Description

Method and device for adjusting non-activated state parameters, electronic equipment, medium and product
Technical Field

Background
With the continuous development of wireless communication technology, the demand for wireless network capacity is also increasing, and it is important how to ensure the transmission rate between the base station and the user and realize the full use of transmission resources.
Currently, in 3GPP (3 rd Generation Partnership Project, third generation partnership project) protocols, after defining RRC (Radio Resource Control ) connection release UE (User Equipment) in 5G (5-Generation mobile communication technology, fifth generation mobile communication technology) network, RRC states accessed by the UE include: an RRC IDLE state, or RRC INACTIVE (inactive) state. If the UE accesses to the RRC IDLE state, when the UE has service data again to send, the RRC connection needs to be re-established, where the connection includes an air interface connection and an NG interface connection, and the connection process is poor in timeliness of data transmission because a signaling interaction process between the UE and the core network is complex. If the UE accesses RRC INACTIVE, the RRC only needs to release the air interface connection, context information and security information of the UE are still stored in the gNB (5G base station), and when the UE needs to send a service again, the UE only needs to send an RRC connection request to the gNB to establish a connection, signaling interaction in the connection process is less, and the connection establishment speed is faster, so that timeliness of data transmission can be ensured.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an inactive state parameter adjustment method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the inactive state parameter adjustment method provided by the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step 101: the access amount and the utilization rate of the transmission resource block of the user equipment of the target cell are collected.
In this embodiment, the access amount of the ue of the target cell and the usage rate of the transmission resource block (Physical Resource Block, abbreviated PRB) need to be acquired, and it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the data acquisition module set in the system is used to acquire two parameter values, that is, the access amount of the ue of the target cell and the usage rate of the transmission resource block, and then the time parameter of the ue of the target cell entering the inactive state is adjusted according to the obtained parameter values.
It should be noted that, the method provided in this embodiment may enable the base station to be applied in some special application scenarios, where a large number of user equipment access occurs in a certain period of time, and only a smaller user equipment access occurs in a certain period of time. Such as train stations, school playgrounds, malls, etc.
Step 102: and calculating according to the access quantity of the user equipment of the target cell and the utilization rate of the transmission resource block to obtain the target value of the target cell.
In this embodiment, the target value of the target cell is obtained by calculating the access amount of the user equipment of the target cell and the usage rate of the transmission resource block obtained in the above step 101, and in this embodiment, the obtained access amount of the user equipment of the target cell and the usage rate of the transmission resource block are calculated, for example, the two parameter values are multiplied to obtain the target value, and the specific calculation processing manner is described in the following embodiments, which will not be described in detail herein.
It should be noted that, the unit of the access amount of the ue is one, the unit of the transmission resource block is RB, and if the usage rate of the transmission resource block is 80%, and the access amount of the ue of the target cell is 500, the target value obtained by multiplying the two parameter values is 500×80% =400.
Step 103: and adjusting the time parameter of the user equipment of the target cell in the inactive state according to the target value and a preset threshold value.
In this embodiment, the target value obtained in step 102 is compared with a preset threshold value, and then a time parameter of how to adjust the user equipment of the target cell to enter the inactive state is determined according to the comparison result, where the time parameter of the user equipment of the target cell to enter the inactive state includes two adjustment modes, namely a time parameter shortening mode and a time parameter extending mode. The determination can be made specifically by the following specific examples.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset threshold is a specific preset value, and in other embodiments, the preset threshold may be a peak value in the change of the target value, and when the target value reaches the preset peak value, the time parameter of the ue entering the inactive state is shortened, so as to meet the requirement of the air interface resource utilization rate, where the air interface resource refers to a high frequency resource used for transmission between the ue and the base station.
The invention provides a method for adjusting parameters in an inactive state, which comprises the steps of obtaining a target value of a target cell by calculating the acquired access quantity of user equipment of the target cell and the utilization rate of a transmission resource block, and adjusting the time parameters of the user equipment of the target cell in the inactive state according to the relation between the target value and a preset threshold value. The method for adjusting the parameters in the inactive state can dynamically adjust the time parameters of the user equipment in the inactive state according to different application scenes, improves the utilization rate of air interface resources of the base station, and ensures that the user equipment can get quick and efficient response when needing to do business.
Based on any one of the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, the adjusting, according to the target value and a preset threshold, a time parameter of the ue of the target cell entering an inactive state includes:
and shortening the time parameter of the user equipment of the target cell entering the inactive state under the condition that the target value is larger than or equal to a first threshold value.
In this embodiment, when the obtained target value is greater than or equal to the first threshold, the time parameter for the ue of the target cell to enter the inactive state is shortened. If the preset first threshold is 2000, the access amount of the user equipment of the target cell is 3000, the utilization rate of the transmission resource block is 80%, the calculated target value is 2400, the target value is determined to be greater than the first threshold by comparing the target value with the first threshold, and the access amount of the user equipment of the target cell can be determined to be very large at the moment when the target value is greater than the first threshold, the occupancy rate of the resource transmission module is very high, and the time for the UE to enter the INACTIVE needs to be shortened, so that the air interface resources between the target cell and the base station are fully utilized, and the admission amount of the cells in the base station is improved.
