和水混合均匀,得到水相;
(3)步骤(1)得到的预混相加入与所述温度相同的所述水相中混合均匀得到所述温度下的乳化相;由于本发明所选择的非离子表面活性剂,导致形成的乳化相为水包油型;
(4)将粉相加入到步骤(3)中的乳化相中得到所述温度下的料体D;
(5)将料体D注入模具中,并干燥成型,得到所述粉体;在干燥成型的过程中,由于本发明的乳化相为水包油型的,因此,水组分会逐渐挥发形成多孔结构,如果乳化相是油包水型的,会导致干燥后的粉体不光滑。
控制温度的原因是使料体D拥有一定的流动性,用于成型。
如上所述的一种粉体的制备方法,水溶性高分子包括天然水溶性高分子、半合成水溶性高分子或者合成的水溶性高分子。
天然水溶性高分子包括瓜尔胶、半乳聚糖、琼脂、淀粉、黄原胶或者葡聚糖;
半合成水溶性高分子包括纤维素类高分子(如甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素或者羟乙基纤维素等粉末)或者淀粉类高分子(如羧甲基淀粉或者甲基羟丙基淀粉等粉末);
合成的水溶性高分子包括乙烯基类高分子(如聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基甲基醚或者聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等)、聚乙烯类高分子(如聚乙二醇20000、40000、600000的聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物等)或者丙烯酸类高分子(如聚丙烯酸钠或者丙烯酸交联树脂等)。
本发明还提供一种粉体的应用,是将如上所述的粉体用于彩色化妆品,彩色化妆品为眼影、粉饼、腮红或者高光。
本发明的原理如下:
本发明在配方中加入高含量的油脂,同时使其形成水包油型乳化体系,使整个物料具有较好的流动性,一方面可以达到高效混合的效果,另一方面使注入模具的料体的粘度小于3500cps,易于注入,而若配方中油脂和粉的含量低,即水分的含量高,则会导致干燥过程中料体的收缩比严重,从而粉块塌陷,表面不平,不能形成表面光滑的粉体。
本发明的水包油型乳化体系以及加入疏水高含量比例粉体构成的料体,其中,疏水粉体不亲水,在水相中呈现憎水,一方面更容易使粉相在乳液相中稳定,不易导致外相偏稠,而且在真空冷冻干燥的条件下,冰直接升华为气态,除去,而油脂和蜡的残留在粉相中,由于油脂和蜡是混合均匀加入到料体中的,在粉块干燥过程中,油脂和蜡一起做为粘结剂,蜡也主要起到支撑配方骨架的结构,让粉块不易破损、变形。由于冰直接被升华为气态,而粉块在低温环境下,分子运动会很慢,原来粉块中冰的位置,不会因为冰的离去,导致其它分子运动填充进去,故产品内部结构就会以多孔形式就会呈现出来。
由于本发明的粉体具有上述主要是以蜡作为支撑骨架,以油脂和蜡作为粘结剂的多孔结构,因此,产品韧性较好,跌落运输被损坏的风险低;同时,因为其中的油脂含量高,能够达到贴肤不飞粉的效果。一般而言,当油脂含量高的时候,因为粘结性太强,会导致不好取料,不好上色,但是,本发明冷冻干燥的多孔结构,导致虽然油脂含量高,但是粘结性并没有很大,导致容易取料,则容易上色,上色浓郁。又因为本发明的配方中含有有机填料、硅石(球形粉末),因此,本发明的粉体还可以达到蘸料性好的特点。
有益效果
本发明的粉体是通过蜡支撑配方骨架,并加入高含量的油脂,无论是对微球状、片状功能粉体还是含有大量着色剂珠光颜料,都能起到比较好的粘结作用;而且高比例油脂还可以在提高产品润感同时具有不飞粉等优点,特别是能让涂抹出来的粉体更亮泽。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
本发明涉及到的测试方法如下:
(1)用粉体的跌落性能来判定粉体的粘结性,测试过程为:将制得的粉体组装到粉盒(内有圆柱形空腔,圆柱形的直径3.5~5.0cm,高为0.3~1cm)中后,12小时后,将盒子从50cm的高度跌落下落到PVC板上,观察在第几次会产生裂纹,取5次测试的平均值对粘结性进行评价;
(2)刷子蘸取的良好程度:选取24名女性评委依照4个等级进行评价(4:很好、3:比较好、2:一般、1、差),根据其平均值如下评价。其中,◎代表3以上、○代表大于2但是低于3、△代表大于1低于2、×代表1以下;
(3)粉体显色程度:选取24名女性评委依照4个等级进行评价(4:很好、3:比较好、2:一般、1、差),根据其平均值如下评价。其中,◎代表3以上、○代表大于2但是低于3、△代表大于以上低于2、×代表1以下;
(4)粉体是否易飞粉:选取24名女性评委依照4个等级进行评价(4:不飞粉、3:轻微飞粉、2:明显飞粉、1、飞粉严重),根据其平均值如下评价;其中,◎代表3以上、○代表大于2但是低于3、△代表大于1低于2、×代表1以下;
(5)粘度测试:采用BROOKFIELD DVI测试仪测试料体D的粘度。
实施例1~5
