Thus, when the self-bearing composite sound insulation and absorption plate is installed, the embedded structure (33) of one self-bearing composite sound insulation and absorption plate is embedded with the embedded structure (33) of the other self-bearing composite sound insulation and absorption plate, and therefore good fit and sealing among the self-bearing composite sound insulation and absorption plates are guaranteed.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the installation of a plurality of self-supporting composite sound insulation panels (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view showing the installation of a plurality of self-supporting composite sound insulation panels according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of self-supporting composite sound-insulating panels (100) can be assembled together and fixed to a building structure such as a concrete column (200) by means of connecting members (34) provided on the sides of the composite sound-insulating panels, thereby forming a closed structure of a building.
The specific embodiments are given above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. The basic idea of the present invention lies in the above basic scheme, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that no creative effort is needed to design various modified models, formulas and parameters according to the teaching of the present invention. Variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and still fall within the scope of the invention.
Claims (8)
1. A self-bearing composite sound insulation and absorption board is characterized by comprising an outer maintenance structure (10), a sound insulation structure (20), a bearing frame structure (30), a sound absorption unit (40) and an inner maintenance structure (50),
wherein the bearing frame structure (30) comprises a peripheral frame formed by a section bar (31) and a supporting keel (32) fixed in the peripheral frame;
the outer maintenance structure (10) is fixed on one side of the peripheral frame of the load-bearing frame structure (30);
the sound insulation structure (20) is arranged on the inner side of the external maintenance structure (10) and is fixed on the peripheral frame of the bearing frame structure (30) through extrusion of the external maintenance structure (10);
the sound absorption unit (40) is filled in a cavity enclosed by the sound insulation structure (20) and the peripheral frame;
an inboard service structure (50) is secured to the other side of the peripheral frame of the load bearing frame structure (30).
2. The self-supporting composite panel according to claim 1, wherein the outer maintenance structure (10) is a steel plate.
3. The self-supporting composite sound insulating and absorbing panel according to claim 1, wherein the sound insulating structure (20) is a damping reinforced cement fiberboard or a damping sound insulating composite panel.
4. The self-supporting composite sound insulating panel according to claim 1, wherein the sound absorbing unit (40) is made of a material selected from the group consisting of a glass wool panel, a glass cloth faced, a sound absorbing paper and a sound absorbing panel.
5. The self-supporting composite panel according to claim 1, wherein the outer maintenance structure (10) is a metal or plastic panel.
6. The self-supporting composite panel according to claim 1, characterized in that said outer service structure (10) and inner service structure (50) are fixed to said peripheral frame by welding or screwing.
7. The self-supporting composite acoustical panel of claim 1 further comprising an engaging structure (33) disposed on at least one side of the peripheral frame.
8. The self-supporting composite acoustical panel of claim 1 further comprising a connector (34) disposed on at least one side of the peripheral frame.
