Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application discloses a calibration processing method and electronic equipment, which are used for at least overcoming the problem that the layout position of information of a plurality of receivers in a mail is wrong or not reasonable enough aiming at a mail system.
The processing flow of the calibration processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 1, and at least includes:
step 101, acquiring the receiver address identification of the mail in the editing state.
The mail state can be recognized, but not limited to, by detecting the operation behavior of the user (sender) on the mailbox interface thereof, and specifically, the mail being edited by the user is recognized as the mail in the editing state.
Specifically, for the mail in the editing state, the information input in the communication address input component of the mail can be acquired as the address identifier of the receiver. The communication address input components of the mail include but are not limited to recipient information input fields corresponding to a recipient, a copying person, a close sender and the like.
When the recipient information is input into the communication address input component, there are various input modes, including but not limited to inputting a recipient mailbox address, or inputting a recipient mailbox address and its associated recipient call, or inputting a recipient call (the recipient call implies that a corresponding recipient mailbox address is associated), and for the above various input modes, the step detects and extracts the recipient mailbox address and/or recipient call in the input fields of the communication address input component of the mail, such as "recipient", "copying sender", and "close sender", as the recipient address identifier.
Recipient salutation can include, but is not limited to, information including the recipient's name, job title (e.g., manager, supervisor), and/or responsibility (e.g., development, testing, flow).
And step 102, determining the number of the receiver addresses indicated by the acquired receiver address identification.
In the acquired receiver address identifier, an independent mailbox address represents a receiver address, an independent receiver name represents a receiver address, and the receiver name and the mailbox address which are mutually associated represent a receiver address, so that the number of the receiver addresses indicated by the acquired receiver address identifier is determined.
And 103, acquiring the mail content of the mail based on the determination result that the number of the receiver addresses is more than one.
If the number of the receiver addresses is multiple, the embodiment of the application further obtains the mail content of the mail, and specifically can detect and extract the input information in the text content input box of the mail as the mail content, so as to be used as a basis for performing calibration processing on the layout position of each receiver address identifier in the mail.
And 104, calibrating the layout position of each receiver address mark in the mail according to at least the acquired mail content.
And then, at least taking the acquired mail content as a calibration basis, and performing calibration processing on the layout position of each receiver address identifier in the mail.
For example, the content and its attribute information (such as position and name in the mail) associated with the recipient address identifier are detected and identified from the mail content, and based on the identified content and its attribute information associated with the recipient address identifier, it is determined whether the layout position of each recipient address identifier in the mail is incorrect (e.g., should be at the recipient rather than the transcriber) or not reasonable enough, etc., which will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
It should be noted that, if the number of the recipient addresses indicated by the obtained recipient address identifier is one, it may be directly determined whether the layout position of the recipient address identifier in the email is incorrect based on a preset rule, and if so, corresponding calibration processing is executed. Specifically, the preset rule may be set as: if the number of the receiver addresses indicated by the receiver address identifier is one, the receiver address identifier is filled into the receiver column by default, so that if the number of the receiver addresses is one and the receiver address identifier is in a non-receiver column such as a transcription-delivery column or a close-delivery column, the layout position of the receiver address identifier is judged to be wrong based on the rule, and calibration processing is performed on the receiver address identifier, such as directly adjusting the receiver address identifier to the receiver column or giving an adjustment prompt.
As can be seen from the above solutions, the method according to the embodiment of the present application obtains recipient address identifiers of a mail in an editing state, determines the number of recipient addresses indicated by the obtained recipient address identifiers, indicates that the number of recipient addresses is multiple based on the determination result, obtains mail contents of the mail in the editing state, and performs calibration processing on layout positions of the recipient address identifiers in the mail according to at least the mail contents. Therefore, in the mail editing link, the layout positions of the address identifications of the receivers in the mail are calibrated at least according to the mail content, the problem that the layout positions of the information of the receivers in the mail are wrong or not reasonable enough is solved, the service quality of the mail system is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In an embodiment, referring to the flowchart of the calibration processing method provided in fig. 2, step 104 in the method shown in fig. 1 can be further implemented as:
step 1041, determining the target layout position of each receiver address mark in the email to be adapted according to the acquired email content at least.
