In the first 8 minutes of each aeration period, DO monitoring is not carried out, and the numerical value is read every 1min after continuous aeration for 8 min; DO monitoring was only performed during aeration. The initial value of the aeration start-stop time is set as follows: open 30min, stop 5min, set the upper limit as: open 55min, stop 5min, set the lower limit as: start for 10min, stop for 5 min. The regulation and control method comprises the following steps: if the monitored DO average value is less than 2mg/L, the starting time of an aerator (the aerator refers to a fan of an aeration device) is increased by 5min, and the stopping time is unchanged; if the monitored DO average value is between 2 and 5mg/L, the start-stop time of the aerator is kept unchanged; and if the monitored DO average value is more than 5mg/L, reducing the starting time of the aerator by 5min, and keeping the stopping time unchanged. After the starting time of the aerator is adjusted, continuously running for three periods and then starting DO monitoring; and (3) system alarming: if the DO average value is monitored to be larger than 5mg/L for 5 times continuously, the intelligent regulation and control early warning equipment gives an alarm in a mode of WeChat or short message, and the air quantity of the fan is displayed to be large. If the DO average value is monitored to be less than 2mg/L for 5 times continuously, the intelligent regulation and control early warning equipment gives an alarm in a mode of WeChat or short message, and the insufficient air quantity of the fan is displayed. By means of the DO parameter change intelligent automatic control system operation condition, intelligent control of the modular rural sewage treatment process can be achieved, project operation and maintenance cost is reduced, operation and maintenance efficiency is improved, and long-term stable operation of the project is guaranteed.
The effluent quality after the treatment is as follows: the water temperature is 8-25 ℃, the COD is less than or equal to 50mg/L, and the BOD5≤10mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,NH45mg/L or less of +/-N, 15mg/L or less of TN, 0.5mg/L or less of TP and 6-9 of pH. As can be seen, the systemThe effluent can reach GB18919-2002 first-grade A standard.
