Background
When the existing steam using equipment is used in a using process, if the steam using equipment needs to be suspended, the equipment needs to be closed, the equipment stops heating liquid, and steam generation stops, although the steam generation stops, residual steam still emerges from a pipeline, a user is easily scalded, and potential safety hazards exist; when the steam generator needs to be used again, the equipment needs to be started again, the equipment is enabled to heat the liquid again, and then steam is generated for use, so that the time for generating the steam again is long, the use is very inconvenient, and the control of 'stopping and using immediately' of the steam cannot be realized.

when the equipment is started, the steam continuously generated by the first vaporizing chamber flows out to the outside after passing through the second vaporizing chamber; when the use is required to be suspended, the valve is controlled to be started, the first vaporization chamber and the second vaporization chamber are switched from a communication state to an interruption state, and at the moment, continuously generated steam is stored in the first vaporization chamber; when the steam needs to be used again, the valve is controlled to be started again, the first vaporization chamber and the second vaporization chamber are switched to be in a communication state from an interruption state, and the steam stored in the first vaporization chamber passes through the second vaporization chamber again to the outside. As shown in fig. 1-8, an electric iron comprises a housing 5, a handle 6, a valve 3, an air outlet bottom plate 21, an air outlet hole 22, a second vaporizing chamber 23, an air outlet partition plate 24, an air storage shell 11, an air storage cover 12, an air storage partition plate 13, a first vaporizing chamber 14, a filter element 15, a water tank 41, an electromagnetic pump 42 and a water feeding cover 43; at least part of the surface of the ironing surface 211, which is contacted with the clothes, of the air outlet bottom plate 21 is inwards sunken to form an air guide cavity 212, and at least part of the surface of the other surface, which is far away from the ironing surface 211, of the air outlet bottom plate 21 outwards extends to form an air outlet partition plate 24; the gas storage shell 11 of the gas storage part 1 is connected with the gas outlet bottom plate 21, and the second vaporization chamber 23 is formed between the gas outlet bottom plate 21 and the gas storage shell 11; the air outlet hole 22 is formed in the air outlet bottom plate 21 and is used for communicating the second gasification chamber 23 with the outside; the gas storage shell 11 comprises a gas storage bottom plate 111 and a gas storage surrounding plate 112, the gas storage bottom plate 111 is connected with the gas outlet bottom plate 21, in this embodiment, the two are connected by bolts, and in other embodiments, other connection modes can be adopted; the gas storage enclosing plate 112 is formed by extending at least part of the surface of the gas storage base plate 111 away from the gas outlet base plate 21, the gas storage cover 12 is arranged on the gas storage enclosing plate 112, the gas storage enclosing plate and the gas storage cover are detachably connected, in this embodiment, the gas storage enclosing plate and the gas storage cover are connected by bolts, and in other embodiments, other connection modes can be adopted; the first vaporization chamber 14 is formed between the air storage base plate 111, the air storage enclosure plate 112 and the air storage cover 12; the gas storage partition 13 is formed by extending at least part of the surface of the gas storage bottom plate 111 away from the gas outlet bottom plate 21 outwards and is located inside the gas storage enclosing plate 112; the gas storage base plate 111 is provided with a first channel 113 and a second channel 114, the gas storage cover 12 is provided with a first through hole communicated with the first channel 113 and a second through hole communicated with the second channel 114, one opening of the valve 3 is communicated with the first through hole, and the other opening is communicated with the second through hole; the filter member 15 is installed at the junction of the first passage 113 and the first through-hole.
Further, a heating member is installed between the first vaporization chamber and the second vaporization chamber, so that the first vaporization chamber and the second vaporization chamber can be heated at the same time. In this embodiment, the heating element is a heating wire, which is a conventional technique and therefore not described in detail herein.
In the embodiment, the water tank is arranged in the housing and is provided with a water filling port, and in other embodiments, the water tank can be externally connected; the electromagnetic pump 42 is a water pump which can be directly purchased in the market and is used for conveying water in the water tank into the first vaporizing chamber; the water addition cap 43 can be snapped into the water injection opening.
Further, the housing comprises an upper shell 51, a rear shell 52, a lamp panel 53, a lamp shade 54, a circuit board 55, a trigger 56, a wire protecting sleeve 58 and a button 57, and the upper shell is covered on the handle; the lamp panel 53 is installed in the handle; the lampshade covers the lamp panel; the circuit board is arranged in the handle and used for controlling the heating element; the trigger 56 and control circuit board; the button 57 is connected with the trigger; the rear shell is provided with a hole for the wire sheath to pass through; the wire sheath is sleeved outside the power wire 59.
The working principle is as follows:
the equipment is started, the water pump conveys water in the water tank into the first vaporizing chamber, the heating element heats the water to continuously generate steam, the steam enters from one opening of the valve 13 through the first channel 113 and the first through hole, flows out from the other outlet of the valve, enters into the second vaporizing chamber 23 through the second through hole and the second channel 114, and is finally discharged from the air outlet 22 to realize ironing. When the ironing needs to be suspended in midway (such as adjusting the position of the clothes or replacing the clothes needing to be ironed), the valve 13 is started, the valve 13 interrupts the communication between the first channel 113 and the second channel 114, and at the moment, the water vapor in the first vaporizing chamber is still continuously generated and stored in the first vaporizing chamber 14, so that the air pressure in the first vaporizing chamber is increased; when the clothes need to be ironed again, the valve 13 is started again only, the first channel 113 is communicated with the second channel 114 again, the water vapor stored in the first vaporizing chamber 14 can rush out quickly, the water vapor does not need to wait for being formed again, and the clothes ironing machine is convenient and quick.
In some embodiments, the air outlet partition 24 includes a first segment 241, a second segment 242, a third segment 243, a transverse partition 244 and a vertical partition 245; the first section 241, the second section 242 and the third section 243 are all provided with 2 positions and are arranged in bilateral symmetry along the length direction of the air outlet bottom plate 21; the sides of the two first sections 241 far away from the second section 242 are close to each other; one end of the second segment 242 is connected to the first segment 241, and the other end is connected to the third segment 243, at least a part of the second segment 242 is arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped protrudes to one side close to the middle branching line in the width direction of the air outlet bottom plate 21; the transverse partition parts 244 are provided with a plurality of sections and are distributed along the length direction of the air outlet bottom plate 21, and two adjacent transverse partition parts 244 are respectively arranged at two sides of a line dividing in the width direction of the air outlet bottom plate 21; in this embodiment, the transverse partition 244 is provided with three sections, one end of which is connected to the second section 242, and the other two ends of which are connected to the two third sections 243, respectively, so that the air passage inside the air outlet partition 24 meanders; the vertical partition 245 is provided with a plurality of sections, the sections and the transverse partition 244 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the air outlet bottom plate 21, and a gap is reserved between the vertical partition 245 and the transverse partition 244; in this embodiment, the vertical partition 245 is provided with three segments, wherein two segments are formed by extending at least part of the surface of the air outlet bottom plate 21 outwards, and the other end is formed by extending at least part of the surface of the transverse partition 244 outwards; the outlet holes 22 open around the outlet baffle plate 24. Through the specific structure setting of the air outlet partition plate 24, the whole air outlet part is filled with steam, and the temperature is more uniform.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the surface of the air storage bottom plate 111 on the side close to the air outlet bottom plate 21 extends outward to form the air storage protrusion 115, and at least a portion of the surface of the air outlet partition plate 24 on the side away from the air outlet bottom plate 21 is recessed inward to form the recess 246; when the air outlet bottom plate 21 is coupled to the air storage pad 111, the air storage protrusion 115 is just inserted into the concave portion 246.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the surface of the air storage bottom plate 111 near the side of the air outlet bottom plate 21 is recessed inward to form an air storage recess 116; when the air outlet bottom plate 21 is coupled to the air storage pad 111, at least a portion of the vertical partition 245 is disposed in the air storage recess 116. In this embodiment, two vertical partitions 245 are disposed in the air storage recess 116.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the surface of the air storage cover 12 near the air storage base plate 111 protrudes outward to form an upper cover protrusion 121, and at least a portion of the surface of the air storage partition 13 near the air storage cover 12 protrudes inward to form an air storage groove 131, so that when the air storage cover 12 is connected to the air storage case 11, the upper cover protrusion 121 is disposed in the air storage groove 131.
In some embodiments, the ratio of the height of the protruding plane of the air outlet separator 24 (or the depth of the second vaporization chamber 23 or the vertical distance between the air storage bottom plate 111 and the air outlet bottom plate 21) to the height of the protruding air storage bottom plate 111 of the air storage separator 13 is 1: 6-9; preferably 1: 7.5.

