In some embodiments of the present invention, in the air flow direction in the installation space 14, the air flow direction in the installation space 14 refers to the up-down direction in fig. 16, and the plurality of first installation positions 15 are arranged in sequence. It can also be understood that, in the direction of height of air treatment device 200, a plurality of first mounting positions 15 are arranged in an overlapping manner in proper order, first air treatment 201 is installed behind first mounting position 15, through arranging a plurality of first mounting positions 15 in the air flow direction, it can be guaranteed that fresh air flows through first air treatment 201, thereby air treatment device 200 can be guaranteed to play a purifying role to fresh air, the operational reliability of air treatment device 200 is guaranteed, it can also be guaranteed that indoor air blown into by air conditioner indoor unit 300 is cleaner, the body health of a user is facilitated, and further the arrangement mode of a plurality of first mounting positions 15 can be more reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, a plurality of mounting protrusions 17 may be disposed in the air flow channel 11 and spaced apart from each other in the air flow direction, the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 may define a plurality of first mounting positions 15 and/or at least one second mounting position 16, it is also understood that the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 may define only a plurality of first mounting positions 15, the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 may define only at least one second mounting position 16, and the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 may define both a plurality of first mounting positions 15 and at least one second mounting position 16, for example: the plurality of mounting projections 17 define 5 first mounting locations 15 and 1 second mounting location 16. It should be noted that, in the circumferential direction of the air flow channel 11, at least one of the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 extends to the open end of the air flow channel 11, such arrangement enables the first mounting position 15 and/or the second mounting position 16 to be configured as a mounting slot, the first mounting bracket 40 and/or the second mounting bracket 50 can slide into and slide out of the mounting slot, when a user replaces the first air processing component 201 and the second air processing component 202, only the first mounting bracket 40 and/or the second mounting bracket 50 needs to be pulled out or pushed into the mounting slot, so as to facilitate the user to replace the first air processing component 201 and the second air processing component 202. In addition, the user may directly insert the first air processing member 201 and the second air processing member 202 into the fitting grooves, and in this case, the arrangement of the first mounting bracket 40 and the second mounting bracket 50 may be omitted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the direction of the air flow, that is, in the up-down direction of the air treatment device 200 in fig. 16, two adjacent mounting protrusions 17 may define the first mounting position 15, and two spaced mounting protrusions 17 may define the second mounting position 16, it should be noted that, in the direction of the air flow, one mounting protrusion 17 is disposed between the two mounting protrusions 17 defining the second mounting position 16, so that the first mounting position 15 and the second mounting position 16 can be integrated, and in the case that the air treatment device 200 has multiple purification functions, the size of the air treatment device 200 in the height direction can be reduced, so that the volume of the air treatment device 200 can be reduced, and the arrangement manner of the mounting protrusions 17 can be more reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the heights of the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 are the same, and it should be explained that the heights of the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 protruding from the inner side wall of the air flow channel 11 are the same in a direction perpendicular to the inner side wall of the air flow channel 11, that is, in a horizontal direction, so that the structures of the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 are the same, the arrangement of the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 in the air flow channel 11 can be facilitated, and the processing is facilitated.