一种粉体的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
备料:
根据上述的备料表,按照以下步骤制备实施例1~5的粉体:
(1)制备预混相:将油脂和蜡在温度为60℃下混合均匀得到预混相;
(2)制备水相:将非离子表面活性剂、水溶性高分子、防腐剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、螯合剂和水混合均匀,得到水相;
(3)制备乳化相:步骤(1)得到的预混相加入温度为60℃的步骤(2)得到的水相中混合均匀得到水包油型的乳化相;
(4)制备料体D:将粉相加入到温度为60℃的步骤(3)制成的乳化相中,得到粘度为小于3500cps的料体D;
(5)制备粉体:将料体D注入模具中(整个工艺过程均保持料体D的温度为60℃),将注入料体D后的模具放入冰柜中冷冻,待冷冻成型后脱模;再将脱模的产品放入冻干机中,然后在真空条件下进行升华干燥,得到所述粉体;该粉体为以蜡作为支撑骨架,且以油脂和蜡作为粘结剂的多孔结构的块状物(实施例2制得的粉体的CT横刨切面图如图1所示);同时对制成的粉体进行抗跌落性、蘸料性、上色性和飞粉性测试,数据见下表:

(1)制备预混相:将油脂和蜡在温度为90℃下混合均匀得到预混相;
(2)制备水相:将非离子表面活性剂、水溶性高分子、防腐剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、螯合剂和水混合均匀,得到水相;
(3)制备乳化相:步骤(1)得到的预混相加入温度为90℃的步骤(2)得到的水相中混合均匀得到水包油型的乳化相;
(4)制备料体D:将粉相加入到温度为90℃的步骤(3)制成的乳化相中,得到粘度为小于3500cps的料体D;
(5)制备粉体:将料体D注入模具中(整个工艺过程均保持料体D的温度为90℃),将注入料体D后的模具放入冰柜中冷冻,待冷冻成型后脱模;再将脱模的产品放入冻干机中,然后在真空条件下进行升华干燥,得到所述粉体;该粉体为以蜡作为支撑骨架,且以油脂和蜡作为粘结剂的多孔结构的块状物;同时对制成的粉体进行抗跌落性、蘸料性、上色性和飞粉性测试,数据见下表:

一种粉体的制备方法,具体步骤如下:

根据上述的备料表,按照实施例6中的方法制备粉体:同时对制成的粉体进行抗跌落性、蘸料性、上色性和飞粉性测试,数据见下表:
由上述数据可以看出,对比例1中的抗跌落性明显不如实施例1,这是因为对比例1中没有加入蜡,蜡在配方中主要起到骨架支撑的作用,缺少蜡,产品缺少韧性和刚性,产品跌落性变差;由于蜡也起到一定的粘合作用,不添加蜡,相对的粘合剂量变少,使产品更松散,易飞粉。
实施例11
一种眼影的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
备料:
根据上述的备料表,按照以下步骤制备眼影:
(1)制备预混相:将油脂和蜡在温度为50℃下混合均匀得到预混相;
(2)制备水相:将非离子表面活性剂、水溶性高分子、防腐剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂和水混合均匀,得到水相;
(3)制备乳化相:步骤(1)得到的预混相加入温度为50℃的步骤(2)得到的水相中混合均匀得到水包油型的乳化相;
(4)制备料体D:将粉相加入到温度为50℃的步骤(3)制成的乳化相中,得到粘度为1000cps的料体D;
(5)制备眼影:将料体D注入模具中(整个工艺过程均保持料体D的温度为50℃),将注入料体D后的模具放入冰柜中冷冻,待冷冻成型后脱模;再将脱模的产品放入冻干机中,然后在真空条件下进行升华干燥,得到所述眼影;该眼影为以蜡作为支撑骨架,且以油脂和蜡作为粘结剂的多孔结构的块状物。
实施例12
一种腮红的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
备料:
根据上述的备料表,按照以下步骤制备腮红:
(1)制备预混相:将油脂和蜡在温度为70℃下混合均匀得到预混相;
(2)制备水相:将非离子表面活性剂、水溶性高分子、防腐剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂和水混合均匀,得到水相;
(3)制备乳化相:步骤(1)得到的预混相加入温度为70℃的步骤(2)得到的水相中混合均匀得到水包油型的乳化相;
(4)制备料体D:将粉相加入到温度为70℃的步骤(3)制成的乳化相中,得到粘度为2000cps的料体D;
(5)制备腮红:将料体D注入模具中(整个工艺过程均保持料体D的温度为70℃),将注入料体D后的模具放入冰柜中冷冻,待冷冻成型后脱模;再将脱模的产品放入冻干机中,然后在真空条件下进行升华干燥,得到所述腮红;该腮红为以蜡作为支撑骨架,且以油脂和蜡作为粘结剂的多孔结构的块状物。
实施例13
一种粉饼的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
