Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a self-service terminal display screen control method applied to a self-service terminal and executable by the terminal, as shown in fig. 1, the method including:
step S102: monitoring a target object within a preset range of a self-service terminal when a display screen of the self-service terminal is in an off state;
optionally, the target object may be a person, for example, the preset range of the self-service terminal may be a preset range in the direction of the display screen of the self-service terminal, and since the user of the self-service terminal normally faces the display screen of the self-service terminal, the target object in the preset range in the direction of the display screen of the self-service terminal is monitored, and it can be ensured that the probability that the detected target object is intentionally used by the self-service terminal is higher.
Optionally, the self-service terminal may periodically detect the target object within a preset range at preset time intervals.
Step S104: timing the monitored duration of the target object staying in the preset range to obtain a first timing duration;
optionally, if the self-service terminal detects the target object within the preset range, timing is started to obtain a first timing duration. The preset range of the self-service terminal may be set to a range with the self-service terminal as a center, the radius of the self-service terminal being 1 meter, the radius of the self-service terminal being 0.8 meter, and the like, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Step S106: if the first timing duration exceeds a first preset duration, sending a prompt message;
optionally, if the first timing duration exceeds the first preset duration and the target object still stays within the preset range of the self-service terminal, sending a prompt message, optionally, the prompt message includes but is not limited to a message for asking the user whether the user needs to use the self-service terminal, asking the user whether the user needs to handle a service, or asking the user what the user needs to help.
Step S108: detecting feedback information of the target object to the prompt message;
optionally, the self-service terminal may determine feedback information of the target object on the prompt message by detecting a body language (which may include a gesture or an action), a voice or an expression of the target object, where the feedback information may include positive information or negative information of the target object on the prompt message sent by the self-service terminal.
Step S110: and determining whether to light a display screen of the self-service terminal or not according to the feedback information.
Optionally, if the feedback information includes positive information of the target object to the prompt message sent by the self-service terminal, the display screen of the self-service terminal may be lighted up, and if the feedback information includes negative information of the target object to the prompt message sent by the self-service terminal, the display screen may be kept in a turned-off state.
According to the self-service terminal display screen control method, through monitoring of the target object in the self-service terminal preset range, when the stay time of the target object in the self-service terminal preset range exceeds a first preset time length, a prompt message can be sent out, whether the display screen of the self-service terminal is lightened or not is determined according to the feedback information of the target object to the prompt message, therefore, the display screen of the self-service terminal is lightened under the condition that the target object is intentionally used by the self-service terminal is ensured based on the interaction between the target object and the self-service terminal, the problem that the self-service terminal electric energy is wasted due to the fact that the self-service terminal screen is lightened when people exist around the self-service terminal is avoided, and energy consumption of the self-service terminal can be effectively saved.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the sending out the prompt message may include: and sending out a voice prompt message. Optionally, a preset voice prompt message may be stored in the self-service terminal in advance, a voice output module may be disposed in the self-service terminal, and the preset voice prompt message may be output through the voice output module, so that an inquiry may be sent to the user on the basis that the screen is not lit, so as to inquire whether the user wishes to use the self-service terminal.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, determining whether to illuminate a display screen of the self-service terminal according to the feedback information may include:
step S1102: determining whether the feedback of the target object to the prompt message is positive according to the feedback information; optionally, whether the feedback of the target object to the prompt message is positive or negative can be determined through the meaning expressed by the feedback information of the target object to the prompt message sent by the self-service terminal, for example, after the prompt message is sent, whether the reaction made by the target object is positive or negative can be determined through recognition of expressions, gestures, actions and sent voice made by the target object. Optionally, the self-service terminal may capture expressions, gestures, or actions of the target object through the camera, and may collect voices emitted by the target object through the voice collection module.
Step S1104: and if the feedback of the target object to the prompt message is positive, controlling the display screen to be lightened. And if the feedback of the target object to the prompt message is negative, keeping the display screen in a turned-off state.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, detecting feedback information of the target object to the prompt message may include:
step S1082: detecting a voice message sent by the target object;
optionally, the voice sent by the target object may be detected by a sound collection module in the self-service terminal.
Step S1084: and converting the voice message into characters to obtain the feedback information.
Optionally, the self-service terminal may further be provided with a voice recognition module, which may recognize vocabulary content in the voice message sent by the acquired target object, so as to convert the voice message into characters and obtain feedback information in a character form. And then the feedback information in the text form can be identified so as to determine the response expressed in the feedback information to the prompt message sent by the self-service terminal.
For example, it is possible to recognize whether a sentence composed of characters obtained by conversion is positive or negative by using a neural network model trained in advance based on a sentence sample. Alternatively, it may be determined whether the feedback information indicates positive or negative simply from a word indicating positive or negative included in the feedback information in the text form, for example, if the feedback information in the text form includes: if the words such as yes, right, good, OK, transact business and the like are included in the feedback information in the text form, the feedback information can be determined to be positive, and if the feedback information in the text form includes: words such as NO, not required, etc., may determine that the feedback information is negative.
