Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the adjusting device of the top cover 500 further includes a first limiting seat 600 and a second limiting seat 700, the first limiting seat 600 and the second limiting seat 700 are disposed on an end wall of the open box 400 at an interval, the first rocker member 310 swings between the first limiting seat 600 and the second limiting seat 700, and both the first limiting seat 600 and the second limiting seat 700 are used for limiting and abutting against the first rocker member 310. Specifically, the installation positions of the first limit seat 600 and the second limit seat 700 can be determined according to the moving range of the first blocking cover 510, and the first rocker member 310 can be ensured to swing within a preset range by additionally arranging the first limit seat 600 and the second limit seat 700 on the end wall of the open box 400, so that the situation of transitional swing of the first rocker member 310 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the adjusting device of the top cover 500 further includes a third limiting seat 800 and a fourth limiting seat 900, the third limiting seat 800 and the fourth limiting seat 900 are disposed on the end wall of the open box 400 at an interval, the second rocker member 320 swings between the third limiting seat 800 and the fourth limiting seat 900, and both the third limiting seat 800 and the fourth limiting seat 900 are used for limiting and abutting against the second rocker member 320. Specifically, the mounting positions of the third limiting seat 800 and the fourth limiting seat 900 can be determined according to the moving range of the second stop 520, and the first rocking bar member 310 can be ensured to swing within a preset range by additionally arranging the third limiting seat 800 and the fourth limiting seat 900 on the end wall of the open box 400, so that the second rocking bar member 320 is prevented from swinging excessively.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the adjustment device of the top cover 500 further includes a first movable joint 211 and a second movable joint 221, the first telescopic member 210 is movably connected to the first rocker member 310 through the first movable joint 211, and the second telescopic member 220 is movably connected to the second rocker member 320 through the second movable joint 221. Specifically, the above embodiment can effectively avoid the jamming of the first telescopic member 210 in cooperation with the first rocker member 310, and the jamming of the second telescopic member 220 in cooperation with the second rocker member 320.

Claims (10)

1. A header adjustment apparatus, comprising: the movable seat is used for being installed on the headwall of the open box, the rocker assembly is rotatably installed on the movable seat, the rocker assembly is used for being matched with the top cover in an installing mode, the top cover passes through the rocker assembly and is used for movably covering the opening of the open box, the telescopic end of the telescopic assembly is matched with the rocker assembly in an installing mode, and the telescopic direction of the telescopic assembly is matched with the rotating direction of the rocker assembly.

A railway wagon, which comprises the top cover adjusting device as claimed in claim 1, and further comprises a wagon body, an open box and a top cover, wherein the open box is arranged on the wagon body, the open box is matched with the top cover through the top cover adjusting device, and the top cover can movably cover an opening of the open box.

A railway wagon as claimed in claim 2, wherein the top cover comprises a first cover and a second cover, the telescopic assembly comprises a first telescopic member and a second telescopic member, the rocker assembly comprises a first rocker member and a second rocker member, the movable seat comprises a first rotary seat and a second rotary seat, the first rotary seat and the second rotary seat are mounted on the end wall of the open box at an interval, the first rocker member is rotatably connected with the first rotary seat, the first rocker member is mounted and matched with the first cover, the second rocker member is rotatably connected with the second rotary seat, the second rocker member is mounted and matched with the second cover, the first telescopic member is spaced from the second telescopic member on the end wall of the open box, the first telescopic member is mounted and matched with the first rocker member, and the second telescopic member is mounted and matched with the second rocker member, and the telescopic direction of the first telescopic piece is adapted to the rotating direction of the first rocker piece, and the telescopic direction of the second telescopic piece is adapted to the rotating direction of the second rocker piece.

The railway wagon of claim 3, wherein when the top cover needs to be opened from the open mouth of the open box, the first telescopic member drives the first rocker member to rotate relative to the first rotating seat, and the first rocker member drives the first baffle cover to rotate from above the open mouth of the open box to one side of the open box; and/or the second telescopic piece drives the second rocker piece to rotate relative to the second rotating seat, and the second rocker piece drives the second baffle cover to rotate from the upper part of the opening of the open box to the other side of the open box.

The railway wagon of claim 3, wherein when the top cover needs to cover the opening of the open box, the first telescopic member drives the first rocker member to rotate relative to the first rotating seat, and the first rocker member drives the first blocking cover to rotate from one side of the open box to the upper side of the opening of the open box; and/or the second telescopic piece drives the second rocker piece to rotate relative to the second rotating seat, and the second rocker piece drives the second baffle cover to rotate from one side of the open box to the upper part of the open box.

A railway wagon as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first rocker member comprises a first rocker, a second rocker, a first reinforcing plate and a second reinforcing plate, the first end of the first rocker and the first end of the second rocker are both rotatably connected with the first rotating seat, and the first rocker and the second rocker form a first assembly included angle relative to the first rotating seat, the second end of the first rocker and the second end of the second rocker are both matched with the first baffle cover, the first reinforcing plate is arranged between the first rocker and the second rocker, and the first baffle cover, the first rocker and the second rocker are all fixedly attached to the first reinforcing plate, one sides of the first blocking cover and the first rocker, which are far away from the first reinforcing plate, are fixedly attached to the second reinforcing plate; and
the second rocker piece comprises a third rocker, a fourth rocker, a third reinforcing plate and a fourth reinforcing plate, the first end of the third rocker and the first end of the fourth rocker are rotatably connected with the second rotating seat, a second assembly included angle is formed between the third rocker and the fourth rocker relative to the second rotating seat, the second end of the third rocker and the second end of the fourth rocker are assembled with the second baffle, the third reinforcing plate is arranged between the third rocker and the fourth rocker, the second baffle, the third rocker and the fourth rocker are fixedly attached to the third reinforcing plate, and one side of the second baffle and one side of the third rocker departing from the third reinforcing plate are fixedly attached to the fourth reinforcing plate.

The railway wagon of claim 6, wherein the movable seat comprises a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft, the first rotating seat is further provided with a first supporting piece, the first rotating shaft is in installation fit with the first rotating seat through the first supporting piece, and both the first end of the first rocker and the first end of the second rocker are in rotating fit with the first rotating shaft; and the second rotating seat is also provided with a second supporting piece, the second rotating shaft is in installation fit with the second rotating seat through the second supporting piece, and the first end of the third rocker and the first end of the fourth rocker are in running fit with the second rotating shaft.

A railway wagon as claimed in claim 6, wherein the roof adjusting device further comprises a first limiting seat and a second limiting seat, the first limiting seat and the second limiting seat are arranged on the end wall of the open box at intervals, the first rocker member swings between the first limiting seat and the second limiting seat, and the first limiting seat and the second limiting seat are both used for limiting and abutting against the first rocker member.

A railway wagon as claimed in claim 6, wherein the roof adjusting device further comprises a third limiting seat and a fourth limiting seat, the third limiting seat and the fourth limiting seat are arranged on the end wall of the open box at intervals, the second rocker member swings between the third limiting seat and the fourth limiting seat, and the third limiting seat and the fourth limiting seat are used for limiting and abutting against the second rocker member.
