(5) moving the uncolored cool-feeling single jersey to contact with the fine granular multicolor dye so as to dye one side or two sides of the uncolored cool-feeling single jersey for the first time;
(6) and carrying out secondary dyeing on the cool-feeling single jersey to finally form the polyester, colorful and cloud cool-feeling single jersey.
The first tension is lower than the second tension, and the knitted fabric is washed before the heat treatment of step (4), using an anti-wrinkle agent as a lubricant in the washing.
In the step (3), the flat knitted fabric is placed under steam or wetted by dipping and pressing after being formed, so that the flat knitted fabric is relaxed; the flat knit is held on the edges of the tenter frame by pins and stretched in the length and width directions to restore the knit to the desired dimensions and basis weight, after which the lengths of the first and second yarns in the flat knit are maintained.
In the step (4), the heating treatment is carried out by adopting an oven for heating, and the flat knitted fabric is released from a tenter frame at the outlet of the oven and is sewn back to the hollow rod structure; the knitted fabric is then subjected to a washing and bleaching treatment and is dewatered by means of squeeze rolls or centrifuges, and finally the stitches are removed and the knitted fabric is reopened to be a flat knitted fabric and dried at 44 ℃.
In the step (5), the fine granular multicolor dye is prepared by spraying the liquid dye into mist, and then screening is carried out to separate large-granule multicolor dye and small-granule multicolor dye; the large-particle multicolor dye is 50 meshes, and the small-particle multicolor dye is 100 meshes. When the primary dyeing is carried out, the uncolored cool-feeling single jersey is fixed on the warp beam, the small-particle multicolor dye penetrates through the uncolored cool-feeling single jersey from the inner side and/or the outer side of the warp beam, and the uncolored cool-feeling single jersey is dyed by utilizing the friction force. The application of friction is achieved by a pair of pressure rollers driven by a drive through a belt connecting the drive through a worm reduction gear to a spindle connected to the pressure rollers through a sprocket drive.
In the step (6), the secondary dyeing is performed by mixing the large-particle multicolor dye with an acrylic resin or a polyurethane resin, applying the resulting mixture to a cool-feeling sweat cloth, and curing.
The finally formed polyester color cloud cool feeling undershirt cloth comprises 10% by weight of acrylic resin or polyurethane resin based on the total weight of the polyester color cloud cool feeling undershirt cloth.
The method of applying the acrylic-based resin and the large particle multicolor dye to the knit fabric is to use a dye bath.
The dye bath is filled with a mixture of acrylic resin and large-particle pleochroic dye, diluted with water to a low viscosity so that it covers and preferably penetrates into the cool-feeling undershirt. The substrate was immersed in the dye bath and then removed to ensure a cool jersey with the mixture correctly loaded. The advantage of this method is that the cool-feel undershirt adds only minimal weight due to the addition of resin and large particle pleochroic dye, which helps to maintain low weight and good drape and hand of the fabric. It also often results in complete penetration of the cool cloth, adding coloration on both sides and inside the cloth.
Other preferred resins for attaching pigments to substrates are polyurethane resins. In addition, polyurethane adhesives may also be used. Although polyurethanes are less resistant to water attack than acrylics, they are easier to apply and less expensive than acrylics.
The mixture of polyurethane-based resin and large particle pleochroic dye is applied as a paste to a cool-feeling undershirt.
Further, the application of the polyurethane-based resin and the large-particle multicolor dye mixture is to foam the mixture and then apply the foamed mixture with a doctor blade or a roll. The foaming advantageously provides the resulting dyed cool-feeling undershirt cloth with good hand (cloth-like feel) and drapability (flexibility).
Foaming can be achieved by adding a foaming agent to the resin and large particle multicolor dye mixture, and can be mechanically or chemically foamed. Suitable foaming agents include surfactants, such as nonionic surfactants, e.g., alkyl amine oxides, and anionic surfactants, such as ammonium stearate.
