determining a first node assisting an operation sequence in a cooperative operation process and an operation item of the first node based on the cooperative operation rule, and finishing self operation by the first node according to the operation item of the first node;
if the first node is not the master device, acquiring a next-step cooperative operation state message packaged after the first node completes self operation items, sending the next-step cooperative operation state message to the master device through the first node, and distributing the next-step cooperative operation state message to a next node in an assisting operation sequence in the cooperative operation process by the master device;
if the first node is a master device, acquiring a next-step cooperative operation state message packaged after the master device completes self operation items, and distributing the next-step cooperative operation state message to a next node in an assistance operation sequence in the cooperative operation process through the master device;
and performing cooperative operation by each node according to the assisting operation sequence in the cooperative operation process until the cooperative operation process is completed.
In this embodiment, a connection between a master device and a slave device is established through an ad hoc network, the master device is in communication connection with a cloud, after the master device and the slave device complete configuration parameter synchronization, a cooperative operation rule in a configuration file is obtained, the cooperative operation rule includes an assistance operation sequence and an operation item of each node in a cooperative operation process, each node includes a master device and a slave device, the configuration file is generated by the cloud in advance based on configuration parameters of the master device and the slave device, and is issued to the master device, and the master device synchronizes to each slave device; and the cooperative operation is carried out between the master equipment and the slave equipment based on the transmission of the cooperative operation rule and the cooperative operation state information, the self-organized network is adopted for carrying out configuration parameter synchronization and cooperative state information synchronization, the low delay is effectively realized, the short frame format transmission is adopted in the network transmission process, the network overhead can be effectively reduced, the network efficiency is further improved, the low delay synchronization between the cooperative equipment is realized, and the real-time problem of the cooperative state synchronization of the equipment is solved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for synchronizing device cooperation according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, before the step of obtaining the cooperative operation rule in the configuration file after the master device and the slave device complete the synchronization of the configuration parameters, the device cooperation synchronization method further includes:
step S00, synchronizing configuration parameters between the master device and the slave device, specifically including:
parameter information of each slave device is obtained through the master device and uploaded to the cloud, and parameter configuration is carried out by the cloud;
and downloading the configuration file configured by the cloud from the cloud through the main device, sending the configuration file to each slave device, and configuring the self device by the main device and each slave device based on the configuration file.
The parameter information of the device mainly includes system parameters of the device, network parameters of the device, local policies of the device, and the like. The configuration file generated by the cloud includes initial state configuration of each device, network parameter configuration, cooperative operation rules of the devices, and the like, the cooperative operation rules include assistance operation sequences and operation items of each node in a cooperative operation process, and each node includes a master device and a slave device.
Specifically, the master device obtains parameter information of each device of the ad hoc network through a preset program, uploads the parameter information to the cloud, the cloud generates a configuration file according to the parameter information of the devices, the master device downloads the configuration file from the cloud and synchronizes the configuration file to each slave device, and the slave devices configure the devices after obtaining the configuration file to complete configuration work. After the main device and the slave device finish the synchronization of the configuration parameters, acquiring the cooperative operation rule in the configuration file,
further, in the device cooperative operation process, the main device may upload the cooperative operation state information of each node to a cloud terminal through a preset program, and the cloud terminal generates a new configuration file according to the cooperative operation state information. And downloading the new configuration file from the cloud end through the main device, sending the new configuration file to each slave device, and reconfiguring the self device by the main device and each slave device based on the new configuration file, thereby realizing the control of the cloud end on each device of the ad hoc network.
According to the scheme, the main device serves as a message gateway, and parameter information of each device and a cooperative operation state message generated in a cooperative operation process are sent to the cloud end, so that the cloud end monitors each device of the ad hoc network; the cloud generates configuration files according to the parameter information of each device, new configuration files are generated according to cooperative operation state information generated by each device in the cooperative operation process, the configuration files are downloaded and synchronized to each slave device by the master device, the slave devices configure themselves according to the configuration files, control of the cloud over each device is achieved, the configuration files and the cooperative operation information are transmitted in an ad hoc network mode, efficient transmission is achieved, cooperative operation of the devices is controlled in low time delay, and therefore production efficiency is further improved.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a detailed procedure of the step of performing the cooperative operation based on the cooperative operation rule and the cooperative operation status message transmitted between the master device and the slave device in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the step of performing the cooperative operation based on the cooperative operation rule and the cooperative operation status message transmitted between the master device and the slave device includes:
step S21: and determining a first node assisting the operation sequence in the cooperative operation process and the operation items of the first node based on the cooperative operation rule, and finishing the operation of the first node by the first node according to the operation items of the first node.
