s4: starting a wire feeding motor, conveying an initial end of a metal single-stranded wire to a clamping end of a strand breaking wire clamping device, starting the strand breaking wire clamping device to clamp, fixing a strand breaking wire while clamping the metal single-stranded wire, starting a transmission motor, rotating an opening gear around the strand breaking wire, namely rotating a wire box around the strand breaking wire, and winding and wrapping the metal single-stranded wire around a damaged initial position until the metal single-stranded wire reaches a final position;
s5: starting a push broach cylinder, and cutting the single metal wires by a wire cutting push broach; and loosening the clamping of the broken strand clamping device, starting the motor, continuously inspecting the next damaged position, and repeating the repairing steps.
