For a further understanding of the nature and the technical aspects of the present invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description of the invention and to the accompanying drawings, which are provided for purposes of reference only and are not intended to limit the invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, which are respectively a schematic exploded perspective view, a schematic combined perspective view, and a schematic partial perspective view of another view of the detachable device. The invention provides a detachable structure of a host system and a detachable device thereof, wherein the detachable device 1 is used for being installed on a host system 2 (as shown in fig. 6), the host system 2 can be any type of computer or electronic product, so that the detachable device 1 can be configured as a function expansion or power supply requirement of the host system 2. The detachable device 1 comprises a main body 10, a pull handle 11, a clamping structure 12 and a locking structure 13; wherein:
the main body 10 is provided with electronic components required for the host system 2, such as a chip for expanding a memory, a battery cell for providing power, etc., so as to be assembled on the host system 2 for operation.
The pull handle 11 is disposed at one end of the main body 10, and has a carrying portion 110, so as to provide the main body 10 with a detachable movable structure (i.e. the engaging structure 12 and the locking structure 13 disposed on the carrying portion 110) for assembling to the host system 2, or to facilitate holding the pull handle 11 for removing the detachable device 1 from the host system 2. In the embodiment of the invention, the pull handle 11 has two pivoting arms 111 pivoted to the main body 10, the two pivoting arms 111 extend from the bearing portion 110 of the pull handle 11, and a pivot portion 100 is provided on one end of the main body 10 in cooperation with the two pivoting arms 111 for the two pivoting arms 111 to pivot on the pivot portion 100, so that the pull handle 11 can be turned over at one end of the main body 10, so as to achieve the above-mentioned convenience for assembling with the host system 2 or disassembling; specifically, one end of the main body 10 is detachably assembled by the locking structure 12 and the locking structure 13 disposed on the pull handle 11, the other end of the main body 10 is provided with a clamping block 101 clamped on the host system 2, and a connection port 102 is disposed below the main body 10, so that the main body 10 can be electrically connected with the host system 2 through the connection port 102 when assembled on the host system 2, and further, the extended function or power can be provided.
Referring to fig. 4, the engaging structure 12 is disposed on the carrying portion 110 of the pull handle 11, and has a latch 120 at a front end, and drives the latch 120 to operate toward the front end of the carrying portion 110 in a first direction F1. In the embodiment of the invention, the locking structure 12 may be stacked under the bearing portion 110, and one or more locking grooves 121 extending toward the first direction F1 are provided, and a corresponding number of tenons 112 are respectively fixed on the bearing portion 110 through the locking grooves 121, so that when the locking structure 12 drives the tenons 120 to operate toward the front end of the bearing portion 110 in the first direction F1, the tenons 112 fixed on the bearing portion 110 perform a limiting sliding in the locking grooves 121. Furthermore, the engaging structure 12 acts on the first direction F1 through one or more elastic elements 14, so that the engaging structure 12 can drive the latch 120 to operate in the first direction F1 toward the front end of the supporting portion 110.
Referring to fig. 7 again, the locking structure 13 is also disposed on the carrying portion 110 of the pull handle 11, and operates in a second direction F2 to limit the locking structure 12 to operate backward by the locking tongue 120; specifically, the second direction F2 should be at least staggered with the first direction F1. In the embodiment of the invention, the locking structure 13 may be sandwiched between the bearing portion 110 and the engaging structure 12, and a sliding hook 130 is further disposed below the bearing portion and the engaging structure 12, and a locking slot 122 extending towards the second direction F2 is disposed on the engaging structure 12, and the sliding hook 130 is hooked on the locking slot 122 and can slide along the second direction F2. In addition, in order to facilitate pulling the locking structure 13, a pulling portion 131 may be provided on the locking structure 13 to facilitate pulling by a hand or a finger, and a limiting groove 113 is provided on the carrying portion 110 of the pull handle 11, and the pulling portion 131 may pull the pulling portion 131 in the limiting groove 113 in the first direction F1 and the second direction F2, so that the locking structure 13 may operate in the limiting groove 113.

Accordingly, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the host system 2 has a housing 20, and an expansion slot 21 is disposed on the housing 20 for the detachable device 1 to be installed in the expansion slot 21, and a slot 210 corresponding to the connection port 102 is disposed in the expansion slot 21; when the detachable device 1 is to be installed on the host system 2, the clamping block 101 at the other end of the main body 10 is clamped at the other end (not shown) corresponding to the expansion slot 21, then the toggle part 131 is pulled backwards in the first direction F1 as shown in fig. 4, so that the toggle part 120 is retracted to enable the main body 10 to be completely placed in the expansion slot 21, and then the toggle part 131 is released to enable the toggle part 120 to be propped against the corresponding clamping slot 211 in the expansion slot 21 through the elastic element 14; finally, as shown in fig. 7, the pulling part 131 is pulled in the second direction F2, so that the pulling part 131 is limited in the limiting groove 113 to prevent the locking structure 13 from operating in the first direction F1, thereby completing assembly and achieving the locking effect.
It is worth mentioning that: as shown in fig. 8, when the detachable device 1 is to be detached from the host system 2, the pull handle 11 is turned upwards to facilitate the pulling by a human hand, so that the connection port 102 of the detachable device 1 is located below the main body 10 corresponding to the two pivot arms 111 of the pull handle 11; when the pull handle 11 is pulled by a hand, the connection port 102 is forced to separate from the socket 210, so that the connection port 102 or the socket 210 is prevented from being damaged easily due to moment formed by the applied force, and the detachable device 1 can be ensured to be disconnected from the host system 2.

Claims (18)

1. A detachable device for installation on a host system, comprising:
A main body;
The pull handle is arranged at one end of the main body and is provided with a bearing part;
the clamping structure is arranged on the bearing part and drives a clamping tenon to operate towards the front end of the bearing part in a first direction;
the locking structure is arranged on the bearing part and operates in a second direction to limit the backward operation of the clamping tenons, and the second direction is staggered with the first direction.