The magnitude of the first threshold may be set according to actual needs, and is not particularly limited herein.
According to the method for adjusting the parameters in the non-activated state, provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the target value is greater than or equal to the first threshold value, the time parameter of the user equipment in the target cell entering the non-activated state is shortened, the utilization rate of the air interface resources of the base station is improved, and the user equipment is ensured to be responded quickly and efficiently.
Based on any one of the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, the adjusting the time parameter of the ue of the target cell in the inactive state according to the target value and a preset threshold further includes:
under the condition that the target value is smaller than or equal to a second threshold value, prolonging the time parameter of the user equipment of the target cell in an inactive state;
wherein the second threshold is less than the first threshold.
In this embodiment, when the obtained target value is less than or equal to the second threshold, the time parameter for the ue of the target cell to enter the inactive state is extended. In this embodiment, when the target value is smaller than or equal to the second threshold, the access amount of the base station in the target cell is indicated to be lower, and the time for the user equipment in the target cell to enter the inactive state needs to be prolonged, so that the delay of the user equipment is reduced. It should be noted that, in the second threshold set in this embodiment is smaller than the first threshold, in other embodiments, the second threshold may also be a value of a trough of the target value change, and when the target value reaches the trough value, the time for the user equipment of the target cell to enter the inactive state is automatically prolonged, and the size of the second threshold may be set according to the actual needs, which is not limited herein specifically.
If the second threshold is set to 500, the access amount of the user equipment of the target cell is 300 through acquisition, the utilization rate of the transmission resource block is 60%, the calculated target value is 180, the target value is determined to be smaller than the second threshold by comparing the target value with the second threshold, the access amount of the user equipment of the target cell can be determined to be lower under the condition that the target value is smaller than the second threshold, the occupancy rate of the resource transmission module is not high, the time for the UE to enter INACTIVE needs to be prolonged, and the delay of the user equipment is reduced.
According to the method for adjusting the parameters in the inactive state, provided by the invention, under the condition that the target value is smaller than or equal to the second threshold value, the time for the user equipment in the target cell to enter the inactive state is prolonged, the delay of the user is reduced, the air interface resources of the base station are forcefully released, and the user experience of the terminal user of each holding user equipment is improved.
Based on any one of the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, the calculating according to the access amount of the ue of the target cell and the usage rate of the transmission resource block, to obtain the target value of the target cell includes:
and multiplying the access quantity of the user equipment of the target cell and the utilization rate of the transmission resource block to obtain a target value of the target cell.
In this embodiment, the obtained two parameter values of the access amount of the user equipment of the target cell and the usage rate of the transmission resource block are multiplied to obtain the target value of the target cell. If the access amount of the user equipment in the acquired target cell is 100 and the use rate of the transmission resource block is 20%, then the target value is obtained by multiplication and calculation to be 100 x 20% = 20, and then the obtained target value is compared with a preset threshold value to determine the time parameter of the base station for entering the inactive state to the user equipment issued by the target cell.
In this embodiment, the obtained target value of the target cell is obtained by multiplying the access amount of the user equipment of the target cell and the usage rate of the transmission resource block, and in other embodiments, the target value may be obtained by other calculation methods, such as a division method, and may be specifically set according to actual needs, which is not limited herein.
According to the method for adjusting the parameters in the inactive state, the obtained target value of the target cell is obtained by multiplying the access quantity of the user equipment of the target cell and the utilization rate of the transmission resource block, and data support is provided for adjusting the time parameters of the user equipment of the target cell in the inactive state automatically according to the relation between the target value and the preset threshold value.
Based on any of the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, after the acquiring the access amount and the usage rate of the transmission resource block of the user equipment of the target cell, the method further includes:
determining the state of a base station according to the access quantity of the user equipment of the target cell and the utilization rate of the transmission resource block;
and adjusting the time parameter of the user equipment of the target cell entering the inactive state according to the state of the base station.
In this embodiment, the current state of the base station is divided according to the access amount parameter of the user equipment of the target cell and the usage rate parameter of the transmission resource block obtained from the data acquisition module, and then different time parameters are issued according to different states by the base station. If the target value is larger, the base station is determined to be in a state where a plurality of user equipment are accessed, the utilization rate of the transmission resource blocks is higher, and under the application scene, a plurality of user equipment are required to carry out service, so that the time for the user equipment issued by the base station to enter an INACTIVE state is shortened. On the contrary, if the target value is smaller, the base station is determined to be in a state of accessing less user equipment, the utilization rate of the transmission resource block is lower, and under the application scene, the user equipment needs to carry out service with lower requirement, so that the time of entering the INACTIVE state of the user equipment issued by the base station is prolonged, the delay of the user is reduced, and each UE user obtains better experience.
According to the method for adjusting the parameters of the non-activated state, the state of the base station is determined according to the access quantity of the user equipment of the target cell and the utilization rate of the transmission resource block, and the time for the user equipment of the target cell to enter the non-activated state is adjusted according to the state of the base station. The invention can dynamically adjust the time of the user equipment entering the inactive state, improve the utilization rate of the air interface resources, reduce the delay of the user and improve the user experience.