备料:
根据上述的备料表,按照以下步骤制备粉饼:
(1)制备预混相:将油脂和蜡在温度为40℃下混合均匀得到预混相;
(2)制备水相:将非离子表面活性剂、水溶性高分子、防腐剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂和水混合均匀,得到水相;
(3)制备乳化相:步骤(1)得到的预混相加入温度为40℃的步骤(2)得到的水相中混合均匀得到水包油型的乳化相;
(4)制备料体D:将粉相加入到温度为40℃的步骤(3)制成的乳化相中,得到粘度为3000cps的料体D;
(5)制备粉饼:将料体D注入模具中(整个工艺过程均保持料体D的温度为40℃),将注入料体D后的模具放入冰柜中冷冻,待冷冻成型后脱模;再将脱模的产品放入冻干机中,然后在真空条件下进行升华干燥,得到所述粉饼;该粉饼为以蜡作为支撑骨架,且以油脂和蜡作为粘结剂的多孔结构的块状物。
实施例14
一种高光的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
备料:
根据上述的备料表,按照以下步骤制备高光:
(1)制备预混相:将油脂和蜡在温度为65℃下混合均匀得到预混相;
(2)制备水相:将非离子表面活性剂、水溶性高分子、防腐剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂和水混合均匀,得到水相;
(3)制备乳化相:步骤(1)得到的预混相加入温度为65℃的步骤(2)得到的水相中混合均匀得到水包油型的乳化相;
(4)制备料体D:将粉相加入到温度为65℃的步骤(3)制成的乳化相中,得到粘度为1600cps的料体D;
(5)制备高光:将料体D注入模具中(整个工艺过程均保持料体D的温度为65℃),将注入料体D后的模具放入冰柜中冷冻,待冷冻成型后脱模;再将脱模的产品放入冻干机中,然后在真空条件下进行升华干燥,得到所述高光;该高光为以蜡作为支撑骨架,且以油脂和蜡作为粘结剂的多孔结构的块状物。
对比例2
一种高光的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
备料:
根据上述的备料表,按照与实施例14相同的方法制备高光,但是,得到的料体D的粘度为3200cps,且料体有破乳倾向,粉、水、油有分离迹象,这是主要因为采用低温干燥工艺,外相是冰(水低温下转为冰),冰直接可以升华;但如果外相是油相,冰从粉块中升华,必须经过外相油相,导致油相在冰的压力下进行***,产品外观就会凹凸不平且粗糙。

1.一种粉体的制备方法,其特征是:先将油脂和蜡在流体状态下混合均匀得到预混相,再将预混相加入含有非离子表面活性剂的水相中混合均匀得到流体状态的乳化相,然后将粉相加入到流体状态的乳化相中得到粘度小于3500cps的料体D,将流体状态的料体D注入模具中,并干燥成型,得到所述粉体;所述干燥成型为冷冻升华;
非离子表面活性剂包括聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂、多元醇酯类非离子表面活性剂、酰胺类非离子表面活性剂或者嵌段聚醚类非离子表面活性剂;
按照重量计,所述料体D中油脂的含量为2.85%~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,非离子表面活性剂为聚山梨醇酯-80、聚山梨醇酯-20、硬脂醇聚醚-2、硬脂醇聚醚-21、甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯和C12-20烷基葡糖苷中的一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,按照重量计,所述粉体中各主要组分的占比为:粉相15~90%,蜡1~20%,油脂5~55%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,油脂为液体油脂类、高级脂肪酸类、高级醇类和酯油类中的一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,蜡主要选天然蜡和合成蜡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,粉相为有机填料、疏水表面处理后的无机粉末和疏水表面处理后的色粉的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)预混:将油脂和蜡在温度为40~95℃条件下混合均匀得到所述温度下的预混相;
(2)将非离子表面活性剂、水溶性高分子、防腐剂、多元醇、抗氧化剂、螯合剂和水混合均匀,得到水相;
(3)步骤(1)得到的预混相加入与所述温度相同的所述水相中混合均匀得到所述温度下的乳化相;
(4)将粉相加入到步骤(3)中的乳化相中得到所述温度下的料体D;
(5)将料体D注入模具中,并干燥成型,得到所述粉体。