Wherein, each receiver address mark in the above mail should be adapted to the target layout position, including the following position types of any one or more:
11) the address mark of each receiver is a target communication address input component which is adapted in the mail;
such as whether the recipient address identification should be filled into the recipient column or the carbon copy column.
And determining the association degree of each receiver address identifier and the mail content according to the association degree of each receiver address identifier and the mail content, and determining target communication address input components which respectively correspond to each receiver address identifier in the mail.
Specifically, the association degree between each recipient address identifier and the mail content may be determined, but not limited to, by detecting whether the mail content includes corresponding information of a recipient address identifier, and where the corresponding information of the recipient address identifier is located in the mail content, and/or detecting whether the semantics of the mail content are related to the recipient address identifier.
If the mail content does not contain the corresponding information of a certain receiver address identifier, the correlation degree of the receiver address identifier and the mail content is weaker, and a smaller correlation degree value or a lower correlation degree grade is correspondingly given to the situation; on the contrary, if the mail content includes corresponding information of a recipient address identifier, for example, a recipient address identifier is a recipient name, and the mail content refers to the recipient name, or a recipient address identified as a mailbox address that includes a full pinyin or initials of the recipient's name, and the recipient name contained in the mail content matches the full pinyin or initials of the name in the mailbox address, the degree of association between the recipient address identifier and the mail content is relatively strong, and further, in case that the mail content includes the corresponding information of a certain recipient address identifier, if the position of the corresponding information identified by the receiver address in the mail content refers to the position of the receiver such as the beginning of the mail text, the relevance is further improved, and a larger relevance value or a higher relevance grade is correspondingly given to the situation.
The method includes the steps of performing semantic analysis on mail content according to a relevance determining mode based on the mail content semantics, identifying whether the semantics of the mail content are related to a receiver address identifier, specifically, but not limited to, identifying whether a task category/task direction related to the mail content matches with the responsibility of a certain receiver in the receiver address identifier (for example, development and testing), or identifying whether a task authority of a task in the mail conforms to the position of the certain receiver in the receiver address identifier, and the like. Otherwise, if the mail contents do not match or do not match, the semantics of the mail contents are not related to the recipient address identification, and a smaller relevance value or a lower relevance grade is correspondingly given.
And then, according to the association degree of each receiver address identifier and the mail content, and based on an adaptation strategy related to the association degree, determining a target communication address input component which is respectively adapted to each receiver address identifier in the mail, wherein if the receiver address identifier of which the corresponding association degree reaches a preset value/grade threshold value is the receiver column, the target communication address input component which is to be adapted is determined to be a non-receiver column such as a carbon copy column, and if the corresponding receiver address identifier of which the association degree is lower than the preset value/grade threshold value is the receiver column, the target communication address input component which is to be adapted is determined to be a non-receiver column such as a carbon copy column.
12) The target bit sequence to be adapted in the communication address input component.
The bit sequence in the address entry component refers to the position sequence in the address entry component, for example, the first position or the second position of the recipient bar/carbon copy bar.
And aiming at the position type, identifying the personnel identification related in the mail content and the position information of the personnel identification in the mail content, determining the association relationship between each personnel identification and the address identification of the receiver, and further determining the target bit sequence which is adapted to the communication address input component of each receiver address identification in the mail according to the position information and the association relationship.
The person identifiers related to the mail content include, but are not limited to, name information of person names, positions, and the like in the mail body content, and the position information of the person identifiers in the mail content includes, but is not limited to, that the person identifiers are located at the beginning position, the end position, or other positions of the mail body content, such as a task following person position or a task monitoring person position of "please xxx to perform task following/monitoring" referred to in the body paragraph, and in addition, optionally, when a plurality of person identifiers appear in the mail content, the position information of the person identifiers in the mail content also includes the order of appearance of the person identifiers in the mail content.