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, the height of two mounting projections 17 arranged at intervals is larger than the height of the mounting projection 17 located between the two spaced mounting projections 17. It should be explained that, in the direction perpendicular to the inner side wall of the air flow channel 11, that is, in the horizontal direction, the height of the two spaced-apart mounting protrusions 17 defining the second mounting position 16 is greater than the height of the mounting protrusion 17 between the two spaced-apart mounting protrusions 17, when the second mounting bracket 50 is mounted at the second mounting position 16, the mounting protrusion 17 between the two spaced-apart mounting protrusions 17 can be avoided from the second mounting bracket 50 or the second air handling member 202, and it can be ensured that the second air handling member 202 can be mounted at the second mounting position 16, so that the height setting of the plurality of mounting protrusions 17 can be more reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the distance between any two adjacent mounting protrusions 17 is the same in the direction of air flow, i.e., in the up-down direction of the air treatment device 200 in fig. 16, so that the height of the second mounting position 16 can be set to 2 times the height of the first mounting position 15, in which case the height of the second mounting bracket 50 is 2 times the height of the first mounting bracket 40, and when the second air treatment member 202 is not required to be disposed, the user can mount the first air treatment member 201 to the second mounting position 16, so that the number of the first air treatment members 201 disposed in the air treatment device 200 can be increased. When the first air handling member 201 is not required to be provided, the user can mount the second air handling member 202 at the first mounting position 15, so that the number of the second air handling member 202 provided in the air treatment device 200 can be increased. This arrangement enables the first mounting location 15 and the second mounting location 16 to be common, which may further enhance the versatility of the air treatment device 200.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, in the direction of the air flow, i.e. the up-down direction of the air treatment device 200 in fig. 11, the second mounting position 16 may include two first mounting protrusions 18 arranged at intervals and a second mounting protrusion 19 arranged between the two first mounting protrusions 18, it should be noted that, the first mounting protrusion 18 and the second mounting protrusion 19 may be both arranged as the mounting protrusion 17 of the above-mentioned embodiment, the second air treatment member 202 may be provided with a groove matched with the second mounting protrusion 19, the groove may be arranged on the surface of the second air treatment member 202 opposite to the second mounting protrusion 19, the extending direction of the groove may be the same as the extending direction of the second mounting protrusion 19, preferably, the groove and the second mounting protrusion 19 are both arranged parallel to the horizontal plane, the second air treatment member 202 is arranged behind the second mounting position 16, the second mounting protrusion 19 is located in a recess in the second air handling member 202 such that the second air handling member 202 is prevented from moving away from the second mounting protrusion 19, thereby ensuring that the second air handling member 202 is securely mounted in the second mounting position 16. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 12, the second mounting position 16 may not be provided with a groove, and after the second air handling member 202 is disposed at the second mounting position 16, the second mounting protrusion 19 may abut against the surface of the second air handling member 202 opposite to the second mounting protrusion 19.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of position-limiting grooves may be disposed in the air flow passage 11 at intervals along the air flow direction, and the plurality of position-limiting grooves may define a plurality of first mounting positions 15 and/or at least one second mounting position 16. The first mounting position 15 is limited by two adjacent limiting grooves, the second mounting position 16 is limited by two spaced limiting grooves, and the distance between any two adjacent limiting grooves is the same, wherein the surface of the first mounting bracket 40 and/or the second mounting bracket 50 opposite to the limiting grooves can be provided with limiting protrusions, the limiting protrusions are suitable for being mounted in the limiting grooves, and the first mounting bracket 40 can be reliably mounted at the first mounting position 15 or the second mounting bracket 50 can be reliably mounted at the second mounting position 16 by matching the limiting grooves and the limiting protrusions.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 9, 13, and 16, the air treatment device 200 may further include: a fan assembly, which may be disposed within the housing 10. The volute 70 may be disposed in the housing 10, the fan assembly is disposed in the volute 70, the fan assembly may include a fan and a wind wheel, the fan may be a centrifugal fan, a volute air inlet of the volute 70 is communicated with the fresh air inlet 121 and/or the indoor air inlet 122, a volute air outlet of the volute 70 is communicated with the air flow channel 11, when the fan drives the wind wheel to rotate, fresh air flows into the volute 70 from the fresh air inlet 121 and/or the indoor air from the indoor air inlet 122 and the volute air inlet, the fresh air and/or the indoor air is driven to flow into the air flow channel 11 under the action of the wind wheel, and the second air processing member 202 and/or the first air processing member 201 in the air flow channel 11 purify the fresh air and/or the indoor air.
