Abstract
The invention discloses an ink printing device capable of automatically adjusting ink thickness according to plate thickness, which relates to the field of ink printing and comprises: a conveying device for conveying the ink printing plate, a plate thickness detection device for detecting the plate thickness of the ink printing plate, and the ink printing device; the conveying area of the conveying device comprises a detection area corresponding to the plate thickness detection device and a printing area corresponding to the ink printing device; the plate thickness detection device comprises a radar ranging module arranged above a first roller of the conveying device in the detection area; the radar ranging module collects a first distance between an ink printing plate on the first roller and the radar ranging module, the ink printing device adjusts the distance between a first upper roller and a first lower roller of the ink printing device according to the first distance, and the conveying device conveys the ink printing plate with the measured first distance to the ink printing device for ink printing. According to the invention, through the detection of the plate thickness, the distance between the printing rollers can be effectively adjusted according to the plate thickness, and the ink printing can be realized by being compatible with the plates with different plate thicknesses.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ink printing, in particular to ink printing equipment capable of automatically adjusting ink thickness according to plate thickness.
Background
Ink is an important material for printing, and is used for expressing patterns and characters on a printing material through printing or inkjet. The ink comprises a main component and an auxiliary component which are uniformly mixed and repeatedly rolled to form a viscous colloidal fluid. The paint consists of a binder (resin), a pigment, a filler, an auxiliary agent, a solvent and the like. The printing ink is used for various printing of books, periodicals, packaging decoration, building decoration, electronic circuit boards and the like. As social demands increase, ink varieties and yields also expand and grow accordingly.
The ink printing is wide in application, but still has the defect that in the prior art, the ink printing equipment cannot adjust the distance between ink printing rollers according to the thickness of a printed plate, so that the ink printing equipment cannot be adapted to plates with different plate thicknesses.

In view of a part of defects in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an ink printing device capable of automatically adjusting the thickness of ink according to the plate thickness, and the invention aims to overcome the defect that the prior art cannot adapt to plate materials with different plate thicknesses.
To achieve the above object, there is provided an ink printing apparatus that automatically adjusts an ink height according to a plate thickness, the apparatus including: a conveying device for conveying the ink printing plate, a plate thickness detection device for detecting the plate thickness of the ink printing plate, and an ink printing device; the conveying area of the conveying device comprises a detection area corresponding to the plate thickness detection device and a printing area corresponding to the ink printing device; the plate thickness detection device comprises a radar ranging module arranged above a first roller of the conveying device in the detection area;
the radar ranging module collects a first distance between the ink printing plate on the first roller and the radar ranging module, the ink printing device adjusts the distance between a first upper roller and a first lower roller of the ink printing device according to the first distance, and the conveying device conveys the ink printing plate after the first distance is measured to the ink printing device for ink printing.
In a specific embodiment, the radar ranging module is further configured to determine whether the ink printing plate is present on the first roller below the radar ranging module according to a ranging distance, and output the ink printing plate arrival reminding.
In one embodiment, the radar ranging module is located above and between the two first rollers, and the length of the ink printing plate along the conveying direction is longer than the distance between the two first rollers.
In a specific embodiment, the radar ranging module includes at least two sub-radars arranged along a transmission direction, and the first distance is obtained by performing an average solution on ranging data of the sub-radars.
In one embodiment, a distance between the radar ranging module and a plane formed by tops of the plurality of first cylinders is a first fixed value, and a difference between a first distance measured by the radar ranging module for the ink printing plate and the first fixed value is a plate thickness of the ink printing plate.
In one embodiment, the radar ranging module is located right above the first cylinder, the range of the radar ranging module to the first cylinder is a second fixed value, and the difference between the first distance measured by the radar ranging module to the ink printing plate and the second fixed value is the plate thickness of the ink printing plate.
In a specific embodiment, the ink printing device includes the first upper roller, the first lower roller, a frame, and an inking unit, the first lower roller is fixedly connected to the frame through a bearing, the first lower roller is in transmission connection with the inking unit, the first upper roller is fixedly connected to the frame through a vertical lifting linear module, and the vertical lifting linear module controls the first upper roller to lift according to the first distance.

the radar ranging module 108 collects a first distance between the ink printing plate 101 on the first cylinder 107 and the radar ranging module 108, the ink printing device 104 adjusts a distance between a first upper roller 110 and a first lower roller 111 of the ink printing device 104 according to the first distance, and the conveying device 102 conveys the ink printing plate 101 with the first distance measured to the ink printing device 104 for ink printing.
In this embodiment, the radar ranging module 108 is further configured to determine whether the ink printing plate 101 exists on the first cylinder 107 below the radar ranging module 108 according to a ranging distance, and output a reminder that the ink printing plate 101 arrives at the material.

An ink printing apparatus for automatically adjusting ink height according to plate thickness, the apparatus comprising: a conveying device for conveying the ink printing plate, a plate thickness detection device for detecting the plate thickness of the ink printing plate, and an ink printing device; the conveying area of the conveying device comprises a detection area corresponding to the plate thickness detection device and a printing area corresponding to the ink printing device; the plate thickness detection device comprises a radar ranging module arranged above a first roller of the conveying device in the detection area;
the radar ranging module collects a first distance between the ink printing plate on the first roller and the radar ranging module, the ink printing device adjusts the distance between a first upper roller and a first lower roller of the ink printing device according to the first distance, and the conveying device conveys the ink printing plate after the first distance is measured to the ink printing device for ink printing.
2. The ink printing equipment capable of automatically adjusting the ink thickness according to the plate thickness as claimed in claim 1, wherein the radar ranging module is further used for judging whether the ink printing plate exists on the first roller below the radar ranging module according to the ranging distance and outputting the ink printing plate arrival reminding.

An ink printing apparatus for automatically adjusting ink thickness according to board thickness according to claim 1, wherein said radar ranging module is located above between two said first cylinders, and a length of said ink printing plate in said conveying direction is longer than a distance between two said first cylinders.

The ink printing apparatus for automatically adjusting ink thickness according to plate thickness of claim 1, wherein the radar ranging module is located directly above the first cylinder, the distance measured by the radar ranging module with respect to the first cylinder is a second fixed value, and the difference between the first distance measured by the radar ranging module with respect to the ink printing plate and the second fixed value is the plate thickness of the ink printing plate.

The ink printing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the ink printing device comprises the first upper roller, the first lower roller, a frame, and an inking unit, the first lower roller is fixedly connected to the frame through a bearing, the first lower roller is in transmission connection with the inking unit, the first upper roller is fixedly connected to the frame through a vertical lifting linear module, and the vertical lifting linear module controls the first upper roller to lift according to the first distance.
