In the drawings, like reference numbers can indicate functionally identical or similar elements. While the various aspects of the embodiments are presented in drawings, the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale unless specifically indicated.
The word "exemplary" is used exclusively herein to mean "serving as an example, embodiment, or illustration. Any embodiment described herein as "exemplary" is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the term "at least one" herein means any one of a plurality or any combination of at least two of a plurality, for example, including at least one of A, B, C, and may mean including any one or more elements selected from the group consisting of A, B and C.
Furthermore, in the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present disclosure. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present disclosure may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, methods, means, elements and circuits that are well known to those skilled in the art have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the present disclosure.
The safety prompting method of the embodiment of the disclosure can be executed by electronic equipment such as terminal equipment or a server. The terminal device may be a vehicle device, a mobile device, or the like, which is built in the vehicle. The terminal equipment can directly acquire scene images in the vehicle cabin and execute a safety prompting method based on the scene images. Alternatively, the security prompt method of the embodiment of the present disclosure may also be executed by a server or other terminal device connected to a device inside the vehicle. The server or other terminal equipment receives the scene image collected and sent by the in-vehicle equipment, and the safety prompting method is executed based on the scene image. Alternatively, the method may be implemented by a processor calling computer readable instructions stored in a memory.
In a possible implementation manner, the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to any application scenario in which a potential safety hazard caused by a left object in a vehicle is subjected to safety prompt. For example, an application scenario in which it is recognized whether a legacy child is present in a car, and a safety prompt is made in the case where a legacy child is present. Or, whether the legacy animals exist in the vehicle is identified, and the application scene of safety prompt is carried out under the condition that the legacy animals exist.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a security prompt method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the safety prompting method of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
and step S10, acquiring a scene image in the vehicle.
In a possible implementation manner, the scene image may be acquired by an image acquisition device built in the vehicle, and is used for acquiring a scene inside the vehicle. Further, legacy object recognition may be performed from the scene image. That is, the scene image is used to identify the carry-over object after the driver leaves the vehicle, and thus may be acquired after the vehicle stop state is detected and locked. Alternatively, the image capturing device may be any device capable of capturing the panoramic view of the vehicle interior, for example, a camera device in an occupant detection System (OMS) in the vehicle, that is, the image of the scene in the vehicle interior captured by the occupant detection System in the vehicle may be obtained. That is, the scene image of the inside of the vehicle in the case where the vehicle is parked and locked can be acquired. Wherein the scene image is acquired by an occupant detection system. The passenger detection system is arranged in the vehicle and used for collecting panoramic images in the vehicle cabin.
And step S20, determining whether the left-behind object exists in the vehicle according to the scene image.
The left-behind object refers to an object left behind in the vehicle, and may be a person or an object. In a specific scenario, the legacy object may be a child or a pet, or an article carried by a person, such as a mobile phone, a bag, or the like. By performing object detection, such as child detection, pet detection, and/or item detection, on the scene image, it is determined that a left-behind object exists in the vehicle when a carry-on item is detected in the case where a child or a pet alone is detected in the vehicle, or no person is present in the vehicle.
As an example, when the embodiment of the present disclosure is used for prompting a child left in a vehicle, whether a person exists in the vehicle after locking the vehicle may be identified by a face identification method, and when the person exists, the age of the person is identified by the face image information of the person to determine whether the person is a child, and if so, it is determined that a left object exists in the vehicle. Or, when the embodiment of the disclosure is used for prompting a pet left in a car, whether an animal exists in the car can be identified in an object identification mode, and when the animal exists, a plurality of continuous images can be further acquired to perform feature identification to judge whether the animal is a live animal, and if so, it is determined that the object left exists in the car.
Step S30, in response to the existence of the legacy object in the vehicle, searching a user account corresponding to the vehicle in vehicle registration information through a vehicle information management service, and pushing prompt information to the user account.
