The embodiment of the invention provides a clothes treatment device which is a washing and drying integrated machine or a clothes dryer and comprises a washing cylinder, a shell, a heat pump system and a sprayer, wherein the washing cylinder and the heat pump system are arranged in a cavity formed by the shell, the heat pump system is connected with the washing cylinder through a pipeline to form a circulating air path, the heat pump system comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttling element and an evaporator which are sequentially connected, the sprayer is arranged at a water inlet of the condenser, the sprayer can provide a refrigerant for the condenser to exchange heat with hot air, and the inner wall of the condenser can be washed according to needs, so that lint attached to the inner wall of the condenser is washed away.
The flow control of the water can be controlled by a flush valve or other water paths, and the water flow for the sprayer provided by the flush valve and other water paths is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
When washing, usually spray washing is carried out on the condenser after drying is finished, but after the condenser is used, because the condenser is in a high-temperature dry and hot environment for a long time in the working process, the thread scraps are attached to the inner wall of the condenser for a long time to be higher in drying degree, the attachment is firmer, the spray washing time after drying is usually longer, and the washing effect is not ideal.
Therefore, when the clothes treatment device washes the inner side wall of the condenser, the washing action on the inner side wall of the condenser can be executed at least before and during the operation of the heater, the operation can ensure that the inner side wall of the condenser is washed well, and the phenomenon that the use of the condenser is influenced by the accumulation of thread scraps is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the clothes processing device adopts the clothes drying method provided by the embodiment of the invention to dry clothes, and the sprayer washes and cleans the inner wall of the condenser in the drying program execution process.
As shown in fig. 1, the clothes drying method comprises the following steps:
s101, after the drying program is started and the heater is not started, the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser at a single flow rate or alternately washes the inner wall of the condenser at least two different flow rates; and/or
S102, starting the fan and the heater to enter a condensation stage, and flushing the inner wall of the condenser by the sprayer at a single flow rate or alternatively flushing the inner wall of the condenser at least two different flow rates.
In the clothes drying method in the embodiment, after the clothes drying program is started, the heater is not started to perform the action of flushing the inner wall of the condenser, and the sprayer is alternately flushed at a single flow rate or at least two different flow rates, so that the condenser can be flushed by spraying, and therefore, the thread scraps accumulated in the condenser are wetted and flushed, and the method is taken as a guarantee measure for preventing the drying device from failing. And get into the condensation stage after fan and heater open, the spray thrower washes the condenser inner wall with single flow or at least two kinds of different flow washes the condenser inner wall in turn, then can wash away the line bits that get into in the condenser along with the hot-blast from the lateral wall of condenser, can also carry out the heat transfer to hot-blast simultaneously, especially when the spray thrower washes the condenser inner wall with at least two kinds of different flow in turn, can prevent that the line bits from hanging the condensation effect that influences the condenser on the inner wall of condenser, the action that this embodiment spray thrower washed the condenser after getting into the stoving procedure exists always, can effectively clear up the line bits in the condenser.
In the embodiment, the inner wall of the condenser is washed respectively after the heater is not started and started, and in other embodiments, the inner wall of the condenser can be washed independently when the heater is not started, or the inner wall of the condenser can be washed independently after the heater is started, and the water flow rate is single or at least two different water flow rates are used for washing.
The drainage pump is in a normally open state, which causes the working sound of the clothes treatment device to be increased, and the user experience is influenced. To this end, in an embodiment of the invention, the drain pump is normally closed and is only opened when required. Therefore, after the clothes treatment device enters a drying procedure, the water level of spray water needs to be noticed, when the spray water is accumulated more, because the drainage pump is not in a normally open state, the problem that clothes to be dried are wetted when the water level in the drum exceeds a critical water level can occur, although the wetted clothes can be dried in the drying procedure, the drying time can be directly influenced, the drying time is prolonged, in the process that the inner wall of the condenser is washed by the sprayer, whether the water level in the drum is more than or equal to the critical water level needs to be judged, and if yes, the drainage pump is started to drain water to a safe water level; if not, the sprayer continuously washes the inner wall of the condenser.
In the implementation, the water level in the drum includes a critical water level and a safe water level, the critical water level is a water level at which water in the drum enters the inner drum to wet the clothes, and the drainage pump needs to be opened to drain water at the critical water level, otherwise, the risk of wetting the clothes exists; the safe level is the level of the almost empty tub at which the flushing can be done with confidence. Because the water level detection is a timing detection, the clothes are not wetted when the water level in the drum exceeds the critical water level,
in one embodiment of the invention, during the drying process, the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser at least two different flow rates until the drying process is finished. Before and during the operation of the heater, the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser at least two different flow rates until the drying program is finished. The spray thrower washes the condenser inner wall with two kinds of different flow in turn, so, can change the impact force of water to the condenser inner wall, will adhere to the line bits on the condenser inner wall and wash, improve and wash the effect.
Before the heater is started, when the sprayer alternately washes the inner wall of the condenser at two different flow rates, the high-flow washing single time is longer than the low-flow washing single time. Therefore, the impact force of water on the inner wall of the condenser can be changed, the thread scraps attached to the inner wall of the condenser are washed away, and the washing effect is improved.