Further, the air treatment device 200 may further include a mounting plate, a mounting post may be disposed in the housing 10, the mounting plate is connected between the fan assembly and the mounting post, and the mounting plate and the mounting post may be connected by a bolt, so as to stably mount the fan assembly in the housing 10. It should be noted that the mounting plate may be configured as an integral part with the volute 70, and this arrangement may avoid the separate mounting plate, and may reduce the number of parts of the air treatment device 200, thereby reducing the production cost of the air treatment device 200. The invention is not limited thereto, but the mounting plate can also be provided as an integral part with the mounting post, or the mounting plate can be constructed as a separate component.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fan assembly may be located at the air inlet side of the first installation locations 15, wherein, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 9, 13 and 16, the fan assembly may be disposed below the installation space 14, and after the fresh air flows into the air flow channel 11 from the fresh air inlet 121 and/or the indoor air inlet 122, the arrangement may ensure that the fresh air and/or the indoor air flows toward the upper end of the air treatment device 200, and all of the fresh air and/or the indoor air may flow through the second air treatment member 202 and/or the first air treatment member 201, so as to enhance the fresh air purification effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 9, 13 and 16, the upper portion of the installation space 14 may be provided with an accommodation space 191 communicated therewith, and the accommodation space 191 is used for installing a humidification module 192 or a HEAP net 193 or an oxygenation module. Wherein the air treatment device 200 may comprise a third mounting bracket 80, the receiving space 191 and/or the mounting space 14 comprise a third mounting location 196, the third mounting location 196 may also be defined by the mounting projection 17 of the above embodiment, preferably the first mounting location 15 is configured as the third mounting location 196, for example: the uppermost first mounting location 15 is configured as a third mounting location 196. It should be noted that the third mounting bracket 80 may be provided with a mounting groove, the humidification module 192, the HEAP net 193, and the oxygen increasing module may be detachably mounted in the mounting groove, and after the third mounting bracket 80 is mounted at the third mounting position 196, the humidification module 192, the HEAP net 193, or the oxygen increasing module is located in the accommodating space 191.
Wherein, accommodation space 191 can set up in air runner 11, and air outlet 13 can set up on the lateral wall of casing 10, and air outlet 13 can set up to a plurality ofly, and when humidification module 192 set up in accommodation space 191, after new trend and/or indoor wind flowed into accommodation space 191 from air runner 11, humidification module 192 can humidify the new trend and/or the indoor wind after the purification, satisfies the needs that new trend and/or indoor wind purified, humidified. Alternatively, the HEAP net 193 may be configured as a ring, when the HEAP net 193 is disposed in the accommodating space 191, after the fresh air and/or the indoor air flows into the accommodating space 191 from the air flow channel 11, the ring-shaped HEAP net 193 can increase the contact area between the fresh air and/or the indoor air and the HEAP net 193, and the HEAP net 193 can filter the fresh air and/or the indoor air, which can meet the requirement that the air processing device 200 blows more clean air. Optionally, when the oxygen increasing module is disposed in the accommodating space 191, after the fresh air and/or the indoor air flows into the accommodating space 191 from the air flow channel 11, the oxygen increasing module may perform oxygen increasing treatment on the fresh air and/or the indoor air, so as to increase an oxygen content of the fresh air and/or the indoor air, and thus, a requirement of the oxygen content of the fresh air and/or the indoor air may be satisfied.
In some embodiments of the invention, the humidification module 192 may include: a water tank 91, a water tray 92, a wet film mounting frame 93, and a wet film 94. The wet film 94 is arranged on the wet film mounting frame 93, the wet film mounting frame 93 is arranged between the water tank 91 and the water tray 92, the water tank 91 is connected with the water tray 92, the water tray 92 defines a water storage tank, the water outlet of the water tank 91 is communicated with the water storage tank, and part of the structure of the wet film 94 is positioned in the water storage tank. The humidification module 192 can further include: the motor 95 and the blocking cover 96 are connected, the motor 95 is connected with the blocking cover 96 and is suitable for driving the blocking cover 96 to open and close the water outlet, when the water outlet is opened by the blocking cover 96, water in the water tank 91 flows into the water storage tank, the wet film 94 absorbs water, and after fresh air and/or indoor air flows into the accommodating space 191 from the air flow channel 11, the wet film 94 can humidify the fresh air and/or the indoor air. When the closure 96 closes the outlet, water in the tank 91 does not flow into the reservoir, preventing the water from overflowing from the reservoir. It should be noted that, when a long time and a large amount of humidification fresh air and/or indoor air are required, the volume of the water tank 91 may be increased, and the installation of the water tank 91 may be achieved by reducing the number of the first air treatment member 201 and/or the second air treatment member 202 without increasing the volume of the air treatment apparatus 200.
It should be noted that fig. 1-3 are schematic diagrams of a first specific embodiment of an air treatment device 200, in which the air treatment device 200 is provided with a humidification module 192. Fig. 4 to 6 are schematic views of a second embodiment of the air treatment device 200 in which the volume of the water tank 91 is increased as compared with the first embodiment. Fig. 9-11 are schematic views of a third embodiment of an air treatment device 200 without a humidification module 192, a HEAP net 193, and an oxygenation module disposed within the housing 191. Fig. 13-16 are schematic diagrams of a fourth embodiment of an air treatment device 200, in which the air treatment device 200 is provided with a HEAP net 193. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the above-described four specific embodiments may be combined with each other.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17, the first mounting bracket 40 and the second mounting bracket 50 may be eliminated, and the first air handling member 201 may be directly mounted at the first mounting position 15, and the second air handling member 202 may be directly mounted at the second mounting position 16, which may reduce the number of components constituting the air handling device 200, may facilitate the assembly of the air handling device 200, and may improve the production efficiency of the air handling device 200.
The air treatment device 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the air flow channel 11 is disposed in the housing 10, the air flow channel 11 has an air inlet and an air outlet 13, the air inlet includes a fresh air inlet 121 and an indoor air inlet 122, a plurality of mounting structures 195 are disposed on an inner wall of the air flow channel 11 at regular intervals along the direction of air flow, i.e. the up-down direction of the air treatment device 200 in fig. 16, the mounting structures 195 may be disposed as the mounting protrusions 17 of the above embodiment, two adjacent mounting structures 195 define the first mounting position 15, the first mounting positions 15 are plural, at least two adjacent first mounting positions 15 define one second mounting position 16, for example: the second mounting location 16 may be defined by two adjacent first mounting locations 15, and the second mounting location 16 may also be defined by three adjacent first mounting locations 15.
In some embodiments of the present invention, each of the mounting structures 195 may be a protrusion disposed on an inner wall of the air flow passage 11, and the protrusion may be the mounting protrusion 17 of the above-described embodiment, which makes the structure of the mounting structure 195 simple, and may facilitate the production of the mounting structure 195.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 9, 13 and 16, the upper portion of the housing 10 may be provided with an accommodating space 191, and the accommodating space 191 is used for installing the humidification module 192 or the HEAP net 193 or the oxygenation module. Wherein, accommodation space 191 can set up in air runner 11, and air outlet 13 can set up on the lateral wall of casing 10, and air outlet 13 can set up to a plurality ofly, and when humidification module 192 set up in accommodation space 191, after new trend and/or indoor wind flowed into accommodation space 191 from air runner 11, humidification module 192 can humidify the new trend and/or the indoor wind after the purification, satisfies the needs that new trend and/or indoor wind purified, humidified. Alternatively, the HEAP net 193 may be configured as a ring, when the HEAP net 193 is disposed in the accommodating space 191, after the fresh air and/or the indoor air flows into the accommodating space 191 from the air flow channel 11, the ring-shaped HEAP net 193 can increase the contact area between the fresh air and/or the indoor air and the HEAP net 193, and the HEAP net 193 can filter the fresh air and/or the indoor air, which can meet the requirement that the air processing device 200 blows more clean air. Optionally, when the oxygen increasing module is disposed in the accommodating space 191, after the fresh air or the indoor air flows into the accommodating space 191 from the air flow channel 11, the oxygen increasing module may perform oxygen increasing treatment on the fresh air, so as to increase the oxygen content of the fresh air and/or the indoor air, and thus, the requirement of the oxygen content of the fresh air and/or the indoor air can be met.