After the configuration of each device is completed, the cooperative operation flow may be obtained according to the cooperative operation rule in the configuration file, and the operation items of the first node and the first node in the assisting operation sequence are determined according to the cooperative operation flow, where the first node may be a master device or a slave device, and the device serving as the first node may complete its own operation according to the obtained operation items of the first node.

If the first node is not the master device, that is, the first node is the slave device, the slave device updates the operation state of the first node after completing the operation of the first node, encapsulates the next cooperative operation state message, then sends the next cooperative operation state message to the master device, the master device sends the obtained next cooperative operation state message to the next node in the cooperative operation process, and the next node obtains the next cooperative operation state message and completes the operation of the first node according to the operation items.
Step S23: and if the first node is the master device, acquiring a next-step cooperative operation state message packaged after the master device completes the self operation items, and distributing the next-step cooperative operation state message to the next node in the cooperative operation sequence through the master device.
If the first node is the master device, after the master device completes the operation of the first node according to the operation items, the state of the first node is updated, the next cooperative operation state message is encapsulated, the next cooperative operation state message is sent to the next node in the cooperative operation process for assisting the operation sequence, and the next node acquires the next cooperative operation state message and completes the operation of the first node according to the operation items.
Step S24: and performing cooperative operation by each node according to the assisting operation sequence in the cooperative operation process until the cooperative operation process is completed.
And each node performs cooperative operation according to the assisting operation sequence in the cooperative operation flow, sends notification information to the first node after the cooperative operation is completed, and the first node judges whether to restart a new round of cooperative operation according to the cooperative operation rule.
Through the above scheme, in the embodiment, the cooperative operation is specifically performed between the master device and the slave device based on the cooperative operation state message transmission mode, and the devices perform the cooperative operation according to the assist operation sequence in the cooperative operation flow, so that the efficiency and the accuracy of the cooperative operation are realized.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus cooperation synchronization system, where the apparatus cooperation system includes a master apparatus and at least one slave apparatus, the master apparatus is connected to a cloud in a communication manner, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an interaction principle schematic diagram of the apparatus cooperation synchronization system of the present invention, where:
the master device is used for acquiring parameter information of each slave device and uploading the parameter information to a cloud end; downloading a configuration file from the cloud and synchronizing the configuration file to each slave device; acquiring a cooperative operation rule in the configuration file, wherein the cooperative operation rule comprises an assisting operation sequence and an operation item of each node in a cooperative operation process; finishing self operation according to the operation items in the cooperative operation rule; packaging the next step of the cooperative operation state information and sending the next step of the cooperative operation state information to the next node of the cooperative operation sequence in the cooperative operation process; acquiring a message of next cooperation operation encapsulated by the slave equipment and sending the cooperation operation message to a next node;
the slave device is used for sending the parameter information of the slave device to the master device; receiving the configuration file distributed by the main device; completing self configuration according to the configuration file; acquiring a cooperative operation rule in the configuration file; finishing self operation according to the operation items in the cooperative operation rule; packaging the next step of cooperative operation state information and sending the information to the main equipment; and receiving the cooperative operation state message sent by the main equipment and finishing the operation of the main equipment according to the cooperative operation state message.
Firstly, a 5G module is integrated in the equipment in advance, ad hoc networking is carried out through the ad hoc network function of 5G, ad hoc network information is sent to carry out equipment ad hoc networking, the equipment corresponding to the minimum serial number is selected according to the serial number distributed by the ad hoc network, the equipment is marked as the master equipment of the 5G ad hoc network, and the rest of the equipment is marked as the slave equipment of the ad hoc network. And activating the electronic SIM card number through the main equipment of the ad hoc network, dialing to connect to the operator 5G network through the electronic SIM card number, and connecting to the cloud after communication. In the ad hoc network, a master device is provided with a preset program server, a slave device is provided with a preset program client, and the preset program server and the preset program client are started and connected for establishing connection between the master device and the slave device. The method comprises the steps that the master device collects parameter information of each device of the ad hoc network through a preset program, then the parameter information is transmitted to the cloud, so that the cloud generates a configuration file according to the parameter information of the devices and sends the configuration file to the master device, and the master device synchronizes to each slave device.