the electromagnetic pump is used for conveying water to the first gasification chamber;
when the equipment is started, the steam continuously generated by the first vaporizing chamber flows out to the outside after passing through the second vaporizing chamber; when the use is required to be suspended, the valve is controlled to be started, the first vaporization chamber and the second vaporization chamber are switched from a communication state to an interruption state, and at the moment, continuously generated steam is stored in the first vaporization chamber; when the steam needs to be used again, the valve is controlled to be started again, the first vaporization chamber and the second vaporization chamber are switched to be in a communication state from an interruption state, and the steam stored in the first vaporization chamber passes through the second vaporization chamber again to the outside.

3. The immediate off-demand electric iron as set forth in claim 2 wherein: the second gasification chamber is formed between the air outlet bottom plate and the air storage shell.
4. The immediate off-demand electric iron as set forth in claim 3 wherein: the gas storage bottom plate is provided with a first channel and a second channel which are respectively communicated with the two openings of the valve.

The immediate off-demand electric iron as set forth in claim 3 wherein: the air outlet partition plate comprises a first section body, a second section body, a third section body, a transverse partition part and a vertical partition part, wherein one end of the second section body is connected with the first section body, the third section body is connected with the other end of the second section body, and the transverse partition part and the vertical partition part are arranged on the air outlet bottom plate.
6. The immediate off-demand electric iron as set forth in claim 5 wherein: the transverse partition parts are arranged in a plurality and are distributed along the length direction of the air outlet bottom plate; the vertical partition parts are arranged in a plurality of numbers, and the vertical partition parts and the transverse partition parts are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the air outlet bottom plate.
7. The immediate off-demand electric iron as set forth in claim 3 wherein: the air storage bottom plate is provided with an air storage convex part, and the air outlet clapboard is provided with a concave part matched with the air storage convex part.
8. The immediate off-demand electric iron as set forth in claim 5 wherein: and the gas storage bottom plate is provided with a gas storage concave part matched with the vertical partition part.
