本发明提供的改进三黄鸡肉品质的添加剂及三黄鸡肉品质的改善方法,所述添加剂由以下组分组成:火麻油和茶多酚。其改善方法包括步骤如下,三黄鸡每日饲喂2次基础饲料、火麻油和茶多酚,自由采食和饮水,采用常规饲养管理和免疫程序,自然采光和通风,饲养期30~45天。该添加剂中的火麻油能使三黄鸡鸡肉富含多不饱和脂肪酸,能保护基础饲料的营养成分,增强畜禽抗病力、改善畜产品质量等作用,有效地改善了三黄鸡的鸡肉品质,适合推广。

本发明属于饲料制备技术领域,具体是改进三黄鸡肉品质的添加剂及品质改善方法。
背景技术
火麻油富含多不饱和脂肪酸,尤其富含亚油酸和亚麻酸,其具有很高的营养价值和保健价值。饲粮中通过添加火麻油可生产富含多不饱和脂肪酸的鸡肉,提高了鸡肉的品质,为人们提供了营养健康、品质优良的鸡肉产品。火麻油和茶多酚两者结合应用于改善三黄鸡鸡肉品质的研究未见有报道。然而,多不饱和脂肪酸还存在氧化问题,氧化后的脂肪酸及其产物作用效果不佳。因此,在生产富含多不饱和脂肪酸的鸡肉的同时脂质氧化的控制也尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种利用火麻油和茶多酚组合饲粮改进三黄鸡肉品质的方法,具体方案如下:
改进三黄鸡肉品质的添加剂,所述添加剂由以下组分组成:包含火麻油和茶多酚。
改进三黄鸡肉品质的添加剂,所述添加剂按以下重量份数的原料组成计:包含火麻油400~600份,茶多酚4~6份。
应用所述的添加剂改进三黄鸡肉品质的方法,包括如下步骤:三黄鸡每日饲喂2次基础饲料和添加剂,自由采食和饮水,采用常规饲养管理和免疫程序,自然采光和通风,饲养期为30~45天。
进一步地,所述添加剂添加到基础饲料的量,按20~35g/kg的基础饲料添加。
本发明的优点
本发明的改进三黄鸡肉品质的添加剂中火麻油和茶多酚与基础饲料配合饲养三黄鸡,火麻油能使三黄鸡鸡肉富含多不饱和脂肪酸,茶多酚是一种从茶叶中提取的纯天然复合物,是一种理想的绿色抗氧化剂,具有抗毒杀菌、参与机体免疫调节、调节脂类代谢、改善生产性能、舒缓肠胃、通便止泻等功能,能保护基础饲料的营养成分,增强畜禽抗病力、改善畜产品质量等作用,有效地改善了三黄鸡的鸡肉品质,适合推广。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地解释和说明,需要注意的是,本具体实施例不用于限定本发明的权利范围。任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的构思和原则的前提下所作的等同变化、修改与结合,均应属于本发明保护范围。
本发明提供的改进三黄鸡肉品质的添加剂,添加剂由以下重量份数的原料组成,添加剂按以下重量份数的原料组成计:包含火麻油400~600份,茶多酚4~6份。
材料来源:
火麻油:购买于广西河池市巴马瑶族自治县巴马镇城北路阿贵榨油坊。
茶多酚:购买于河南万邦实业有限公司。
基础饲料:来源于南宁市新宏源饲料有限责任公司生产的肉中鸡配合饲料,饲料代号为512肉中鸡配合饲料,基础饲料由以下原料组成:玉米、麸皮、豆粕、鱼粉、磷酸氢钙、石粉、氯化钠、赖氨酸、A、D等八种维生素、铜、铁等6种微量元素。基础饲料的营养成分分析保证值(%),如表1所示:

应用改进三黄鸡肉品质的添加剂改进三黄鸡肉品质的方法,操作步骤如下:
1.试验设计1个对照组,5个不同处理的试验组。选取90日龄平均体重为1195g的三黄鸡108只,随机分为6组,分别为对照组和试验组,试验组分别为试验1组、试验2组、试验3组、试验4组、试验5组,每组又分为3个小分组,每个小分组6只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组在基础饲料中添加添加剂,添加剂添加到基础饲料的量,按20~35g/kg的基础饲料添加。添加比例详见表2,对照组、试验组中每次基础饲料、火麻油和茶多酚的配料具体添加量如表3所示。

注:试验期间多次配料,每次配料按照表3进行配置。
试验期间每日饲喂2次,自由采食和饮水,采用常规饲养管理和免疫程序,自然采光和通风,预饲期为7天,正式饲养期为35-42天,优选地,正式饲养期为35天,预饲期为三黄鸡的适应期,该期间的数据不收集,仅收集正式饲养期的数据。
2.胸肌亚油酸、亚麻酸含量和失水率测定
饲养试验结束后,每组随机取3只,每个小分组1只,颈静脉放血处死,取不带皮的胸肌约50克置于-20℃冰箱保存备用。肌肉样品经解冻、剪碎、称样、真空冷冻干燥、称重并得含水率;按Folch方法提取脂质,再用0.5N的KOH-CH3OH进行甲酯化处理,用气相色谱仪测定胸肌亚油酸和亚麻酸含量。抽取每只鸡胸肌检测失水率指标。失水率使用RH-1000肉品系系水力测定仪测定,该仪器由广州润湖仪器有限公司生产。
不同比例火麻油和茶多酚组合饲粮对三黄鸡肉品质的影响如表4所示:

通过表4对三黄鸡品质的影响分析可知,单独食用对照组1的基础饲料和同时食用基础饲料和2%火麻油的试验1组的三黄鸡的胸肌的失水率由41.53%降低到35.50%,亚油酸含量由0.01g/100g提高到0.03g/100g,亚麻酸含量由0.05g/100g提高到0.10g/100g,由此可见,食用了2%火麻油的试验1组与对照组相比,胸肌失水率降低了14.52%,亚油酸含量增长率200%,亚麻酸含量增长率为100%。
试验2组在基础饲料中添加2%火麻油和200mg/kg茶多酚;试验2组与试验1组对比,试验2组的三黄鸡的胸肌失水率都由35.50%降低到34.86%,亚油酸含量由0.03g/100g提高到0.04g/100g,亚麻酸含量由0.10g/100g提高到0.17g/100g,由此可见,食用了2%火麻油和200mg/kg茶多酚的试验2组与试验1组相比,胸肌失水率又降低了1.80%,亚油酸含量又增长了33%,亚麻酸含量增长率为70%。
试验3组与试验1组对比,胸肌失水率又降低了6.20%,亚油酸含量又增长了100%,亚麻酸含量增长率为130%。
试验4组与试验1组对比,胸肌失水率又降低了4.85%,亚油酸含量又增长了100%,亚麻酸含量增长率为170%。
试验5组与试验1组对比,胸肌失水率增长了4.73%,亚油酸含量又增长了33.3%,亚麻酸含量增长率为100%。
试验2、3、4、5组与试验1组相比,食用试验3组的基础饲料、2%火麻油和300mg/kg茶多酚的组合,三黄鸡的鸡肉品质和口感最好。
