the chair back supporting frame (5) is annular, the lumbar support body (3) is positioned in the frame of the chair back supporting frame (5), the upper end part of the lumbar support body (3) is hinged to the chair back supporting frame (5), the rear end part of the lumbar support body (3) is connected to the chair seat (1) or the tray (4) through a linkage rod (9), the upper end part of the linkage rod (9) is hinged to the lumbar support body (3) respectively, and the lower end part of the linkage rod (9) is hinged to the chair seat (1) or the tray (4); the articulated shafts at the upper end and the lower end of the linkage rod (9) are respectively provided with a torsional spring, and the linkage rod (9) provides forward elastic supporting force for the waist rest body (3).

The chair with good waist and back fit as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the elastic supporting unit (7) further comprises a flexible core layer laid on the front end face of the supporting main body and a surface layer coated on the outer side of the flexible core layer; the edges of the facing are fixed to the support body.