In one possible implementation, in the case that it is determined that a legacy object exists in the vehicle based on the scene image in the cabin, the prompt information may be sent to the user corresponding to the vehicle by the vehicle management service. The user corresponding to the vehicle can be a person bound with the vehicle information, such as a vehicle owner or a vehicle driver. The prompt message is used for prompting that the user has the left-over object in the vehicle and needs to contact the potential safety hazard of the left-over object in a vehicle returning or remote control mode.
The vehicle information management service is a background service for managing vehicle information, and may be implemented by a background server of an application program used by a user, or may be provided by a management platform of an organization or organization registered by a user, such as a car factory or a car management center. The vehicle information management service may receive the legacy object signal, connect with a terminal device (e.g., a mobile device such as a mobile phone) corresponding to the user account, and send a legacy object prompt message to the terminal device.
The electronic device of the embodiment of the present disclosure may pre-store a user account bound to the vehicle identifier. The vehicle identification can be any identification information capable of representing the current vehicle, such as the identification information of the vehicle itself, such as a license plate number, a vehicle delivery code and the like, and the identification information of a passenger detection system installed in the vehicle. The user account is a binding identifier between the user and the application program, and the application program is a user-side application program corresponding to the electronic device and can be installed on a mobile terminal used by the user. The user can remotely interact with the electronic equipment through the application program and control the vehicle equipment or the passenger detection system in the vehicle. For example, notification information, an environmental image, an environmental video, and the like transmitted by the in-vehicle device or the occupant detection system may be received. Meanwhile, the on or off of equipment such as an air conditioner in the vehicle can be remotely controlled by sending a control command.
Optionally, when the electronic device detects that a legacy object exists in the vehicle, the electronic device may generate the security prompt information through a background server of the vehicle-associated information management service connected to the electronic device, determine the user account according to the vehicle identifier of the current vehicle, and further push the prompt information to the user account.
Further, when the electronic device detects that a legacy object exists in the vehicle, the electronic device may send the identification information and the prompt information of the vehicle to a service end of the vehicle information management service, so as to search a user account corresponding to the identification information of the vehicle through the service end, and push the prompt information to the user account through the service end.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a manner of pushing a hint according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the electronic device may be a car machine device, and when it is detected that a legacy object exists in the car cabin, the user account is automatically detected in step 30, and then the electronic device directly sends the prompt information for prompting the user to the user terminal in step 31.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating another way of pushing a hint according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device may be a vehicle-mounted device, and when it is detected that a legacy object exists in the vehicle cabin, the prompt message is generated first, and the installed vehicle information management service application program sends the prompt message and the identification information of the vehicle from the vehicle-mounted device to the service end of the vehicle information management service through step 40. The service end searches the user account through step 41 based on the identification information of the vehicle, and then the service end executes step 42 to forward the prompt information to the user terminal.
In a possible implementation manner, the prompt message may be displayed on the user terminal in any manner, such as a short message, application popup, or push message. Optionally, the process of searching for the user account corresponding to the identification information of the vehicle through the server and pushing the prompt information to the user account through the server may be implemented based on an application program. That is to say, the prompt information may be pushed to the vehicle management application of the user terminal corresponding to the user account through the service end of the vehicle management service, and the prompt information is displayed on the display interface of the user terminal in a pop-up manner of the application. Or, the process of searching the user account corresponding to the identification information of the vehicle through the server and pushing the prompt information to the user account through the server can be realized based on communication texts such as short messages. That is, the vehicle information management service may manage the occupant detection systems of a plurality of vehicles by a user, search for a corresponding communication number of the user according to the identification information of the occupant detection system of the vehicle through the service end, and forward the prompt information to the communication number of the user in the form of a communication text. The communication number may be a mobile phone number of the user.
