In one embodiment of the present invention, and as shown with reference to FIG. 12, the lift tunnel 720 of the lift platform 7 is adapted to align with the transport travel tunnel 62 in the horizontal moving platform 4 in a second direction for movement of the vehicle transport platform (AGV 22) from the transport travel tunnel 62 to the lift tunnel 720 and from the lift tunnel 720 to the transport travel tunnel 62.
In the present embodiment, the lifting platform passage 720 of the lifting platform 7 is aligned with the transportation platform traveling passage 62 in the second direction, which facilitates smooth movement of the vehicle transfer platform 2.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the lift table channel 720 and the transport table travel channel 62 may each be a recessed channel having a recessed shape, the top surfaces of both sides of which constitute vehicle support surfaces. Such a structure facilitates the vehicle carrying platform 2 to smoothly carry the vehicle.
In one embodiment of the invention, the car hall comprises a plurality of car halls arranged side by side. For example, as shown in fig. 2a, the car hall includes at least two car halls 3, and the at least two car halls 3 include two car halls arranged side by side on the same side of the garage. Further, the at least two car halls include two car halls that are adjacently arranged side by side on the same side of the garage.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, although not shown, the lobby includes at least two lobbies including two lobbies that are separately disposed on different sides of the garage.
In one embodiment, at least one of the plurality of lobbies serves as a garage entrance and at least another one of the plurality of lobbies serves as a garage exit.
In this embodiment, regard as garage entry and export with different car halls respectively, like this, the user that needs to park uses different car halls with the user that needs to get the car, can not take place the conflict, has further improved the parking, has got car efficiency.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the same carport may serve as both an entrance and exit to a flat garage or garage (e.g., where there are fewer vehicles or less busy vehicles).
For example, as shown in fig. 2a, the car hall 3 includes a car hall entrance (the lower side of the car hall 3 in fig. 2a, that is, the entrance of the garage) and a car hall exit (the upper side of the car hall 3 in fig. 2a), and an external vehicle enters from the car hall entrance and moves from the car hall exit to the parking space of the garage; the plane storehouse 1 comprises a plurality of plane standby parking spaces arranged side by side opposite to the car hall outlet and lifting and transverse moving parking spaces opposite to the car hall outlet. The plane reserve parking space and the lifting and transverse moving parking space can also be independently arranged at the positions corresponding to the car hall exit. The traversing carriage 10 may be a carriage capable of moving in both a vertical direction and a horizontal direction as shown in fig. 2a and 2 b.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the garage further includes a first lifting device 9 and a spare space 8, the spare space 8 is disposed above the corresponding car hall, for example, above the car hall as the garage exit, or may be disposed above other car halls, and the first lifting device 9 is configured to lift a vehicle parked in the car hall as the garage exit to the spare space 8 to leave a passage for other vehicles to pass through.
In this embodiment, reserve space is reserved above the garage exit, if the vehicle has been parked at the exit to having blocked other vehicles and having passed, then can be through the vehicle lifting to reserve space of first elevating gear with the exit, with the reduction condition of blocking up, further improve and park and the efficiency of getting the car.
As described above, the flat garage 1 in the embodiment of the present invention may be a single-layer flat garage, or may be multiple flat garages stacked in the vertical direction, and correspondingly, the parking spaces may be parking spaces arranged side by side in a single layer, or parking spaces capable of lifting and moving horizontally, and the specific type of the parking space is not limited.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the garage further includes a control device, which can monitor the occupancy information of the parking space in the garage and is used to control the operation of the vehicle transportation device 2 to guide or control the movement of the vehicle from the parking space to the predetermined parking space of the garage and from the predetermined parking space of the garage to the parking space.
The control device may be a computer, a server, or other devices, and the specific device type is not limited.