Further, after the master device and the slave device are synchronously configured, based on a cooperative operation rule, determining a first node assisting an operation sequence in a cooperative operation flow and an operation transaction of the first node, and completing, by the first node, its own operation according to the operation transaction of the first node, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the first node is not a master device, and after the first node completes its own operation transaction, it starts to operate by the slave device, and encapsulates a next cooperative operation state message, and sends the next cooperative operation state message to the master device, and then the master device distributes the next cooperative operation state message to a next slave device assisting the operation sequence in the cooperative operation flow. And after the cooperative operation is finished, sending notification information to the first node, and judging whether to restart a new round of cooperative operation by the first node according to the cooperative operation rule.
The device cooperation synchronization system establishes connection between a master device and a slave device through an ad hoc network, the master device is in communication connection with a cloud, after the master device and the slave device complete configuration parameter synchronization, a cooperation rule in a configuration file is obtained, the cooperation rule comprises an assistance operation sequence and an operation item of each node in a cooperation operation process, each node comprises the master device and the slave device, the configuration file is generated by the cloud in advance based on the configuration parameters of the master device and the slave device, and is issued to the master device, and the master device synchronizes to each slave device; and the cooperative operation is carried out between the master equipment and the slave equipment based on the transmission of the cooperative operation rule and the cooperative operation state information, the self-organized network is adopted for carrying out configuration parameter synchronization and cooperative state information synchronization, the low delay is effectively realized, the short frame format transmission is adopted in the network transmission process, the network overhead can be effectively reduced, the network efficiency is further improved, the low delay synchronization between the cooperative equipment is realized, and the real-time problem of the cooperative state synchronization of the equipment is solved.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus cooperation synchronization apparatus, where the apparatus cooperation synchronization apparatus includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a cooperative operation rule in a configuration file after the main device and the slave device complete configuration parameter synchronization, wherein the cooperative operation rule comprises an assistance operation sequence and an operation item of each node in a cooperative operation process, each node comprises the main device and the slave device, the configuration file is generated by cloud in advance based on the configuration parameters of the main device and the slave device and is issued to the main device, the main device synchronizes to each slave device, and the main device is in communication connection with the cloud;
and the cooperation module is used for carrying out cooperation operation between the master equipment and the slave equipment based on the cooperation operation rule and the transmission of the cooperation operation state information.
For the principle and implementation process of implementing device cooperation in this embodiment, please refer to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, where the terminal device includes a memory, a processor, and a device cooperation synchronization program that is stored in the memory and can be run on the memory, and the device cooperation synchronization program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the device cooperation synchronization method described above.
Since the device cooperation synchronization program is executed by the processor, all technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are adopted, so that at least all the beneficial effects brought by all the technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a device cooperation synchronization program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the device cooperation synchronization program implements the steps of the device cooperation synchronization method described above.
Since the device cooperation synchronization program is executed by the processor, all technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are adopted, so that at least all the beneficial effects brought by all the technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
Compared with the prior art, the method, the system, the device, the terminal device and the storage medium for device cooperative synchronization provided by the embodiments of the present invention establish a connection between a master device and a slave device through an ad hoc network, the master device is in communication connection with a cloud, and after the master device and the slave device complete configuration parameter synchronization, a cooperative operation rule in a configuration file is obtained, the cooperative operation rule includes an assisted operation sequence and an operation item of each node in a cooperative operation process, each node includes a master device and a slave device, the configuration file is generated by the cloud in advance based on configuration parameters of the master device and the slave device, and is issued to the master device, and the master device synchronizes to each slave device; and carrying out cooperative operation between the master device and the slave device based on the cooperative operation rule and the transmission of the cooperative operation state message, thereby improving the network efficiency, realizing the low-delay synchronization between the cooperative devices, solving the real-time problem of the synchronization of the cooperative states of the devices, simultaneously realizing the monitoring and control of the cloud to the devices, and further improving the production efficiency and the reliability of the cooperative process.

after the configuration parameter synchronization of the master device and the slave device is completed, acquiring a cooperative operation rule in a configuration file, wherein the cooperative operation rule comprises an assistance operation sequence and an operation item of each node in a cooperative operation process, each node comprises the master device and the slave device, and the configuration file is generated by the cloud terminal in advance based on the configuration parameters of the master device and the slave device, is issued to the master device, and is synchronized to each slave device by the master device;
and carrying out cooperative operation between the master equipment and the slave equipment based on the cooperative operation rule and the transmission of the cooperative operation state message.