Further, after receiving the prompt message, the user can acquire a real-time image of the interior of the vehicle by triggering the prompt message so as to observe the condition in the vehicle. The electronic equipment can collect and send scene data in the vehicle in response to receiving a detail acquisition request returned by the user according to the prompt message. The in-vehicle scene data may be an in-vehicle scene image or an in-vehicle scene video. Or, the electronic device may also predetermine a legacy object image as scene data in the vehicle and send the legacy object image to a service end of the vehicle management service, and the service end sends the legacy object image to a user terminal corresponding to the user account according to a user request. The legacy object image may be a scene image marked by the electronic device, for example, in response to a presence of a legacy object in the vehicle, the scene image is sent to a service end of the vehicle management service as the legacy object image. That is to say, after determining that the legacy image exists in the vehicle, the electronic device may directly mark the scene image as the legacy image and send the legacy image to a service end of the vehicle management service. Or, the legacy object image may be marked by a service end of the vehicle legacy object, for example, after the electronic device acquires the scene image, the scene image is sent to a service end of the vehicle management service, and in response to the presence of the legacy object in the vehicle, a request for marking the scene image as the legacy object image is sent to the service end of the vehicle management service, so that the service end marks the scene image as the legacy object image. Further, the legacy object image determined by the server is sent to the user terminal corresponding to the user account after the user sends a legacy object image viewing request.
Further, after the electronic device acquires the scene image or determines that the product image is the legacy object image, the information of the legacy object may be extracted based on the scene image or the legacy object image. And adding the extracted information of the legacy object into the prompt information when the prompt information is generated, wherein the prompt information comprises the information of the legacy object.
Because the user may be far away from the vehicle when receiving the prompt message, it is difficult to return to the vicinity of the vehicle in a short time to solve the safety hazard. Therefore, the remote control authority can be set for the user, and the vehicle control information can be remotely sent to the electronic equipment through the application program under the condition that the whole-course control authority of the user is opened so as to control the opening of the vehicle internal device and eliminate the potential safety hazard in the current vehicle. Optionally, the vehicle control information may control at least one of vehicle unlocking, air conditioning opening, and window opening. That is, the electronic device may perform a corresponding control operation on a control of the vehicle in response to receiving vehicle control information returned by the user according to the prompt information, where the vehicle control information includes at least one of door unlock information, air conditioner open information, and window open information.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a hint information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, after receiving the prompt message 51, the user terminal 50 may display the prompt message 51 in a pop-up manner through a display interface of the application. When the user enters the corresponding application program, the prompt message 51 may be triggered by clicking or the like to generate and send a detail obtaining request to a service end of the vehicle information management service in the vehicle, and further display the legacy object image returned by the electronic device. When the situation that potential safety hazards exist in the automobile due to temperature rise in the automobile is displayed in the left object image, automobile control information can be sent to electronic equipment built in the automobile through an application program so as to control the opening of an air conditioner in the automobile, the unlocking of a door of the automobile or the opening of a window of the automobile.
In a possible implementation mode, in order to avoid that the safety prompt information is not received due to reasons such as user signal fluctuation, the electronic equipment can also solve the potential safety hazard in the vehicle by seeking help from a third party rescuer or automatically controlling the opening of an air conditioner in the vehicle. Under the condition that the vehicle is always in a locked state, in response to the fact that the vehicle control information is not received within the preset time period, controlling the vehicle to execute at least one of the following steps: unlocking a vehicle door, opening an air conditioner and opening a vehicle window; and/or sending help seeking information to the third-party salvaging personnel, wherein the help seeking information comprises vehicle identification and vehicle position.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a special living body detection device is not additionally arranged in the vehicle, and whether the object is left in the vehicle cabin is detected accurately by directly acquiring the scene image to identify the object, so that the cost is reduced and the accuracy of the detection result is ensured. The method is characterized in that a vehicle owner or a driver is matched in time under the condition that the left-over object exists in the detection vehicle cabin, and safety prompt information is sent to the vehicle owner or the driver so as to accurately remind the vehicle owner of paying attention and solve the potential safety hazard caused by the left-over object in the vehicle.
Fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a vehicle information management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Here, the vehicle information is provided by the occupant detection system, including in-vehicle carry-over object information. The occupant detection system may include an in-vehicle camera and an in-vehicle host device for processing in-vehicle scene images captured by the in-vehicle camera. Optionally, the method for managing an occupant detection system according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is implemented by an electronic device for managing vehicle information, the electronic device may be a server device providing a vehicle information management service, and the server device is connected to the occupant detection system. In some cases, the server-side device may be connected with a client-side device that installs an application of the vehicle information management service. As shown in FIG. 5, the method may include steps S40-S60.
Step S40, in response to receiving the user registration request, obtains the user account information and the vehicle identification information to be bound.
In a possible implementation manner, a user may send a user registration request to a service end of the vehicle information management service through an application program (APP) of the vehicle information management service installed in a user terminal, and the service end obtains user account information and vehicle identification information to be bound according to the user registration information. Optionally, the server may return the vehicle binding information after receiving the registration request, and obtain the vehicle identification information and the user account information according to the vehicle binding information. Optionally, the vehicle binding information may be a binding page capable of being displayed at the user terminal, which includes an information input control that the user can return the vehicle identification of the user vehicle and/or the identification information of an occupant detection system installed in the user vehicle, and user account information by triggering the information input control. The vehicle identification can be a license plate number, a vehicle delivery code and the like, the identification information can be a system number, and the user account information can be a user code which is used for representing the unique correspondence of the user in the vehicle information management service.
And step S50, binding the user account with the vehicle identification information.
In one possible implementation manner, after the service end receives the vehicle identification information returned by the user, the user account is bound with the vehicle identification information. Optionally, the server further stores the binding result in a local database or a remote database.
And step S60, in the case of receiving the target vehicle identification and the prompt information of the target vehicle, which are sent by the occupant detection system of the target vehicle in response to the detection of the legacy object in the vehicle, sending the prompt information to the user account bound with the target vehicle identification.
In one possible implementation, a service end of the vehicle information management service is connected with occupant detection systems of a plurality of vehicles. The occupant detection system of the target vehicle may transmit the target vehicle identification and the prompt information of the target vehicle to the server in response to detecting the left-behind object inside the vehicle from the scene image inside the vehicle. After receiving the target vehicle identification and the prompt information, the server searches a user account bound with the target vehicle identification from a plurality of pre-stored vehicle identification information and bound user accounts, and further sends the prompt information to the user account bound with the target vehicle identification.
Optionally, the server may send the prompt message to the user account in any manner, for example, the prompt message may be in a form of application pop-up window or short message. For example, the server may push prompt information to a vehicle management application of a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle identification binding user account, and the prompt information is displayed on a display interface of the user terminal in an application popup mode. Or the server can also search the communication number of the user corresponding to the bound user account according to the target vehicle identification, and forward the prompt message to the communication number of the user in the form of a communication text. Further, the server can also obtain a legacy object image sent by a passenger detection system of the target vehicle, and send the legacy object image to a user terminal corresponding to the user account in response to receiving a legacy object image viewing request sent by the user terminal corresponding to the user account bound with the target vehicle identifier. Alternatively, the server side may acquire the legacy object image in such a manner that the occupant detection system directly receives the legacy object image transmitted by the legacy object in the vehicle interior in response to detection of the legacy object. Alternatively, the scene image transmitted by the occupant detection system of the target vehicle may be received first, and the scene image may be marked as the left-behind object image upon receiving a marking request of the left-behind object image transmitted in a case where the occupant detection system of the target vehicle detects the left-behind object inside the vehicle.
The embodiment of the disclosure maintains the corresponding relationship between the user account and the vehicle at the service end for managing the vehicle information (namely, the service end for managing the passenger detection system), matches the vehicle with the vehicle owner or the driver in time according to the identification information of the vehicle under the condition that the left-over object exists in the vehicle cabin, and sends the safety prompt information to the vehicle owner so as to accurately remind the vehicle owner to pay attention and solve the potential safety hazard generated by the left-over object in the vehicle.