In the above-described embodiments of the present invention, in which the flat garage is a single-deck flat garage and the process of moving the vehicle from the parking lot to the horizontal moving platform 4 is the same as or different from the process of moving the vehicle from the horizontal moving platform 4 to the predetermined parking space using the vehicle transfer station, the control apparatus may include a first control module for controlling movement and positioning of the vehicle transfer station and a second control module for controlling movement and positioning of the horizontal moving station.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the flat garage includes a plurality of flat garages stacked in a vertical direction, and the vehicle transfer platforms used in the three processes of moving the vehicle from the parking lot to the elevating platform 7, moving the vehicle from the elevating platform 7 to the horizontal moving platform 4, and moving the vehicle from the horizontal moving platform 4 to the predetermined parking space may be the same or different. In these embodiments, the control apparatus may include a first control module for controlling movement and positioning of the vehicle transfer station and a second control module for controlling movement and positioning of the horizontal movement station. Alternatively, the control apparatus may include a first control module for controlling movement and positioning of the vehicle transfer table, a second control module for controlling movement and positioning of the horizontal moving table, and a third control module for controlling movement and positioning of the lifting platform.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the control device further includes a first information sending module configured to send instruction information for transporting the vehicle to the predetermined parking space to a corresponding device in the vehicle transportation device, and a first information receiving module configured to receive location information of the corresponding device in the vehicle transportation device.
For example, the control device and the vehicle transportation device may be connected wirelessly, for example, through a wireless network or a bluetooth connection, or may be connected through a cable, and the specific connection manner is not limited.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the control device further includes a second information receiving module and a second information sending module; the second information receiving module is suitable for receiving vehicle taking information or vehicle taking reservation information, and the second information sending module is suitable for sending position information of a vehicle in the garage or vehicle out-of-garage state information.
For example, the control device may communicate with a mobile terminal used by a user, and the user may transmit the pickup information or the reserved pickup information to the control device by operating the mobile terminal. The pick-up information or the reserved pick-up information may include an identifier of the vehicle driven by the user, such as a license plate number, or may include identity information of the user. The control device can acquire the position information of the vehicle in the garage or the vehicle out-of-garage state information of the user according to the vehicle taking information or the reserved vehicle taking information, and feed back the position information of the vehicle in the garage or the vehicle out-of-garage state information to the mobile terminal.
In some of the above embodiments of the present invention, the garage includes a garage entrance and a garage exit, an external vehicle enters from the garage entrance and moves from the garage exit to a parking space of the garage, the flat garage includes a plurality of spare parking spaces arranged side by side opposite to the garage exit, or the flat garage includes a transversely-moving parking space opposite to the garage exit. In these embodiments, the control device may control the corresponding device in the vehicle transportation device to move the corresponding vehicle to the spare parking space or to move up and down the lateral movement parking space based on the vehicle pickup information or the reserved vehicle pickup information received by the second information module.
For example, when a user needs to pick up a car, car picking-up information or car picking-up reservation information can be sent to the control device through the moving end, and after the control device receives the car picking-up information or the car picking-up reservation information, the car of the user can be moved to a standby car position or a lifting and transverse moving car position opposite to the exit of the car hall, so that the user can take the car conveniently.
In the above one embodiment, the garage further includes a first lifting device and a spare space, the spare space is disposed above the corresponding car hall, and the first lifting device is configured to lift a vehicle parked in the car hall to the spare space to leave a passage for other vehicles to enter and exit through the car hall. In this embodiment, the control device controls the first lifting device to lift the vehicle to be picked up to the standby space based on the vehicle picking-up information or the reserved vehicle picking-up information received by the second information module or based on the vehicle to be picked up staying in the car hall as the garage exit for a predetermined time.
For example, the vehicle taking information or the scheduled vehicle taking information may include vehicle taking time, and if the control device receives a plurality of pieces of vehicle taking information or scheduled vehicle taking information, the control device may compare the vehicle taking time in the plurality of pieces of vehicle taking information or scheduled vehicle taking information, and control the first lifting device to lift the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle taking information or the scheduled vehicle taking information with the later vehicle taking time to the spare space, so that the user with the earlier vehicle taking time can take the corresponding vehicle conveniently.
As another example, if the user does not take the vehicle away all the time after sending the vehicle taking information or the reserved vehicle taking information through the mobile terminal, that is, the vehicle to be taken stays in the car hall serving as the garage exit for more than the predetermined time, the control device may control the first lifting device to lift the vehicle that has not been taken away all the time to the spare space, so that the vehicle cannot be blocked from passing, and the parking and vehicle taking efficiency is further improved.
In one embodiment of the invention, the second information transmission module in the control device is adapted to transmit information on the remaining number of parking spaces in the garage.
For example, the control device may display information on the remaining number of parking spaces in the garage on the display screen, so that the manager or the user who needs to park the vehicle can know the parking condition of the vehicle in the garage.
