When the mode that the blocking edge 15 is matched with the water outlet mechanism 30 is adopted, the blocking edge 15 can be arranged along the periphery of the shell 31 of the water outlet mechanism 30, so that the blocking edge 15 is completely sleeved on the outer wall of the water outlet mechanism 30. The water outlet pipe 19 can be used as a primary sealing structure of the water outlet and the water outlet channel, and the blocking edge 15 can be used as a secondary sealing structure of the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank main body 10, so as to improve the sealing performance between the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank main body 10.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the sealing performance between the water outlet pipe 19 and the water outlet mechanism 30, the cold tank assembly further includes a sealing sleeve, where the sealing sleeve includes an inner sealing sleeve 20 and an outer sealing sleeve 21 annularly disposed outside the inner sealing sleeve 20, and the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21 are connected by a gasket layer 22; the water outlet mechanism 30 is convexly provided with a mounting part 38, the mounting part 38 is provided with a connecting hole 39 communicated with the water outlet channel, the inner sealing sleeve 20 is clamped between the water outlet pipe 19 and the inner wall of the connecting hole 39, and the mounting part 38 is embedded between the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21 form an inner and outer double-layer sealing structure, a gap is formed between the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21, and the gasket layer 22 is used for connecting the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21 to each other. The water outlet channel is formed inside the water outlet mechanism 30, and the mounting portion 38 is a protruding structure on the surface of one side of the cold tank main body 10, facing the water outlet mechanism 30, and is used for being matched with the water outlet pipe 19.
When the water outlet mechanism 30 is in butt joint with the cold tank main body 10, the connecting hole 39 on the mounting portion 38 is aligned with the water outlet pipe 19, the water outlet pipe 19 and the inner sealing sleeve 20 are inserted into the connecting hole 39, the inner sealing sleeve 20 is used for sealing the water outlet pipe 19 and the connecting hole 39, the mounting portion 38 is embedded into a gap between the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21, the outer sealing sleeve 21 is sealed from the outside of the mounting portion 38, and meanwhile, the gasket layer 22 can prevent liquid from flowing to the outside of the sealing sleeve, so that the water outlet pipe 19 and the water outlet mechanism 30 are sealed and connected with each other.
Referring to fig. 9, when the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank main body 10 are detachably connected, and the elastic buckle 36 is clamped into the limiting hole 16, the mounting portion 38 is also clamped into a gap between the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21, so as to achieve relative positioning and fixing.
In order to improve the stability of the water outlet mechanism 30, in this embodiment, optionally, an end of the mounting portion 38 away from the water outlet mechanism 30 is abutted against the gasket layer 22. The gasket layer 22 seals the edge of the mounting portion 38 to further enhance the sealing of the outlet pipe 19.
When being provided with elasticity buckle 36, when elasticity buckle 36 with spacing hole 16 mutual adaptation is connected, installation department 38 compresses tightly on gasket layer 22 to prevent installation department 38 receives the elastic force effect of gasket layer 22 and drops.
In order to further improve the sealing performance, in this embodiment, optionally, a flange 23 is provided at one end of the outer sleeve 21 away from the gasket layer 22, and the flange 23 abuts against one side end face of the water outlet mechanism 30 facing the cold tank main body 10. When the water outlet mechanism 30 is connected with the cold tank main body 10, the flanging 23 is pressed in the gap between the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank main body 10, so as to further improve the sealing performance. When the blocking edge 15 is arranged, the flanging 23 is clamped between the blocking edge 15 and the outer surface of the mounting part, so that a sealing effect is further achieved.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water storage chamber includes: a first water chamber 18, wherein the first water chamber 18 is used for storing water at normal temperature; and the second water cavity 17, the first water cavity 18 with the second water cavity 17 is linked together, in order to be used for to the second water cavity 17 moisturizing, the second water cavity 17 is used for storing the cold water that is less than the normal atmospheric temperature, the delivery port with the second water cavity 17 is linked together. The second water cavity 17 is used for storing cold water lower than normal temperature, and the water outlet is only used for outputting the cold water in the second water cavity 17.
The cold tank assembly is only used for outputting cold water to the outside. Since the first water chamber 18 and the second water chamber 17 are communicated with each other, the first water chamber 18 can be used for supplementing water into the second water chamber 17, so that the second water chamber 17 is kept in a preset water pressure state.
Referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the previous embodiment is that the water outlet includes a first water outlet 13 communicated with the first water chamber 18 and a second water outlet 14 communicated with the second water chamber 17, the water outlet includes a first channel 32 communicated with the first water outlet 13 and a second channel 33 communicated with the second water outlet 14, and the water outlet mechanism 30 is provided with a valve 37 for opening or closing the first channel 32 and the second channel 33, respectively. The cold tank body 10 can output normal temperature water and cold water at the same time.
Referring to fig. 5, the water outlet channel of the water outlet mechanism 30 is adapted to the water outlet of the cold tank main body 10, so that the cold tank main body 10 can output normal temperature water through the first water outlet 13 and the first channel 32 of the water outlet mechanism 30, and can also output cold water through the second water outlet 14 and the second channel 33 of the water outlet mechanism 30. The first passage 32 and the second passage 33 are provided with the valve body 37, respectively.
By adopting the water outlet mechanism 30 to be matched with the cold tank main body 10, the cold tank main body 10 can be used for outputting normal temperature water and cold water at the same time. When the water amount in the second water cavity 17 is reduced, the first water cavity 18 can be used for supplementing water, so that the cold tank assembly can have the functions of outputting normal temperature water and cold water at the same time.