Meanwhile, the association relationship between each person identifier and the recipient address identifier is determined, and specifically, whether the person identifier in the mail content is associated with the recipient address identifier, and specifically which recipient address identifiers are associated with may be determined by determining whether the person name appearing in the mail content is consistent with the recipient name in the recipient address identifier, or whether the person name appearing in the mail content matches the mailbox address in the recipient address identifier (for example, if the person name included in the mail content matches the spelling of the name or the initial combination of the names included in the mailbox address prefix, it is considered that the person identifier matches the mailbox address in the recipient address identifier).
On the basis, according to the determined position information and the determined association relationship, the importance degree (such as a core follower, a core monitor of a project or a process person needing to synchronously know the progress) of each receiver for the mail, the position height of each receiver and the like are determined, and then the target position sequence of each receiver address identifier which should be adapted in the mail communication address input component is determined, such as the position of a receiver column/a carbon copy column which should be in a position closer to the front or a position closer to the back. It will be readily appreciated that for a core follower/core supervisor of a project or higher job, it should be in a relatively forward position in the communications address input assembly and, conversely, in a relatively rearward position.
Step 1042, determine whether the actual layout position of each receiver address identifier is consistent with the target layout position.
Specifically, it may be determined whether the communication address input component where each recipient address identifier is actually located in the email, such as the recipient column, and the like, is the same as the target communication address input component to which the recipient address identifier should be adapted, and/or it may be determined whether the actual bit sequence of each recipient address identifier in the email communication address input component is the same as the target bit sequence to which the recipient address identifier should be adapted.
Step 1043, based on the determination result indicating that the actual layout position of at least one recipient address identifier is inconsistent with the target layout position, performing calibration processing on the layout position of the first recipient address identifier according to the target layout position to which the first recipient address identifier with inconsistent address information should be adapted.
When the layout position of the first receiver address identifier is calibrated according to the target layout position to which the first receiver address identifier with inconsistent address information should be adapted, an optional implementation manner is to directly adjust the layout position of the first receiver address identifier in the mail to the target layout position to which the first receiver address identifier should be adapted, for example, to move a certain receiver address mailbox from a receiver bar to a transcriber bar, or to pre-position a certain receiver address mailbox (e.g., a leader mailbox) in the receiver bar/transcriber bar so as to adjust the bit order of the certain receiver address mailbox in the receiver bar/transcriber bar to make the bit order more reasonable, and the like.
Optionally, when the position is directly adjusted, a corresponding adjustment prompt may be given to prompt which recipient address identifiers are adjusted and what adjustment is performed. For example, a certain mailbox address adjusted to the human copy bar is displayed with a special display effect (special color/font, or selected by a rectangular frame/ellipse, etc.), so as to inform the user that the input field where the mailbox address is located has changed, and for example, a corresponding prefix (such as a left arrow) or postamble (such as a right arrow) is displayed in association with a certain mailbox address with an adjusted bit sequence, so as to prompt that the mailbox address is prepended or postended, optionally, in addition to displaying the prefix or postamble in association with a specifically adjusted bit sequence value during the prepended or posttreatment, such as adjusting 2 address positions forward, etc.
Optionally, another embodiment is to perform a prompting process on the first recipient address identifier with inconsistent address information, where the prompting process is at least used to prompt that the first recipient address identifier should be adapted to a target layout position in the email, for example, to prompt that a certain mailbox address should be moved from the recipient column to the transcriber column, or prompt that a certain mailbox address of the recipient column/the transcriber column should be pre-positioned or post-positioned by k (k is an integer greater than 0) address positions through a pre-cursor/post-cursor and an associated bit order adjustment value, and the like, and specifically, the method may be implemented by referring to the examples in fig. 3(a) and fig. 3(b), and the prompting manner used in the implementation may be flexibly set, which is not limited to the above examples in the embodiments of the present application.
In this embodiment, the user determines whether to adjust the layout position of the recipient address identifier according to the prompt message, and in the case of determining the adjustment, the user may manually perform the corresponding adjustment operation, or the system may receive an adjustment instruction from the user, such as an instruction from the user by operating a confirmation adjustment button on the mail interface, and automatically adjust the layout position of the recipient address identifier in response to the instruction, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment, in the mail editing link, the communication address input component where each receiver address identifier is located in the mail is calibrated according to the mail content, and/or the bit sequence where each receiver address identifier is located in the communication address input component is calibrated, so that the problem that the layout positions of a plurality of pieces of receiver information in the mail are wrong or not reasonable enough is solved, the service quality of a mail system is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In an embodiment, optionally, in the flow shown in fig. 3, when determining, according to at least the obtained mail content, a target layout position to be adapted in the mail for each recipient address identifier, the following processing may be further included:
21) and determining the attribute relationship among the receivers corresponding to the receiver address identifications.