In one embodiment of the invention, the second information sending module is adapted to send the position information or the vehicle taking state information of the vehicle in the garage or the information of the remaining number of parking spaces in the garage to the mobile terminal;
the second information receiving module is suitable for receiving reserved parking information or vehicle taking information or reserved vehicle taking information from the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal may be understood as a device that needs to be used by a user of the vehicle, or an APP (Application) installed in the device, or some wechat applet. In this embodiment, the second information sending module may directly feed back the parking condition of the vehicle in the garage to the user who needs to park the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle conveying platform may be an AGV or other movable equipment capable of conveying vehicles, and the specific type is not limited.
An intelligent garage for facilitating reservation by combining multiple mechanical garages based on AGVs is described below, as shown in fig. 1 to 15, the intelligent garage includes:
the plane moving warehouse 1 is characterized in that the plane moving warehouse 1 is formed by stacking a plurality of layers of upper structures and lower structures, the plane moving warehouse 1 is arranged in parallel and transversely, the plane moving warehouse 1 can be built on the ground or underground, and the plane moving warehouse 1 comprises a plurality of parking spaces for storing and placing vehicles transferred from the lifting platform 7 and storing the vehicles;
the system comprises a vehicle loading AGV2, a vehicle loading AGV2 and a plane moving warehouse 1, wherein the vehicle loading AGV2 is used for transporting vehicles between a vehicle hall and the plane moving warehouse 1 to finish the storage and the taking of the vehicles, the vehicle loading AGV2 enters the vehicle hall to take the vehicles, and the vehicles are moved to the plane moving warehouse 1 through a lifting platform 7 or are moved to a lifting and transverse moving parking space 10 to be processed;
the parking spaces 3 are used for placing access vehicles entering from the entrance and exit, the vehicles are conveyed to the lifting and transverse moving parking spaces 10 through a vehicle loading AGV2 after entering the parking spaces 3, the parking spaces 3 are arranged on one side of the intelligent garage in parallel, the unit area of the parking spaces is larger than the area of the parking spaces of the plane moving garage 1, and one end of each parking space 3 is provided with a lifting platform 7;
the lifting and transverse moving parking spaces 10 are used for quickly or temporarily storing vehicles, the floor height of each lifting and transverse moving parking space 10 is more than 4 meters, the lifting and transverse moving parking spaces 10 are arranged opposite to the parking rooms, and transverse moving vacant positions are arranged in the lifting and transverse moving parking spaces 10 and used for effectively utilizing storage space, quickly responding to the requirements of vehicle access and increasing the number of parking spaces in unit area;
the first lifting device 9 is suitable for lifting the vehicles in the car hall to the spare space 8 above the car hall, and temporary vehicles which cannot be taken on time after the vehicles are reserved are placed, so that the vehicles in the stereo garage can be normally stored and taken.
Referring to fig. 3, the garage system cloud server is in communication connection with the mobile terminal (mobile phone APP or wechat applet) through Internet, and the garage system cloud server is in communication connection with the intelligent garage scheduling terminal through Intranet. The mobile terminal is used for sending the appointed vehicle taking command information of the user to the garage system cloud server. The intelligent garage scheduling terminal receives the information and then configures each module to perform a car taking task, and sends a car taking progress to the mobile terminal through the garage system cloud server to inform a user of timely car taking.
In the present invention, the vehicle AGV is, for example, an AGV car as mentioned in application numbers "2019203702822", "2019102211654", etc.
In embodiments of the present invention, other vehicle transfer stations may be employed.
The module of intelligent garage scheduling terminal configuration can increase and decrease the configuration according to actual demand. In one embodiment of the invention:
the module of intelligent garage scheduling terminal configuration contains AGV module, car parking room module (corresponding to the car room) corresponding with intelligent garage, simple and easy lifting and horizontal moving parking stall module (corresponding to first elevating gear), lifting and horizontal moving parking stall module, planar motion garage module, peripheral equipment module, intelligent garage scheduling terminal is used for the overall arrangement configuration of each above-mentioned module and will get car command information send to garage system cloud ware.
In one embodiment of the invention:
intelligent garage dispatch terminal is used for sending and parks or gets car instruction information give carry car AGV, carry and be in after AGV received the instruction the parking room lift up and remove the vehicle among lift platform removal parking stall, sideslip vacancy and the first elevating gear, intelligent garage dispatch terminal with carry car AGV communication connection.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the mechanical garage type of the intelligent garage can be a tower garage or a roadway stacking garage, and the composition structure of the intelligent garage can be arbitrarily set and adjusted according to actual requirements.
