Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of dairy product processing, and particularly relates to formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As is well known, the height development of children is related to various factors such as parental genetic genes, diet and nutritional conditions of children, exercise, sleep and the like, wherein the intake of calcium is very important for the growth development of children, and the calcium is not only a basic raw material for bone development, but also directly influences the height and can regulate physiological functions in vivo.
The human body's intake of calcium is mainly achieved by food; however, the process of calcium absorption in the body is influenced by a number of factors; such as: dietary components, in vivo calcium and vitamin D status, physiological status, etc.; for children, a large amount of calcium can increase stomach burden, cause stomach discomfort, even easily cause inappetence and anorexia, and even cause anorexia after long-term excessive calcium supplement.
Therefore, the present invention provides a healthy calcium supplement product which can effectively promote the growth and development of children and avoid the influence on stomach health.

The whole milk powder is a product which does not separate fat in milk in the process of processing fresh milk into milk powder; the fat globule diameter is small, the unsaturated fatty acid content is high, and the product is easy to digest and absorb and is suitable for children.

A preparation method of formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of plant fermentation powder
Pulverizing fructus Jujubae, fructus Hordei vulgaris, Coicis semen, Bulbus Lilii, and rhizoma Dioscoreae, adding milk, mixing, inoculating Bacillus bifidus and Lactobacillus plantarum, and fermenting at 35-37 deg.C for 6-8 hr; freeze drying and crushing the fermentation product to obtain plant fermentation powder;
(2) preparation of microcapsule powder
Dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution, heating, adding lecithin, and stirring to obtain chitosan-lecithin solution;
dissolving fat-soluble vitamins in the compound vitamins in the perilla seed oil to obtain an oil phase;
dissolving water-soluble vitamins, lactoferrin, hydrolyzed yolk powder, compound mineral elements, gamma-aminobutyric acid and taurine in water to obtain a water phase;
sequentially adding the water phase and the oil phase into the chitosan-lecithin solution, uniformly stirring, and freeze-drying to obtain microcapsule powder;
(3) mixing
Mixing ascorbyl palmitate with microcapsule powder, mixing with lactalbumin, galactooligosaccharide, plant fermentation powder and calcium carbonate, and mixing with whole milk powder.
Preferably, in step (1)
Crushing the Chinese dates, the barley, the coix seeds, the lilies and the Chinese yams to 150-300 meshes;
inoculating bifidobacterium powder and lactobacillus plantarum powder; wherein the number of viable bacteria in Bifidobacterium powder is more than 1 × 1010CFU/g, the inoculation amount is 0.05-0.15%; wherein the viable count of the lactobacillus plantarum bacterial powder is more than 1 multiplied by 1010CFU/g, the inoculation amount is 0.05-0.15%.
Preferably, in step (2)
The mass fraction of the acetic acid solution is 1 percent;
the heating temperature is 80-90 ℃;
adding lecithin, stirring and reacting for 10-20 min; cooling to 30-40 deg.C, and adding water phase and oil phase.

dissolving vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin K in perilla seed oil to obtain an oil phase;
dissolving vitamin B7, vitamin C, vitamin D, lactoferrin, hydrolyzed yolk powder, sodium selenite, zinc gluconate, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, gamma-aminobutyric acid and taurine in water to obtain a water phase;
cooling the chitosan-lecithin solution to 35 deg.C, sequentially adding the water phase and oil phase, stirring, and freeze drying to obtain microcapsule powder.
(3) Mixing
Mixing ascorbyl palmitate with microcapsule powder, mixing with lactalbumin, galactooligosaccharide, plant fermentation powder and calcium carbonate, and mixing with whole milk powder.
Comparative example 1
The commercial children growth milk powder comprises the following components: whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, solid corn syrup, desalted whey powder, white granulated sugar, vegetable oil, milk mineral salt, anhydrous cream, taurine, phospholipid, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B1, vitamin C, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate and calcium carbonate.
Comparative example 2
The procedure of example 1 was repeated except that the plant fermentation powder, α -lactalbumin, galactooligosaccharide and taurine were replaced with whole milk powder in addition to example 1.
Comparative example 3
On the basis of the comparative example 2, the raw materials in the formula are directly mixed to prepare the formula milk powder.
Using the formula of example 1, comparative examples 1, 2, 3 (wherein the formula of comparative example 1 is produced for 2 and a half months, and the formula of example 1, comparative examples 2, 3 is produced for 3 months), 163 healthy rats of 3 weeks of age were subjected to growth intervention tests, randomly divided into 5 groups:
group 1: the diet is normal, and other nutrition intake is not carried out, and the total number is 35;
and 2, group: the formula of example 1 is supplemented with 3g/kg of milk powder in the normal diet every day, and 32 foods are taken in total;
and 3, group: the normal diet is supplemented with 3g/kg of formula milk powder of comparative example 1 every day, and 32 foods are taken in total;
4 groups are as follows: the normal diet is supplemented with 3g/kg of formula milk powder of comparative example 2 every day, and 32 foods are taken in total;
and 5, group: the normal diet is supplemented with 3g/kg of formula milk powder of comparative example 3 every day, and 32 foods are taken in total;
the experiment lasted 4 weeks, with 4 groups of 7 rats developing gastrointestinal reactions, the experiment was discontinued; in 5 groups, 12 rats have obvious gastrointestinal reaction, and the experiment is stopped; the remaining groups did not show significant gastrointestinal reactions.
The length and weight gain of each group before and after the experiment were compared, as shown in Table 1.