In the condensation stage of the condenser, when the sprayer washes at a single flow rate, in order to wash away the thread scraps attached to the inner wall of the condenser, the single flow rate should be large enough to carry out heat exchange with the hot air and simultaneously wash the thread scraps. For this reason, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the condensation stage, the sprayer alternately washes the inner wall of the condenser at two different flow rates, and the single time of the low-flow washing is longer than the single time of the high-flow washing. The low flow washes mainly to carry out the heat transfer with the hot-air to keep condenser inner wall line bits moist simultaneously, prevents that the line bits is dry and causes the washing unclean on attaching to the inner wall of condenser completely, and the high flow washes then can improve the impact force that water washed to the condenser inner wall, drenches the wall that will be close dry condenser, originally can be because during the line bits of inertia attached to on the wall can get into the water that the spray thrower erupted, and finally is taken away by rivers. Meanwhile, the sprayed water is wrapped by wind and moves upwards along with the wind, and finally falls under the action of gravity. In the whole stage, the water also has the function of washing the wall surface, thereby further enhancing the filtering effect on the flock. Simultaneously, the inner wall of condenser is washed with high flow water to every interval period, can strengthen the heat transfer of the inside air current of condenser and comdenstion water, and inside rivers that the spray thrower erupted covered the condenser comprehensively, can wholly cool down the condenser, and air current and water area of contact increase at this moment have strengthened the heat transfer simultaneously.
When the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser, the drying program is finished, after the fan and the heater are started, whether the drying program is finished or not is determined according to the humidity in the cylinder, and the sprayer also stops working after the drying program is finished. In the drying procedure, the controller is used for judging whether the humidity in the cylinder is greater than or equal to the preset humidity according to the comparison between the obtained humidity in the cylinder and the preset humidity, and if so, the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser; if not, the drying program is ended. The sprayer does not work for a long time, and acts simultaneously according to the drying program, so that the hot air with the thread scraps in the execution process of the drying program can be cooled and the thread scraps can be removed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser at two different flow rates after the heater is started, the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser at one flow rate before the heater is started, and the flow rate of the sprayer before the heater is started is greater than at least one flow rate after the heater is started. So inject, can change the impact force of water to the inner wall of condenser, make the thread scraps can be washed clean, in addition, when the shower washes the condenser with three kinds of different flow in drying procedure, can wash the thread scraps under to different environment, make the thread scraps wash respond well.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser at a single flow rate before the heater is started, and the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser at two different flow rates after the heater is started. The flow of the sprayer before the heater is started is larger than at least one flow after the heater is started. It will be appreciated that the sprayer is flushed at a first flow rate before the heater is turned on and the sprayer is flushed alternately at a second flow rate and a third flow rate after the heater is turned on, wherein the first flow rate > the second flow rate > the third flow rate. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first flow rate may be larger than the second flow rate. So set up, can realize the purpose that the heat transfer washed, and produce the impact force to the inner wall of condenser, wash out the condenser with the line bits outside.
For example, before the heater is started, the sprayer is started for the first time at the first flow rate, the first time can be 60s or more, before the drying is started, the spraying device is washed once, and the spraying device is used as a guarantee measure for preventing the failure of the heat pump system and also has the purpose of washing line scraps. After the heater is started, the sprayer is started for a second time at a second flow rate, wherein the second flow rate is far smaller than the first flow rate, and the second flow rate mainly enables water to be left from an opening at the bottommost part of the sprayer to be used as condensate water in a condensation stage, so that the purpose of integrating condensation and spraying is achieved. And after the second time is up, the sprayer is started for a third time at a third flow rate, wherein the third flow rate is greater than the second flow rate, the third flow rate can be equal to the first flow rate, the third time is less than the second time, for example, the second time is 600s or more, the third time is 1s, and the second flow rate and the third flow rate are alternately carried out until the drying program is finished.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the washing effect on the inner wall of the condenser, after the drying procedure is finished, the sprayer is closed after washing the inner wall of the condenser with a single flow rate. Meanwhile, after the drying procedure is finished, whether the water level in the drum is more than or equal to the safe water level is judged, and if so, a drainage pump is started to drain water so that the water level in the drum reaches the safe water level. It can be understood that after the drying procedure is finished, the inner wall of the condenser is washed by the sprayer and the drainage pump is started at the same time, so that the problem that the dried clothes are wetted due to the fact that the water level rises to exceed the critical water level is solved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the clothes drying method specifically comprises the following steps:
s201, entering a drying program;
s202, the inner wall of the condenser is washed by the sprayer at a first flow rate;
s203, closing the sprayer after flushing for a first preset time;
s204, starting a fan and a heater;
s205, the sprayer washes the inner wall of the condenser for a second preset time at a second flow rate;
s205, the inner wall of the condenser is washed by the sprayer at a third flow rate for a third preset time;
s206, finishing the drying program;
s207, the inner wall of the condenser is washed by the sprayer at a fourth flow rate, and meanwhile, the water is drained by the drainage pump;
and S208, stopping working after the sprayer washes for a fourth preset time.
The starting condition of the draining pump is that the water level in the drum exceeds the critical water level, and specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the draining pump control in the clothes drying method comprises the following steps:
s301, entering a drying program;
s302, judging whether the water level in the cylinder is more than or equal to a critical water level, if so, executing a step S303; if not, go to step S305;
s303, draining by a drainage pump;
s304, judging whether the water level in the cylinder is less than or equal to a safe water level, if so, executing S305, and if not, executing S303;
and S305, continuing to execute the flushing.
In the drying process, the sprayer, the water level detector and the humidity detector (humidity sensor) work simultaneously, when the humidity detector detects that the humidity in the cylinder is less than or equal to the preset humidity, the sprayer stops working, and the water level detector continues working until the water level in the cylinder reaches the safe water level.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the humidity detection in the clothes drying method includes the following steps:
s401, entering a drying program;
s402, judging whether the humidity in the cylinder is less than or equal to a preset humidity, if so, executing a step S404; if not, go to step S403;
s403, washing the inner wall of the condenser by a sprayer;
and S404, ending shutdown.
In addition, the foregoing is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principles applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
