s4: starting an electric push rod (14), driving a rotating disc to rotate through a rack (25), so as to switch grinding wheels (17) with different grinding precision, and then putting a pulley shaft under the grinding wheels (17) for grinding and polishing again;
s5: and detecting whether the surface of the polished pulley shaft is qualified or not.