Further, 78 students of 11-13 years were subjected to nutrition supplementation experiments using the formula of example 1 and comparative example 1, and the experimenters were randomly divided into 3 groups:
group A: normal diet, no other nutrient intake, 25 people in total;
group B: the formula of the example 1 is supplemented with 25g of formula milk powder every day on a normal diet for 27 persons in total;
group C: on a normal diet, 25g of the formula of comparative example 1 was supplemented daily for a total of 26 persons.
The test period is 6 months, and in the test process, 2 persons in the group A, 5 persons in the group B and 3 persons in the group C exit the test, and the quality problem of the formula milk powder is not solved through the return visit survey.
The height and weight changes of each group of experimenters before and after the experiment were compared, as shown in Table 2.

Claims (7)
1. The formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
800 portions of whole milk powder, 200 portions of plant fermentation powder, 50-100 portions of alpha-lactalbumin, 5-15 portions of lactoferrin, 0.5-2 portions of hydrolyzed yolk powder, 0.4-8 portions of compound vitamin, 0.8-2 portions of compound mineral element, 50-100 portions of galacto-oligosaccharide, 1-3 portions of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 1-3 portions of taurine, 30-80 portions of perilla seed oil, 30-60 portions of chitosan, 30-60 portions of lecithin, 0.001-0.003 portion of ascorbyl palmitate and 10-20 portions of calcium carbonate;
the plant fermentation powder is prepared by fermenting mixed raw materials of Chinese dates, barley, coix seeds, lily, Chinese yam and milk with bifidobacterium and lactobacillus plantarum and then drying.
2. The formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children as claimed in claim 1,
the compound vitamin comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.05 to 0.1 portion of vitamin A, 0.0002 portion of vitamin B70.0001 to 0.0002 portion of vitamin C, 0.2 to 5 portions of vitamin D, 0.0002 to 0.0004 portion of vitamin E, 0.2 to 2 portions of vitamin K and 0.001 to 0.002 portion of vitamin K.
3. The formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children as claimed in claim 1,
the composite mineral elements comprise the following components in parts by weight:
0.01-0.03 part of sodium selenite, 0.3-0.6 part of zinc gluconate, 0.5-1 part of ferrous sulfate and 0.01-0.02 part of manganese sulfate.
4. The formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children as claimed in claim 1,
the plant fermentation powder comprises the raw materials of (1-2) by weight, (3-5) by weight, (1-2) by weight, (3-5) by weight, (40-60) by weight of Chinese date, barley, coix seed, lily, Chinese yam and milk.
5. The method for preparing the formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children as claimed in any one of claims 1-4, comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of plant fermentation powder
Pulverizing fructus Jujubae, fructus Hordei vulgaris, Coicis semen, Bulbus Lilii, and rhizoma Dioscoreae, adding milk, mixing, inoculating Bacillus bifidus and Lactobacillus plantarum, and fermenting at 35-37 deg.C for 6-8 hr; freeze drying and crushing the fermentation product to obtain plant fermentation powder;
(2) preparation of microcapsule powder
Dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution, heating, adding lecithin, and stirring to obtain chitosan-lecithin solution;
dissolving fat-soluble vitamins in the compound vitamins in the perilla seed oil to obtain an oil phase;
dissolving water-soluble vitamins, lactoferrin, hydrolyzed yolk powder, compound mineral elements, gamma-aminobutyric acid and taurine in water to obtain a water phase;
sequentially adding the water phase and the oil phase into the chitosan-lecithin solution, uniformly stirring, and freeze-drying to obtain microcapsule powder;
(3) mixing
Mixing ascorbyl palmitate with microcapsule powder, mixing with lactalbumin, galactooligosaccharide, plant fermentation powder and calcium carbonate, and mixing with whole milk powder.
6. The method for preparing the formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children according to claim 5,
in the step (1)
Crushing the Chinese dates, the barley, the coix seeds, the lilies and the Chinese yams to 150-300 meshes;
inoculating bifidobacterium powder and lactobacillus plantarum powder; wherein the number of viable bacteria in Bifidobacterium powder is more than 1 × 1010CFU/g, the inoculation amount is 0.05-0.15%; wherein the viable count of the lactobacillus plantarum bacterial powder is more than 1 multiplied by 1010CFU/g, the inoculation amount is 0.05-0.15%.
7. The method for preparing the formula milk powder for promoting the height development of children according to claim 5,
in the step (2)
The mass fraction of the acetic acid solution is 1 percent;
the heating temperature is 80-90 ℃;
adding lecithin, stirring and reacting for 10-20 min; cooling to 30-40 deg.C, and adding water phase and oil phase.