The attribute relationship between the receivers includes, but is not limited to, whether the receivers belong to the same company/enterprise/family, in the case of belonging to the same company/enterprise/family, a specific affiliated sub-company/department, a relationship (such as a collaboration or membership) between affiliated sub-companies/departments, a superior-inferior relationship between the receivers, or a relationship between the receivers, and the like.
In practical application, a communication address identifier set to which each receiver address identifier belongs can be constructed in a user mailbox in advance, and the communication address identifier set comprises address identifiers of a plurality of contacts meeting attribute conditions and attribute relation information among different contacts.
The attribute conditions may be set to, but are not limited to: multiple contacts belong to the same company/business or family; the attribute relationship information included in the communication address identification set at least includes the above-provided attribute relationship information.
There are many ways to implement the establishment of the communication address identifier set in the user mailbox, which mainly include:
31) a communication address identification set is imported in a user mailbox in advance through an import mode;
if a plurality of contacts of the user belong to the same enterprise/company/family as the user, the communication address identifier set corresponding to the enterprise/company/family to which the user belongs can be directly imported. If a plurality of contacts of the user belong to different enterprises/companies/families from the user, for example, a plurality of contacts are related to other enterprises having a cooperative relationship with the user, the user authority can be combined to perform import control, the import control is performed only on the premise that the user acquires the authority of the other party, and the import control is not performed if the user does not acquire the authority.
32) Constructing the communication address identification set in a mail box of a sender in an editing mode;
the user collects the address identifications (call names and mail addresses) of a plurality of contact persons, determines the attribute relationship among different contact persons, if the contact persons belong to the same enterprise/company, the affiliated department, the superior-subordinate relationship and the like, and edits information through the functional component for constructing the communication address identification set provided by the mail system according to the collected information to realize the construction of the corresponding communication address identification set.
32) And constructing and optimizing the communication address identification set in the user mailbox by collecting and analyzing different contact information.
In this embodiment 32), the contact information in each history email of the user and the associated content associated with the contact information in the email content of the history email can be collected, and the corresponding address identifier set can be automatically constructed or optimized based on the collected contact information and associated content.
The contact information collected from the historical emails includes, but is not limited to, information such as contact names, mailbox addresses, mobile phone numbers and the like, and associated content associated with the contact information includes, but is not limited to, work duties (such as research and development and test) of the contacts, affiliated companies/departments (the contact company/department related to the email body content or embodied by the contact company/department in the postfix of the mailbox address of the contact), corresponding positions (managers, engineers) and the like.
Specifically, a pre-trained artificial intelligence model (e.g., a deep learning model based on a deep network) can be used to continuously analyze and learn the contact information in each historical mail of a user and the attribute relationship between different contacts, so as to construct a corresponding communication address identifier set, or continuously optimize the constructed communication address identifier set.
22) And determining a target bit sequence which is adapted to the address identifier of each receiver in the communication address input assembly of the mail according to the attribute relation among the receivers.
Obtaining the attribute relationship among all receivers of the mail through the step 21), and further determining the target bit sequence of the address identifier of each receiver, which is adapted in the mail communication address input assembly, according to the attribute relationship among all receivers, such as the upper-lower level relationship, and/or the relationship (membership/cooperation relationship) among different affiliated departments.
For a core technician or a leader mailbox in a task/department, the core technician or the leader mailbox is required to be arranged in front of a position corresponding to an addressee column/a carbon copy column, and for a non-core person (such as a process person) or a non-leader mailbox for providing cooperation/cooperation work for the core technician or the like, the core technician or the leader mailbox is required to be arranged in back of the position corresponding to the addressee column/the carbon copy column.