In order to facilitate understanding of the above-described technical aspects of the present invention, the above-described technical aspects of the present invention will be described in detail below in terms of specific usage.
When the intelligent garage is used specifically, the intelligent garage achieving convenient reservation based on the combination of the AGVs and the multiple mechanical garages comprises a plane moving garage 1, vehicle loading AGVs 21 and 22, a vehicle hall 3, a lifting and transverse moving parking space 10, a first lifting device 9 and a lifting platform 7, and is shown in figures 1-3 and figures 5-15:
for the parking step:
first, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, after a user drives a vehicle to be parked into a hall (hall No. 3 in fig. 5, an outer side door of a conductive entrance of the hall is opened before entering the hall No. 3), the outer side door of the entrance of the hall is closed.
Next, as shown in fig. 7-10, the vehicle AGV21 enters the car hall to pick up the vehicle and transport the vehicle to the lifting platform 7.
The vehicle AGV21 is then removed from under the vehicle that has been brought into position on the lift platform as shown in FIG. 11.
Then, as shown in fig. 12-13, after the lift platform is lowered or raised to the flat car garage of the predetermined floor, another car AGV22 moves the car on the lift platform to the horizontal moving platform.
Next, as shown in fig. 14, the horizontal moving platform holds the vehicle to move to the vicinity of the predetermined slot.
Finally, referring to FIG. 15, the additional vehicle AGV22 returns the vehicle to the horizontal travel platform after moving the vehicle from the horizontal travel platform to the predetermined slot, thereby completing the parking of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the plane moving storehouses are stacked in a multi-layer upper and lower structure, are arranged in parallel and transversely, can be built on the ground or underground, and can store vehicles to the lifting and horizontal moving parking places opposite to the parking halls when a large number of vehicles are parked, so that the vehicles can be taken out quickly.
The garage system cloud server is in communication connection with a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal (which can be a mobile phone APP or a WeChat applet) is used for reserving a car taking function, because the number of the car halls is large, the intelligent garage can take the vehicles out of the plane mobile garage in advance according to the needs of users, store the vehicles in the car halls for waiting for the users to directly drive away, solve the defect that the vehicles can be taken only by the traditional mechanical garage after on-site operation, greatly improve the convenience of the garage, facilitate the use of the garage, delay the vehicle taking by the users after the appointment, the intelligent garage dispatching terminal can use a simple lifting mechanism in the car hall to lift the reserved vehicle which is not taken to a parking space above the car hall, or the AGV transports the vehicle to the lifting and transverse moving parking space to empty the parking space for other users, so that the parking space is not occupied for a long time, and the limitation that the vehicle is required to be taken away immediately after the reservation of the user is avoided. In the user reservation flow, the garage system cloud server manages each module of each garage scheduling terminal, and the mobile terminal sends reservation car taking command information to the garage system cloud server, the garage system cloud server forwards the acquired reservation car taking command information to the intelligent garage scheduling terminal, the intelligent garage scheduling terminal configures each module to carry out car taking tasks after receiving the information, and sends the car taking progress to the mobile terminal to inform the user of timely car taking.
In summary, according to the technical scheme of the invention, vehicle loading AGVs are used for carrying vehicles among the vehicle halls, the lifting platform transverse garage and the plane moving garage through the plurality of wide vehicle halls for independent vehicle storage and taking, when a user stores the vehicles, the user drives the wide vehicle halls and stops the vehicles to leave, the user can operate the vehicles to take the vehicles on site, the garage system can stop the vehicles to the appointed vehicle halls in advance after reservation by a mobile phone, the user can drive the vehicles to go, the vehicle halls can be double-layered, the vehicles can be lifted to the upper layer for storage when the vehicles are not taken in time after the reservation, and the vehicles are prevented from occupying the vehicle halls.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the claims and their equivalents.

1. A garage, comprising:
the plane garage comprises a plurality of parking spaces; and
a car hall as a garage entrance and/or a garage exit for vehicles to enter and exit the plane garage,
wherein:
the car hall is communicated with the plane warehouse in the length direction of the car hall, and the vehicles are suitable for entering and exiting the plane warehouse through the car hall along the length direction of the car hall.
2. The garage of claim 1, wherein:
the width of the car hall is larger than 3m, optionally not smaller than 3.5m, further optionally not smaller than 4 m.

the garage further comprises a first lifting device and a spare space, the spare space is arranged above the corresponding car hall, and the first lifting device is used for lifting the vehicles parked in the car hall to the spare space so as to reserve a passage for other vehicles to pass through the car hall.