The indoor unit 300 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a cabinet 301 and an air treatment device 200. The cabinet 301 is provided with a cabinet air inlet 302 and a cabinet air outlet 303, the air treatment device 200 is the air treatment device 200 of the above embodiment, and the air treatment device 200 is arranged in the cabinet 301.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rear casing 309 and the front casing 308 may define a mounting cavity, the mounting cavity is located above the air processing device 200, a single cross-flow fan or a double cross-flow fan is disposed in the mounting cavity, an indoor heat exchanger component may also be disposed in the mounting cavity, after the indoor air flows into the mounting cavity from the casing air inlet 302, the air flowing into the mounting cavity may be heated or cooled by the indoor heat exchanger component, and then the air in the mounting cavity flows into the room from the casing air outlet 303. Indoor air can flow into the installation cavity of the machine shell 301 through the machine shell air inlet 302, and the indoor air flowing into the installation cavity is blown into the room from the machine shell air outlet 303 under the action of the single cross-flow fan or the double cross-flow fans.
Fresh air and/or indoor air flow into the air flow channel 11 through the air outlet of the volute 70, then the air flows into the accommodating space 191, then the air in the accommodating space 191 flows to the air outlet 3093 through the air outlet 13, so that the purified air is blown into the room from the air outlet 3093, and the use requirements of users are met. Moreover, the air treatment device 200 can generate different air purification effects, so that the air conditioning indoor unit 300 has multiple air purification functions, compared with the prior art, the air purification capacity of the air conditioning indoor unit 300 can be improved, the air blown out by the air conditioning indoor unit 300 is more beneficial to the health of a user, and the user can set the first air treatment part 201 and the second air treatment part 202 according to actual needs, so that the air conditioning indoor unit 300 can better meet the use requirements of the user, and the universality of the air conditioning indoor unit 300 can be improved.
It should be noted that, a guiding sealing structure may be disposed on the air outlet 13, and the guiding sealing structure is connected to the air outlet 3093 disposed on the casing 301, so that the joint between the air outlet 13 and the air outlet 3093 is sealed, and air can be prevented from flowing away from the gap between the air outlet 13 and the air outlet 3093, thereby ensuring the air supply amount and the air supply distance of the indoor unit 300 of the air conditioner.
Also, the air conditioning indoor unit 300 may further include: indoor heat exchanger part, air-out frame 305, automatically controlled part. The air outlet frame 305 may be disposed at the housing air outlet 303, the housing 301 may be composed of a front housing 308, a rear housing 309, a bottom housing 3091, a top housing 3092, and the like, the front housing 308 may be composed of one or more plate bodies, the front housing 308 may be disposed with the housing air outlet 303, the housing air outlet 303 may be disposed with a switch door, and the switch door is used to open or close the housing air outlet 303. It should be noted that, when a user needs to replace the first air processing member 201 and/or the second air processing member 202, the user may first remove the front shell 308 of the casing 301, and then replace the first air processing member 201 and/or the second air processing member 202. It should be noted that the outlet 3093 may be disposed on the front housing 308, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, or the outlet 3093 may be disposed on a side wall of the rear housing 309.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the casing 301 may be provided with a casing fresh air inlet 304, the casing fresh air inlet 304 is communicated with the fresh air inlet 121, wherein the rear casing 309 of the casing 301 may be composed of one or more plate bodies, the casing fresh air inlet 304 may be disposed on the rear casing 309 and/or the front casing 308, at least one casing fresh air inlet 304 is disposed, and fresh air may sequentially flow into the air flow channel 11 from the casing fresh air inlet 304, the fresh air inlet 121, the scroll inlet, and the scroll outlet. The casing air inlet 302 may be provided with an air return grille screen 307, and two sides in the rear casing 309 may be provided with the pillars of the above embodiments, and the pillars may be used to mount and fix indoor heat exchanger components and electric control components in the indoor unit 300 of the air conditioner.