In this embodiment, by combining the attribute relationship between the receivers, the target bit sequence to be adapted in the mail address input component of each receiver address identifier is determined, and the accuracy of determining the target bit sequence to be adapted for each receiver address identifier can be further improved.
For letters received by multiple persons, when inputting recipient information, it often causes an error in the identification of the inputted recipient address due to a manual mistake of the inputter or an automatic association of the mail system, such as missing/adding some characters in the prefix of the mailbox address or writing some characters incorrectly, or inputting an address identification of another recipient close to the name of the intended recipient, and for this case, referring to fig. 4, the calibration processing method provided by the present application may further include the following processing:
and 105, determining whether at least one receiver address identifier is abnormal in each receiver address identifier according to the association degree of each receiver address identifier and the mail content, and/or the attribute relationship between receivers corresponding to each receiver address identifier or the attribute relationship between each receiver and a sender.
For the process of determining the association degree between each recipient address identifier and the mail content, and/or the process of determining the attribute relationship between each recipient corresponding to each recipient address identifier, reference may be made to the above description of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, and details are not described again. The attribute relationship between each receiver and the sender can be determined according to attribute relationship information included in a communication address identifier set to which each receiver and sender belong (e.g., a communication address identifier set corresponding to an enterprise to which each receiver and sender belong).
In this embodiment, when determining whether at least one receiver address identifier is abnormal according to the association degree between each receiver address identifier and the mail content, the receiver address identifier which does not satisfy the association condition with the mail content may be identified as abnormal or suspected abnormal.
Specifically, if a certain recipient address identifier is similar to certain recipient information contained in the mail content, if names contained in the two are different in one word, but the recipient information contained in the mail content does not correspond to other recipient address identifiers, it is considered that the recipient address identifier and the mail content do not satisfy the association condition, and the recipient address identifier is identified as abnormal or suspected abnormal, otherwise, if the names contained in the two are the same, it is considered that the association condition is satisfied.
In addition, semantic recognition can be performed on the mail content to determine at least one task category contained in the mail content, and whether the task category is matched with positions/authorities of all receivers or whether relevant potential relations exist (for example, a responsible task has an association relation with a task in the mail), if the positions/authorities of the receivers corresponding to a certain receiver address identifier are not matched and do not have any potential relations, the receiver address identifier and the mail content are considered to not meet association conditions, the receiver address identifier is identified as abnormal or suspected abnormal, and otherwise, the association conditions are considered to be met.
When determining whether at least one receiver address identifier is abnormal according to the attribute relationship between the receivers or the attribute relationship between the receivers and the sender, optionally, determining whether the level difference between the receivers and the sender is serious, wherein the level difference reaches a set difference threshold, such as the difference between the upper and lower levels of positions or the difference between the hierarchical levels of families is serious, and in this case, the address identifier of the receiver with the serious level difference with the sender is identified as abnormal or suspected abnormal (possibly, the address of a non-target receiver with the similar name but the serious level difference with the target receiver is input due to hand mistake or automatic association); or, optionally, it may also be determined whether each receiver meets a preset attribute condition, if the receiver belongs to the same enterprise/company/family, and if the receiver corresponding to a certain receiver address identifier and each other receiver do not belong to the same enterprise/company/family, it is determined that the receiver address identifier is abnormal or suspected to be abnormal.
And step 106, if the abnormal second receiver address identification exists, calibrating the abnormal second receiver address identification.
Similarly, for the abnormal second receiver address identifier, in an implementation mode, the mail system automatically adjusts the second receiver address identifier to be a correct address identifier, in the implementation mode, according to historical incoming and outgoing mails or a corresponding communication address identifier set, a correct address identifier (such as a mailbox address) is determined for a person with an abnormal address identifier in the mail content, the current abnormal receiver address identifier is adjusted to be the correct address identifier, and meanwhile, an adjustment prompt can be given to inform a user of which receiver identifier is adjusted and how to adjust the receiver identifier.
In another embodiment, the abnormal second receiver address mark is prompted, such as with a special display effect, and the user determines whether to adjust according to the prompting information, and if so, the user manually adjusts or the mail system automatically adjusts according to the received adjustment instruction.
