The cartridge bag is placed inside and outside the bracket 6 and is moved the drive connecting rod 121 and contact post 122 inside and outside and move, and contact post 122 inside and outside moves and moves on the thread groove, can make dwang 123 rotate, and then make scraper blade 125 rotate, and scraper blade 125 can scrape the steam on the inner wall of machine case 1 and take off, and water flows into the district that generates heat through deflector 126, and the convenience is collected the liquid medicine like this.