According to the air conditioner of the embodiment of the invention, the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner indoor unit 300 of the embodiment, the air conditioner outdoor unit is connected with the air conditioner indoor unit 300, outdoor fresh air can flow into the air conditioner indoor unit 300 from the air conditioner outdoor unit, the air treatment device 200 in the air conditioner indoor unit 300 can generate different purification effects on the fresh air and/or indoor air, and the air conditioner can have multiple fresh air purification functions The second air handling member 202 is interchangeable, so that the air conditioner can better meet the use requirements of users, and the universality of the air handling device 200 can be improved.

Claims (20)

1. An air treatment device, comprising:
the air flow channel is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and an installation space is arranged in the air flow channel and comprises a plurality of first installation positions and/or at least one second installation position;
an air treatment module comprising at least one first air treatment member and/or at least one second air treatment member, each first air treatment member being configurable in any one of the first mounting locations and each second air treatment member being configurable in any one of the second mounting locations.
2. An air treatment device as claimed in claim 1, including a mounting bracket movably disposed within the housing, an inner wall of the mounting bracket defining the mounting space.
3. An air treatment device according to claim 1, further comprising a first mounting bracket selectively engageable with any of said first mounting locations, any of said first air treatment members being positionable in said first mounting bracket, and/or a second mounting bracket selectively engageable with any of said second mounting locations, any of said second air treatment members being positionable in said second mounting bracket.
4. The air treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of first mounting positions are arranged in series in an air flow direction in the mounting space.
5. An air treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of mounting projections are provided in the air flow path at spaced intervals in the direction of air flow to define a plurality of first mounting locations and/or at least one second mounting location.
6. An air treatment device according to claim 5 wherein adjacent mounting lugs define a first mounting position and spaced apart mounting lugs define a second mounting position.
7. The air treatment device of claim 6, wherein the plurality of mounting bosses are of the same boss height; or
The height of the two spaced mounting protrusions is greater than the height of the mounting protrusion between the two spaced mounting protrusions.
8. The air treatment device of claim 5, wherein the spacing between any two adjacent mounting projections is the same.
9. An air treatment device according to claim 7, wherein the second mounting location is defined by two spaced apart first mounting projections, a second mounting projection being located between the two first mounting projections, the second air treatment element being provided with a recess for engagement with the second mounting projection.
10. The air treatment device of claim 1, further comprising a fan assembly disposed within the housing.
11. The air treatment device of claim 10, wherein the fan assembly is located on an air intake side of the plurality of first mounting locations.
12. The air treatment device of claim 1, wherein the first air treatment component is a humidification module, a filter screen module, a formaldehyde removal module, a VOC removal module, a dust removal module, an allergen removal module, a disinfection and sterilization module, or a deodorizing module.
13. The air treatment device of claim 6, wherein the second air treatment element is a humidification module, a filter screen module, a formaldehyde removal module, a VOC removal module, a dust removal module, an allergen removal module, a disinfection and sterilization module, or a deodorizing module.
14. An air treatment unit as claimed in any of claims 1 to 13, wherein the upper part of the installation space is provided with a receiving space communicating therewith for installing a humidification module or a HEAP net or an oxygenation module.
15. An air treatment device, comprising:
the air flow channel is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, a plurality of mounting structure parts are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the air flow channel at intervals, a first mounting position is defined by two adjacent mounting structure parts, the first mounting positions are multiple, and one second mounting position is defined by at least two adjacent first mounting positions.
16. The air treatment device of claim 15, wherein each of the mounting features is a protrusion provided on an inner wall of the air flow passage.
17. An air treatment device as claimed in claim 15, wherein the housing is provided with a receiving space in an upper portion thereof for mounting a humidification module or a HEAP net or an oxygenation module.
18. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, a fan and a fan, wherein the shell is provided with a shell air inlet and a shell air outlet;
an air treatment device according to any one of claims 1 to 17, provided within the cabinet.
19. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 18, wherein a casing fresh air inlet is provided on the casing, and the casing fresh air inlet is communicated with the air inlet.
20. An air conditioner characterized by comprising an outdoor unit of an air conditioner and an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 18 or 19.