2. The device cooperation synchronization method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the cooperative operation rule in the configuration file after the master device and the slave device complete the configuration parameter synchronization further comprises:
synchronizing configuration parameters between the master device and the slave device specifically includes:
parameter information of each slave device is obtained through the master device and uploaded to the cloud, and parameter configuration is carried out by the cloud;
and downloading the configuration file configured by the cloud from the cloud through the main device, sending the configuration file to each slave device, and configuring the self device by the main device and each slave device based on the configuration file.
3. The device cooperation synchronization method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing the cooperative operation based on the cooperative operation rule and the communication of the cooperative operation status message between the master device and the slave device comprises:
determining a first node assisting an operation sequence in a cooperative operation process and an operation item of the first node based on the cooperative operation rule, and finishing self operation by the first node according to the operation item of the first node;
if the first node is not the master device, acquiring a next-step cooperative operation state message packaged after the first node completes self operation items, sending the next-step cooperative operation state message to the master device through the first node, and distributing the next-step cooperative operation state message to a next node in an assisting operation sequence in the cooperative operation process by the master device;
if the first node is a master device, acquiring a next-step cooperative operation state message packaged after the master device completes self operation items, and distributing the next-step cooperative operation state message to a next node in an assistance operation sequence in the cooperative operation process through the master device;
and performing cooperative operation by each node according to the assisting operation sequence in the cooperative operation process until the cooperative operation process is completed.
4. The device cooperation synchronization method of claim 2, wherein the step of synchronizing configuration parameters between the master device and the slave device further comprises, before:
starting preset programs corresponding to the master equipment and the slave equipment;
connecting the master device and the slave device through the preset program, realizing the transmission of the cooperative operation state message between the master device and the slave device based on the connection, and sending the configuration file to the slave device by the master device.
5. The device cooperation synchronization method of claim 4, wherein the predetermined program comprises a network transmission protocol, and the network transmission protocol comprises one of message queue telemetry transmission, a restricted application protocol, and a custom protocol.
6. The device cooperation synchronization method of claim 1, wherein the device cooperation synchronization method further comprises:
uploading the cooperative operation state information of each node to the cloud end through the main equipment, and generating a new configuration file by the cloud end according to the cooperative operation state information;
and downloading the new configuration file from the cloud end through the main equipment, sending the new configuration file to each slave equipment, and reconfiguring the self equipment by the main equipment and each slave equipment based on the new configuration file.
7. A device cooperation synchronization system is characterized in that the device cooperation system comprises a master device and at least one slave device, the master device is in communication connection with a cloud end, wherein:
the master device is used for acquiring parameter information of each slave device and uploading the parameter information to a cloud end; downloading a configuration file from the cloud and synchronizing the configuration file to each slave device; acquiring a cooperative operation rule in the configuration file, wherein the cooperative operation rule comprises an assisting operation sequence and an operation item of each node in a cooperative operation process; finishing self operation according to the operation items in the cooperative operation rule; packaging the next step of the cooperative operation state information and sending the next step of the cooperative operation state information to the next node of the cooperative operation sequence in the cooperative operation process; acquiring a message of next cooperation operation encapsulated by the slave equipment and sending the cooperation operation message to a next node;
the slave device is used for sending the parameter information of the slave device to the master device; receiving the configuration file distributed by the main device; completing self configuration according to the configuration file; acquiring a cooperative operation rule in the configuration file; finishing self operation according to the operation items in the cooperative operation rule; packaging the next step of cooperative operation state information and sending the information to the main equipment; and receiving the cooperative operation state message sent by the main equipment and finishing the operation of the main equipment according to the cooperative operation state message.
8. A device cooperation synchronization apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a cooperative operation rule in a configuration file after the main device and the slave device complete configuration parameter synchronization, wherein the cooperative operation rule comprises an assistance operation sequence and an operation item of each node in a cooperative operation process, each node comprises the main device and the slave device, the configuration file is generated by cloud in advance based on the configuration parameters of the main device and the slave device and is issued to the main device, the main device synchronizes to each slave device, and the main device is in communication connection with the cloud;
