Abstract
The invention aims to provide an electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly and an automobile, which are used for solving the problem that the opening positions of exhaust holes are inconsistent due to the fact that the electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly is inconsistent with the angle of a horizontal plane due to the difference of suspension systems when different vehicles are lifted, and achieving the purpose of achieving the universality of the electronic parking actuating mechanism assemblies of different vehicles. This electron parking actuating mechanism assembly includes: a caliper body having a cylinder hole disposed therein, a surface of which is provided with an exhaust groove communicating inwardly to the cylinder hole; the section of the exhaust groove communicated with the cylinder hole is in a state that the groove diameter is gradually enlarged from one end far away from the cylinder hole to one end close to the cylinder hole, so that the gas in the caliper body can be exhausted through the exhaust groove within a preset lifting angle range.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of design of automobile brake system parts, and particularly relates to an electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly and an automobile.
Background
With the increasing application proportion of electronic and automatic parts on the whole vehicle, the demand of people for realizing the functions of the whole vehicle by combining the electronic structure with the mechanical structure is gradually increased. An electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly is produced to replace a mechanical hand brake to realize the parking function. In addition, in consideration of development cost, the requirement for the generalization rate of chassis parts is continuously increased in each large host factory, and an electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly of a certain type needs to be shared on multiple vehicle types.
The differences of the models of the electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly are determined, and are related to the positions of exhaust holes of the electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly, besides the cylinder diameter and the specification (clamping force) of the motor. In order to facilitate the exhaust of the vehicle brake system, the exhaust hole of the electronic parking actuator assembly is located right above the cylinder hole (the vehicle is in a lifted state) and is exhausted from the uppermost part.
Based on the above requirements, the electronic parking actuator also needs to be universal on multiple vehicle types, and the exhaust hole positions of the electronic parking actuator need to be considered for realizing compatibility.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly and an automobile, which are used for solving the problem that the opening positions of exhaust holes are inconsistent due to the fact that the electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly is inconsistent with the angle of a horizontal plane due to the difference of suspension systems when different vehicles are lifted, and achieving the purpose of achieving the universality of the electronic parking actuating mechanism assemblies of different vehicles.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides an electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly, which comprises:
a caliper body having a cylinder hole disposed therein, a surface of which is provided with an exhaust groove communicating inwardly to the cylinder hole;
the section of the exhaust groove communicated with the cylinder hole is in a state that the groove diameter is gradually enlarged from one end far away from the cylinder hole to one end close to the cylinder hole, so that the gas in the caliper body can be exhausted through the exhaust groove within a preset lifting angle range.
Preferably, a section of the area where the air vent groove communicates with the cylinder bore is formed by blank-casting sand.
Preferably, an exhaust screw is installed in the exhaust groove.
The invention further provides an automobile comprising the electronic parking actuating mechanism assembly.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the exhaust groove lower part of the exhaust screw is reserved in the casting link with a cavity casting molded surface which is inverted triangle with the cylinder hole under the condition that the structure is simple and the cost is not increased.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the invention, the exhaust angle range which can be adapted to the caliper body 2 is enlarged by adding the inverted triangular cavity 3 at the bottom of the exhaust groove 22 of the caliper body 2.
Referring to fig. 1, the state of the caliper body 2 in the prior art is a state in which the vehicle is lifted, and the caliper body 2 forms an angle a with a horizontal plane. At this time, the exhaust region of the caliper body 2 is uppermost, and the gas can be smoothly exhausted. Namely, the caliper body 2 can only adapt to the vehicle type with the lifting angle of A, and the universality of the caliper body is poor.
Referring to fig. 2, the caliper body in this embodiment is lifted, and the caliper body 2 forms an angle a with the horizontal plane. At this time, the exhaust region of the caliper body 2 is uppermost, and the gas can be smoothly exhausted. When the caliper body 2 is rotated clockwise by the angle B or counterclockwise by the angle C, the exhaust region of the caliper body 2 is still the uppermost, and as shown in fig. 3, the gas in the cylinder hole 21 of the caliper body 2 can be exhausted smoothly through the exhaust groove 22. Namely, the caliper body can adapt to the lifting angles from A-B to A + C, and the range of the lifting angles adapted by the caliper body is large. The caliper body 2 is suitable for a plurality of vehicle types and has good universality.
The inverted triangular cavity 3 in this embodiment is formed by blank casting sand as shown in fig. 4, and is a casting mold surface, not a machined surface, so that the cost is not increased compared with the conventional caliper body 2 without the inverted triangular cavity.