11. The garage of claim 9, wherein:
the vehicle transfer platform is an AGV.
12. The garage of claim 9, wherein:
the transport table is characterized in that a transport table advancing channel is arranged in the car hall and is a recessed channel lower than the ground of the car hall, and the bottom surface of the recessed channel is flush with the advancing plane of the transport table outside the car hall.
13. The garage of claim 10, wherein:
the vehicle delivery stations comprise a first vehicle delivery station for a vehicle hall and a second vehicle delivery station for a flat garage;
the lift platform lane allowing passage of a first vehicle transfer platform and a second vehicle transfer platform;
a first vehicle transfer station is adapted to move vehicles from the lobby to the lift platform, and a second vehicle transfer station is adapted to move vehicles from the lift platform to the horizontal motion platform and to move vehicles from the horizontal motion platform in a second direction to a predetermined slot adjacent the flat track.
14. The garage of claim 10, wherein:
the vehicle transport table comprises a first vehicle transport table for a lobby and for a flat garage;
the lift platform lane allowing passage of a first vehicle transfer platform;
the first vehicle transfer station is adapted to move a vehicle from a lobby to the lift platform, move a vehicle from the lift platform to the horizontal motion platform, and move a vehicle from the horizontal motion platform in a second direction to a predetermined slot adjacent the flat track.
15. The garage of claim 10, wherein:
the horizontal motion platform has a transport deck travel path, the lift deck path of the lift platform adapted to align with the transport deck travel path of the horizontal motion platform in the second direction to facilitate movement of the vehicle transport platform from the transport deck travel path to the lift deck path and from the lift deck path to the transport deck travel path.
16. The garage of claim 15, wherein:
the lifting platform channel and the transport platform traveling channel are both concave channels with concave shapes, and top surfaces of two sides of each concave channel form a vehicle supporting surface.
17. The garage of claim 9, further comprising:
and the control equipment monitors the occupation information of the parking spaces in the garage and is used for controlling the operation of the vehicle conveying equipment so as to guide or control the vehicle to move from the parking space to the preset parking space of the garage and from the preset parking space of the garage to the parking space.
18. The garage of claim 17, wherein:
the plane library comprises a plurality of plane libraries stacked in a vertical direction;
the vehicle transportation equipment further comprises a horizontal moving platform and a lifting platform which are arranged in the plane library, wherein the horizontal moving platform is suitable for moving to the position near the preset parking space along a preset straight track in a first direction; the parking spaces of the plane storehouses are arranged on one side or two sides of the straight track, the lifting platform is suitable for moving among the plane storehouses in the vertical direction, and the lifting platform is spaced from the car hall in the horizontal direction;
the lift platform is provided with vehicle bearing surfaces and a lift platform channel arranged between the vehicle bearing surfaces and allowing the vehicle transfer platform to pass, and the vehicle transfer platform is suitable for: moving a vehicle from a lobby to the lift platform, moving a vehicle from the lift platform to the horizontal moving platform, moving a vehicle from the horizontal moving platform in a second direction to a predetermined slot adjacent the flat track; moving the vehicle to the horizontal moving platform, and moving the vehicle from the horizontal moving platform to a predetermined parking space near the straight track in a second direction, wherein an included angle is formed between the second direction and the first direction;
the control device comprises a first control module for controlling the movement and positioning of the vehicle transfer station, a second control module for controlling the movement and positioning of the horizontal moving station, and a third control module for controlling the movement and positioning of the lifting platform.
19. The garage of claim 17, wherein:
the control equipment further comprises a first information sending module and a first information receiving module, the first information sending module is used for sending instruction information for conveying the vehicle to the preset parking space to the corresponding device in the vehicle conveying equipment, and the first information receiving module is used for receiving the position information of the corresponding device in the vehicle conveying equipment.
20. The garage of claim 19, wherein:
the control equipment also comprises a second information receiving module and a second information sending module;
the second information receiving module is suitable for receiving vehicle taking information or vehicle taking reservation information, and the second information sending module is suitable for sending position information of a vehicle in the garage or vehicle out-of-garage state information.

and the control equipment controls a corresponding device in the vehicle conveying equipment to move a corresponding vehicle to a standby parking space or a lifting and transverse moving parking space based on the vehicle taking information or the reserved vehicle taking information received by the second information module.
22. The garage of claim 20, wherein:
