[ detailed description ] embodiments
For the examiner to further understand the features and technical content of the present invention, please refer to the following detailed description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings, which are provided for reference and illustration only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic exploded view of the present invention. The invention provides an interface extension structure for expanding a computer case, which comprises a first case part 1, a second case part 2, a mainboard 3 and an extension suite 4, wherein the first case part is provided with a first opening and a second opening; wherein:
the first housing member 1 and the second housing member 2 are combined to form a computer housing, which can be a combination of "C" and "D" as commonly known in the notebook computer industry, i.e. the first housing member 1 can be the "C" and the second housing member 2 can be the "D". The main board 3 is disposed in the first housing 1 and is preset with a mounting position P for the extension kit 4 to be disposed.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the extension set 4 disposed at the mounting position P of the motherboard 3 includes an interface circuit board 40, an interface connector 41 and at least one extension piece 42; as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the extending members 42 is two, so as to be respectively supported at two sides of the interface circuit board 40, and a positioning portion 420 is formed at the end of any extending member 42 for being inserted and fixed on the motherboard. Meanwhile, a supporting seat 43 may be additionally disposed between the two extending members 42, and the supporting seat 43 is located between the motherboard 3 and the interface circuit board 40 and below the interface connector 41, so as to provide a certain supporting strength. In addition, the supporting base 43 may further have an alignment structure 430 for positioning the motherboard 3 and the interface circuit board 40.
As mentioned above, the interface circuit board 40 is electrically connected to the motherboard 3, and the embodiment thereof can be electrically connected to the motherboard 3 through a flexible circuit board 44 or a cable (not shown). In the embodiment of the present invention, the flexible circuit board 44 has a cable section 440, and an upper connection section 441 and a lower connection section 442 integrally connected to two ends of the cable section 440, and the upper and lower connection sections 441 and 442 are respectively provided with an upper interface 441a and a lower interface 442a, wherein the upper interface 441a is inserted into the socket 410 formed below the interface connector 41, and the lower interface 442a is inserted into the motherboard 3, so that the interface circuit board 40 is electrically connected to the motherboard 3. In addition, in order to facilitate the installation or positioning of the upper interface 441a and the lower interface 442a, a backing plate 45 may be stacked on each of the upper connecting section 441 and the lower connecting section 442, and the backing plate 45 may further be penetrated through a locking element 421 screwed outside the second housing 2, and then the locking element 421 is locked at the top end of the extending element 42; or the extension piece 42 is positioned on the motherboard 3 after the positioning part 420 at the end of the extension piece 42 passes through. And under the condition that the backing plates 45 are additionally arranged, the alignment structures 430 of the supporting seat 43 correspond to the concave holes 450 on each backing plate 45, so that the positioning effect is achieved through the structures of matching concave and convex.
Further, when the waterproof requirement is required, a waterproof layer 46 may be stacked on the interface circuit board 40, and the waterproof layer 46 is sandwiched between the second housing 2 and the interface circuit board 40, as shown in fig. 5.
The interface connector 41 is disposed on the interface circuit board 40, and the extension member 42 supports the interface circuit board 40, so that a certain height is formed between the interface circuit board 40 and the motherboard 3. Referring to fig. 1, an opening 20 corresponding to the interface connector 41 is disposed on the second housing member 2, so that after the first housing member 1 and the second housing member 2 are combined into a computer housing, the interface circuit board 40 can be supported by the interface circuit board 40 and the motherboard 3 of the extension set 4 and the extension member 42 at a certain height, and the interface connector 41 disposed on the interface circuit board 40 can be exposed on the surface of the second housing member 2 through the opening 20, as shown in fig. 5.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5, an extending distance D is formed between the mounting position P on the main board 3 and the second housing 2, and the extending member 42 of the extending sleeve 4 is disposed on the mounting position P in accordance with the extending distance D; in other words, the extension member 42 is formed with a length mainly matching the extension distance D between the main board 3 and the second housing member 2, but not limited to the same. The extension piece 42 is used to compensate for insufficient height difference by assembling parts and designing the structure thereof. In the present embodiment, at least one expansion casing 2a is additionally disposed between the second casing 2 and the first casing 1, and the extending distance D is substantially equal to the thickness of the expansion casing 2 a. Thus, the extension kit 4 of the present invention can be used to match with the extension case 2a that needs to be added, and after the extension cases 2a and 2b with different thicknesses or different numbers are added, the interface circuit board 40 can be corresponding to the opening 20 of the second case 2, thereby achieving the purpose of extending the computer case.
As shown in fig. 6, if the number of the additional expansion shells 2a and 2b is different, the present invention can still be achieved by the extension set 4, as long as the extension piece 42 changes its length in accordance with the extension distance D. Of course, the length of the extension member 42 may be fixed by integral molding, or the length may be increased by connecting multiple sections in series, so that the extension member can be used in combination with the number or thickness of the expansion shells 2a and 2 b.
Therefore, the interface extension structure for expanding the computer casing can be obtained through the structural composition.
In summary, the present invention can achieve the expected purpose of use, solve the deficiencies of the prior art, and completely meet the requirements of patent application due to novelty and creativity, so that the present invention is applied according to patent laws, dedicated to review and grant the patent rights of the present application to ensure the rights of the inventor.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments based on the technical solution of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
