一种适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构
技术领域
本发明涉及变压器技术领域,具体是指一种适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构。
背景技术
现有变压器骨架设计,次级磁芯到焊点的距离不足7.7mm,不符合安规医疗认证要求。目前是通过包磁芯胶布来增大磁芯到次级焊点距离,该种解决办法,浪费工时与人力,产能低,效率差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对上述问题,提供一种既能解决安规距离问题、又能满足设计距离要求、组装方便的适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构,包括骨架和线圈,所述骨架左端为初级焊脚端,所述骨架右端为次级焊脚端,所述骨架上设有线圈连接槽,所述线圈连接槽上端设有线圈限位板,所述线圈连接槽内设有线圈,所述线圈限位板下端面与线圈上端面贴合,所述线圈朝向次级焊脚端的一端套设有护套,所述次级焊脚端下端面设有绕线槽,所述线圈下端面与次级焊脚端下端面的直线距离为8.25mm。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:该适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构,在线圈朝向次级焊脚端的一端套设有护套,使得线圈下端面与次级焊脚端下端面的直线距离为8.25mm,有效解决安规距离问题的同时满足设计距离要求。
进一步地,所述线圈右端下端面与次级焊脚端上端面之间留有间隙,所述护套与间隙卡接。方便护套与线圈的连接,同时方便对护套位置进行固定。
进一步地,所述骨架材料采用热塑性材料和热固性材料中的一种。根据变压器性质的不同选取不同的材料。
进一步地,所述热塑性材料包括尼龙、PET塑料和PBT塑料中的一种。
进一步地,所述热固性材料采用电木。电木稳定性高,不易变形,耐温150℃,可承受370℃的高温,适用于耐温较高的变压器使用。

结合附图1、附图2和附图3,所述骨架左端为初级焊脚端2,所述骨架右端为次级焊脚端3,所述骨架上设有线圈连接槽4,所述线圈连接槽4上端设有线圈限位板5,所述线圈连接槽4内设有线圈1,所述线圈限位板5下端面与线圈1上端面贴合,所述线圈1朝向次级焊脚端3的一端套设有护套6,所述次级焊脚端3下端面设有绕线槽7,所述线圈1下端面与次级焊脚端3下端面的直线距离为8.25mm,所述线圈1右端下端面与次级焊脚端3上端面之间留有间隙,所述护套6与间隙卡接。在线圈1朝向次级焊脚端3的一端套设有护套6,使得线圈1下端面与次级焊脚端3下端面的直线距离为8.25mm,有效解决安规距离问题的同时满足设计距离要求。护套6与间隙卡接,方便护套6与线圈1的连接,同时方便对护套6位置进行固定。

1.一种适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构,包括骨架和线圈(1),其特征在于:所述骨架左端为初级焊脚端(2),所述骨架右端为次级焊脚端(3),所述骨架上设有线圈连接槽(4),所述线圈连接槽(4)上端设有线圈限位板(5),所述线圈连接槽(4)内设有线圈(1),所述线圈限位板(5)下端面与线圈(1)上端面贴合,所述线圈(1)朝向次级焊脚端(3)的一端套设有护套(6),所述次级焊脚端(3)下端面设有绕线槽(7),所述线圈(1)下端面与次级焊脚端(3)下端面的直线距离为8.25mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构,其特征在于:所述线圈(1)右端下端面与次级焊脚端(3)上端面之间留有间隙,所述护套(6)与间隙卡接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构,其特征在于:所述骨架材料采用热塑性材料和热固性材料中的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于医疗认证的变压器骨架结构,其特征在于:所述热塑性材料包括尼龙、PET塑料和PBT塑料中的一种。