The feedback of the target object to the prompt message sent by the self-service terminal is acquired by detecting the voice message sent by the target object, preliminary information interaction can be carried out with a potential user in front of the self-service terminal on the basis that the screen is not lightened, the intention of the potential user for handling services by using the self-service terminal is known, whether the display screen of the self-service terminal is lightened or not is determined, the screen of the self-service terminal can be lightened based on the actual requirement of the user, and the energy consumption of the self-service terminal is saved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a self-service terminal display screen control method according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may further include, on the basis of fig. 1:
step S402: after the feedback information of the target object to the prompt message is detected, if the feedback information of the target object to the prompt message is not detected, timing the time of the target object staying in the preset range again to obtain a second timing duration;
under the condition that the feedback information of the target object to the prompt message is not detected, in order to avoid directly making a decision of not lighting the screen because the user does not feed back in time, the user can continue to observe for a period of time, so after the feedback information of the target object to the prompt message is not detected, the time can be counted again, and the reaction of the target object is continuously detected in the re-counted period of time.
Step S404: and if the second timing duration exceeds a second preset duration, controlling the display screen to be lightened.
Optionally, after the re-timing, if it is found that the time that the target object stays within the preset range exceeds the second timing duration, it may be determined that the target object intentionally uses the self-service terminal, and the self-service terminal display screen is controlled to be lit. Optionally, the second timing duration may be longer than the first timing duration, or may also be shorter than the first timing duration, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the disclosure.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a self-service terminal display screen control method according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, the method may further include, on the basis of fig. 1:
step S502: when the display screen is in a lighted state, monitoring the target object in the preset range;
optionally, in order to timely control the display screen of the self-service terminal to be turned off after the user uses the self-service terminal, the target object within the preset range of the self-service terminal may be periodically detected at preset time intervals in a state that the display screen of the self-service terminal is turned on. If the target object can be detected within the preset range of the self-service terminal, it can be determined that a user uses the self-service terminal and the screen of the self-service terminal needs to be kept in a lighted state.
Step S504: if the target object is not monitored in the preset range, starting timing of a third preset time length;
if the target object is not monitored in the preset range, in order to ensure that no user uses the self-service terminal at present, the target object in the preset range of the self-service terminal can be continuously monitored in a third preset time.
Step S506: and if the target object is not detected within the preset range within the third preset time, controlling the display screen to be turned off.
If the target object is detected within the third preset time range, it can be determined that no user uses the self-service terminal at present, and the self-service terminal is controlled to extinguish the display screen.
The display screen of the self-service terminal is in a lighting state, the target object in the preset range of the self-service terminal is monitored in real time, the display screen of the self-service terminal is controlled to be turned off under the condition that the target object is not detected all the time within the third preset time, the display screen of the self-service terminal can be controlled according to the actual used condition of the self-service terminal, and the power consumption of the self-service terminal is saved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a self-service terminal display screen control method according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, monitoring a target object within a preset range of the self-service terminal may include:
step S602: and detecting the target object in the preset range through a thermal sensing module. in step S702, when the display screen of the self-service terminal is in the off state, the thermal sensing module in the self-service terminal detects and collects whether there is heat source information in real time within a certain range (which is an example of the above-mentioned preset range) of the self-service terminal.
In step S704, if the thermal sensing module collects heat source information within a certain range of the self-service terminal, and determines that a person exists within the certain range of the self-service terminal, it is determined whether the staying time of the person is greater than or equal to a first-level staying time threshold (which is an example of the first preset time). And if the stay time of the personnel is more than or equal to the first-stage stay time threshold value, the step S706 is carried out, otherwise, the step S716 is carried out.
In step S706, the prompt module in the self-service terminal asks whether the personnel needs to handle the service.
In step S708, the voice of the person' S answer is converted into text.
In step S710, it is determined whether the person is willing to transact the business based on the converted characters. If the person wishes to transact the business, the process goes to step S714; if the personnel do not wish to transact the business, the process goes to step S716; if the person answers null, the process proceeds to step S712.
In step S712, it is determined whether the person staying time is equal to or greater than the second-stage staying time threshold. If the stay time of the person is greater than or equal to the second-level stay time threshold (which is an example of the second preset duration), the step S714 is performed; if the person staying time is less than the second-stage staying time threshold, the process proceeds to step S716.
In step S714, the display screen of the self-service terminal is turned from the off state to the on state.
In step S716, the self-service terminal display screen remains off.

in step S802, when the self-service terminal display screen is in a bright screen state and the thermal sensing module does not acquire heat source information, the screen-off countdown module starts to count down.
In step S804, it is determined whether the countdown ending thermal sensing module has not collected the heat source information. If the countdown ending thermal sensing module does not acquire the heat source information, the step S806 is performed; if the thermal sensing module collects the heat source information before the countdown is finished, the process proceeds to step S808.
In step S806, the display screen of the self-service terminal is turned from a bright screen state to a blank state.
In step S808, the self-service terminal display screen remains in a bright screen state.
