Portable steel rail laser rust removal device and use method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel rail rust removal, in particular to a portable steel rail laser rust removal device.
Background
At present, the commonly used rust removal methods in China include mechanical polishing, flame rust removal, electric spark rust removal, shot blasting (sand) rust removal, chemical treatment rust removal and the like. The mechanical polishing and rust removal mainly cleans the rusty part of the steel rail through tools such as a grinding wheel and the like, and has high labor intensity and poor rust removal quality. The flame rust removal is to burn a small amount of deep rust spots which are difficult to remove manually by using a gas welding gun, and the high temperature enables the oxide of the rust to change the chemical composition so as to achieve the purpose of rust removal. The method is easy to damage the rail surface, so that the rail surface is deformed by heating. The shot blasting rust removal is to remove the rust on the surface of the steel rail by spraying abrasive materials with different particle sizes, and the dust pollution is serious. The chemical treatment for rust removal is to utilize a chemical reagent to react with iron rust to achieve the purpose of rust removal, the chemical reagent is easy to damage the rail surface, and meanwhile, secondary pollution is easy to cause on a construction site, and the chemical treatment for rust removal is not beneficial to environmental protection.
