The water tank assembly 100 of the multi-functional water dispenser 200 and the multi-functional water dispenser 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the multi-functional water dispenser 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the water tank assembly 100 of the multi-functional water dispenser 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the multifunctional water dispenser 200 may have functions of making hot water, refrigerating water, making bubble water, and the like, and the functions are integrated, so that the user experience is improved, and the playability and the practicability of the multifunctional water dispenser 200 are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the multifunctional water dispenser 200 may include a filtering component 230, so that the multifunctional water dispenser 200 may be directly connected to a water source such as a faucet, and water (e.g., pure water) that can be directly drunk is obtained after being filtered by the filtering component 230, so as to realize a water purifying function, and the multifunctional water dispenser 200 is formed as a water purifying dispenser.
By the multifunctional water dispenser 200 comprising the water tank assembly 100, the water inlet end of the water tank assembly 100 can be communicated with the water outlet end of the filtering assembly 230, and the filtered water can be stored in the water tank assembly 100 for the user to use as required. Therefore, the filter assembly 230 can adopt a reverse osmosis filter element with small flux, thereby being beneficial to realizing the miniaturization of the multifunctional water dispenser 200.
Of course, in other embodiments, the water tank assembly 100 may also be a detachable structure, or the multifunctional water dispenser 200 may be provided with a water replenishing structure, and the water replenishing structure may be connected to a water purifying device outside the multifunctional water dispenser 200 or a water source such as barreled water to replenish water into the water tank assembly 100, so that the multifunctional water dispenser 200 may automatically or manually replenish the tank assembly 100 with direct drinking water.
Referring to fig. 2 to 10, the water tank assembly 100 of the multi-functional water dispenser 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: a water tank body 10, a blocking piece 20 and a floating piece 30.
In the related art, the water dispenser is provided with a water inlet electromagnetic valve for controlling the water replenishing state of a water tank assembly, and when the water inlet electromagnetic valve fails, the water tank is easy to overflow, so that the water leakage of the whole machine is caused.
In the embodiment of the present invention, by the mechanical cooperation structure of the blocking member 20 and the floating member 30, the water inlet channel 102 of the water tank assembly 100 can be blocked when the water tank assembly 100 is replenished with water to reach a predetermined water level, so as to avoid an overflow condition.
Specifically, the tank body 10 has a water storage cavity 101 and a water inlet passage 102, and the water inlet passage 102 is communicated with the water storage cavity 101 to replenish water into the water storage cavity 101 through the water inlet passage 102. The block piece 20 is arranged in the water inlet channel 102 and the block piece 20 is movable between a first position and a second position. Wherein, the blocking member 20 is at the first position to block the water inlet channel 102, so as to stop the water from continuously entering the water storage cavity 101; when the blocking piece 20 is at the second position, the water inlet channel 102 is connected, and water can be supplemented into the water storage cavity 101 through the water inlet channel 102.
The float 30 is mounted in the water storage chamber 101 and the float 30 moves, e.g. lifts or rotates, with the water level, such that the float 30 may drive the closure 20 in the first position when the water level reaches a predetermined level. Here, the predetermined water level may be a height position at which the water stored in the water storage chamber 101 satisfies a demand for water, and the specific position may be flexibly set according to the actual. In some embodiments, the float member 30 may be in contact engagement with the closure member 20 to directly drive movement of the closure member 20.
Specifically, when the water amount in the water storage cavity 101 is small, the matching position of the floating member 30 and the blocking member 20 is at a lower height position, so that the blocking member 20 can be at a second position under the action of self gravity or a restoring member (such as a spring) to keep the conduction of the water inlet channel 102, and at the moment, the multifunctional water dispenser 200 can supplement water into the water storage cavity 101 through the water inlet channel 102; along with the advance of the water replenishing process, the water level gradually rises, the floating piece 30 moves along with the water level and simultaneously drives the blocking piece 20 to gradually move from the second position to the first position, when the matching position of the floating piece 30 and the blocking piece 20 rises to a certain height, the blocking piece 20 moves to the first position to block the water inlet channel 102, and at the moment, the multifunctional water dispenser 200 stops replenishing water into the water storage cavity 101.
The blocking piece 20 and the floating piece 30 form a mechanical water inlet valve structure, are not electrically driven and are not easy to damage, the on-off of the water inlet channel 102 can be effectively controlled according to the water level, and the condition that the overflow of the water tank assembly 100 causes the overflow of the whole machine is avoided.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the multifunctional water dispenser 200 does not need to be provided with a water inlet electromagnetic valve, so as to reduce the number of parts and reduce the cost; or the multifunctional water dispenser 200 can also be provided with a water inlet electromagnetic valve to provide a dual on-off control structure for the water inlet waterway of the water tank assembly 100, so that dual protection is provided, and the effect of avoiding water leakage is better.
According to the water tank assembly 100 of the multifunctional water dispenser 200 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the movable blocking piece 20 and the floating piece 30 driving the blocking piece 20 to move are arranged on the water inlet channel 102, so that the mechanical water inlet valve structure formed by the blocking piece 20 and the floating piece 30 can sensitively and effectively control the on-off of the water inlet channel 102, the water leakage of the water tank assembly 100 is avoided, and the multifunctional water dispenser 200 is protected from water leakage.
Because the water tank assembly 100 of the multifunctional water dispenser 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned beneficial technical effects, according to the multifunctional water dispenser 200 of the embodiment of the present invention, the movable blocking member 20 and the floating member 30 driving the blocking member 20 to move are arranged in the water inlet channel 102 of the water tank assembly 100, so that the mechanical water inlet valve structure formed by the blocking member 20 and the floating member 30 can sensitively and effectively control the on-off of the water inlet channel 102, thereby avoiding the water leakage of the water tank assembly 100 and protecting the multifunctional water dispenser 200 from water leakage.

And the floating piece 30 is rotatably arranged on the water inlet joint 11, and in the process of water level rising and falling, the floating piece 30 rotates relative to the water inlet joint 11, so that the vertical distance between one part of the floating piece 30 and the outlet of the water inlet channel 102 is variable, and the floating piece abuts against the blocking piece 20 and drives the blocking piece 20 to move in the water inlet channel 102, thereby realizing the blocking and the conduction of the water inlet channel 102. The path of the floating member 30 in the rotation process is stable, and the situation that the floating member 30 deviates and cannot be accurately matched with the plugging member 20 is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 8-10, the float member 30 includes a link 31 and a float ball 32. One end of the connecting rod 31 is rotatably connected with the water inlet joint 11, and at least one part of the connecting rod 31 is always positioned below the water inlet channel 102 to abut against the blocking piece 20, so that the floating piece 30 can accurately drive the blocking piece 20 to move and is not easy to deviate and misplace. The floating ball 32 is connected with the other end of the connecting rod 31, and the rotating torque of the driving connecting rod 31 can be increased when the floating ball 32 rises, so that the driving force for driving the blocking piece 20 to block the water inlet channel 102 is improved, the sealing effect of the water inlet channel 102 is ensured, and the anti-overflow effect is ensured.
