Specifically, when no obstacle such as clothes exists in a certain distance range above the infrared receiving device, the infrared receiving device can only receive light reflected by the lower surface of the vehicle door, the intensity of the light at the moment can be calibrated, the amplitude range of the output electric signal corresponding to the light intensity which can be received by the infrared receiving device when the vehicle door is closed and the clothes are not clamped by mistake is determined, and the range is determined as a first range. When clothes are mistakenly clamped by the vehicle door within a certain distance range above the infrared receiving device, the light intensity of the light received by the infrared receiving device is different from the light intensity of the light reflected by the lower surface of the vehicle door independently, and then the electric signal with the amplitude value not within the first range can be output. Or, when an obstacle exists in a certain distance range above the infrared receiving device and the obstacle approaches or leaves (the distance between the clothes and the infrared receiving device may change due to various actions of the user), the light intensity of the light received by the infrared receiving device changes accordingly, and then an electric signal with continuously changing amplitude is output.

The anti-pinch signal output by the anti-pinch sensor is a digital signal obtained by analog-to-digital conversion (ADC).
In the process, the anti-pinch sensor controller 2 CAN periodically send a CAN signal to the instrument panel 4, wherein when the anti-pinch signal is unchanged and is within a first range and the anti-pinch signal continuously changes, the CAN signal is a non-mistaken-pinch reminding signal, if the CAN signal CAN be a low level, and when the instrument panel receives the non-mistaken-pinch reminding signal, the anti-pinch reminding is not carried out; when the anti-pinch signal is unchanged and does not belong to the first range, the CAN signal is a mistaken-pinch reminding signal, if the CAN signal CAN be a high level, when the instrument panel receives the mistaken-pinch reminding signal, anti-pinch reminding is carried out.
In some embodiments, the amplitude range of the anti-pinch signal can be calibrated to obtain a second range when clothes exist within a certain distance range above the anti-pinch sensor. Furthermore, when the anti-pinch signal received by the anti-pinch sensor controller 2 is unchanged and belongs to a second range, the mistaken clothes clamping of the vehicle door is confirmed; when the anti-pinch signal is not changed and does not belong to the second range, the vehicle door is determined not to clamp the clothes by mistake (if the first range and the second range do not intersect, the vehicle door can be further determined not to clamp the clothes by mistake when the anti-pinch signal is not changed and belongs to the first range). In some embodiments, the anti-pinch sensor 3 may be provided in a plurality of sets, such as 6 or 8, disposed in the vehicle rocker panel along the length of the vehicle rocker panel. the vehicle body controller (1) is used for detecting the state of a vehicle door and sending a vehicle door state signal to the anti-pinch sensor controller (2), and the vehicle door state signal indicates the opening and closing state of the vehicle door;
the anti-pinch sensor controller (2) is used for receiving the vehicle door state signal, controlling the anti-pinch sensor (3) to enter a working state when the vehicle door state signal indicates that the vehicle door is closed, and receiving an anti-pinch signal obtained by detecting the vehicle door position by the anti-pinch sensor (3);
the anti-pinch sensor controller (2) is also used for responding to the received anti-pinch signal meeting a reminding condition and sending a mistaken-pinch reminding signal to the instrument panel (4);
and the instrument panel (4) is used for carrying out anti-pinch reminding when receiving the mistaken-pinch reminding signal.
2. The vehicle door anti-pinch reminder system according to claim 1, wherein the instrument panel (4) performs anti-pinch reminder and includes at least one of: popping up reminding characters and making reminding sound.
3. The vehicle door anti-pinch reminder system of claim 1,
the anti-pinch reminding method comprises the steps that when the anti-pinch reminding time of the instrument panel (4) reaches a first time length, the anti-pinch reminding is stopped, and the first time length is a time length threshold value of the anti-pinch reminding time of the instrument panel (4);