Due to the arrangement of the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14, the water outlet pipe 19 can be arranged on the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 at the same time, and the water outlet mechanism 30 is provided with two mounting portions 38 adapted to the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14. After the water outlet pipes 19 on the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 are matched with the two mounting portions 38 on the water outlet mechanism 30, two-point positioning can be performed on the water outlet mechanism 30 to improve the stability of the water outlet mechanism 30 and prevent the water outlet mechanism 30 from falling off. When the sealing sleeves are arranged, the sealing sleeves are respectively arranged on the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 so as to simultaneously seal the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14. The sealing sleeves on the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 can be connected with each other to facilitate cleaning.
The water storage cavity can be provided with two independent cavities which respectively form the first water cavity 18 and the second water cavity 17. A pipeline or a channel is arranged between the first water cavity 18 and the second water cavity 17 to realize communication between the two.
In an embodiment of the invention, the water storage cavity is provided with a water diversion plate 11, the water diversion plate 11 divides the water storage cavity into the first water cavity 18 and the second water cavity 17, and a water replenishing channel for communicating the first water cavity 18 and the second water cavity 17 is formed between the water diversion plate 11 and the inner wall of the cold tank main body 10.
First water cavity 18 is used for depositing normal atmospheric temperature water, second water cavity 17 is used for depositing the cold water that is less than the normal atmospheric temperature, the delivery port includes first delivery port 13 and second delivery port 14, first delivery port 13 is used for the intercommunication first water cavity 18 to outside output normal atmospheric temperature water, second delivery port 14 is used for the intercommunication second water cavity 17, in order to outside output cold water. The water outlet mechanism 30 has a first channel 32 communicated with the first water outlet 13 and a second channel 33 communicated with the second water outlet 14, and the first channel 32 and the second channel 33 are respectively provided with a valve body 37 to realize the opening or closing control of the channels.
The water diversion plate 11 is a sheet structure arranged in the water storage cavity. The water diversion plate 11 can be connected with the smart seat of the cold tank main body 10, so that the water diversion plate 11 and the smart seat can be conveniently and synchronously dismounted. When the interior of the cold tank main body 10 needs to be cleaned, the water diversion plate 11 can be directly detached to facilitate cleaning. A cold water pipe 12 may be disposed on the water diversion plate 11, and the cold water pipe 12 is communicated with the second water outlet 14 to output cold water.
The water supplementing channel can be a gap between the water distribution plate 11 and the inner wall of the water storage cavity, and can also be a pipeline arranged on the water distribution plate 11. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first water chamber 18 is located above the second water chamber 17, and when the amount of water in the second water chamber 17 decreases, the water in the first water chamber 18 can be automatically replenished to the second water chamber 17.
When the cold water pipe 12 is installed, the cold water pipe 12 extends to the bottom of the cold tank main body 10, and the cold water pipe 12 can firstly output cold water in the water storage cavity outwards as the cold water in the water storage cavity can be concentrated to the bottom of the cold tank main body 10.
When the clever seat interconnect of division board 11 and cold jar main part 10, certainly clever seat input water in the first water cavity 18 can make water pressure increase in the first water cavity 18, when water supplyes to second water cavity 17, can extrude cold water to the bottom of second water cavity 17 to make the preferential output of cold water in the second water cavity 17.
The invention provides an embodiment of a water dispenser on the basis of the cold tank assembly.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the water dispenser includes a water dispenser main body 100; and the cold tank assembly according to any one of the embodiments, the cold tank main body 10 of the cold tank assembly is detachably installed in the water dispenser main body 100, and one end of the water outlet channel of the cold tank assembly, which is far away from the cold tank main body 10, protrudes to the outside of the water dispenser main body 100.
The cold tank assembly is detachably connected to the water dispenser main body 100 so that the cold tank assembly can be directly detached from the water dispenser for cleaning. Because the cold tank main body 10 is directly connected with the water outlet mechanism 30, a separate connecting pipeline is not needed, and the water outlet channel of the cold tank assembly is directly used as the water outlet channel of the water dispenser, so that the structure of the water dispenser is simplified, and the water dispenser can be conveniently and thoroughly cleaned.
As shown in fig. 11, the cold tank assembly can be mounted directly into the water dispenser from the top of the water dispenser. The cover plate is arranged on the water dispenser, so that the cold tank assembly is covered in the water dispenser, and the water outlet mechanism 30 can be directly exposed outside the water dispenser to conveniently control the opening and closing of the water outlet channel.
The water dispenser can be provided with a cold water outlet 110 and a normal temperature water outlet 120, the output end of the first channel 32 of the water outlet mechanism 30 can be used as the normal temperature water outlet 120, and the output end of the second channel 33 can be used as the cold water outlet 110.
When the water dispenser is manufactured, a cavity for placing the cold tank main body 10 can be preset on the water dispenser main body 100, the cold tank main body 10 is directly embedded in the cavity, and after the cold tank main body 10 keeps a stable state, the water outlet assembly protrudes out of the water dispenser main body 100. When needs wash, will the whole dismantlement of cold jar subassembly is got off and is washd, need not in advance with the water in the cold jar main part 10 is emptied, conveniently cleans fast. When the water outlet mechanism 30 is detachably connected with the cold tank main body 10, after the cold tank assembly is taken out of the water dispenser main body 100, the water outlet mechanism 30 can be directly detached, so that the water outlet and the water outlet mechanism 30 can be conveniently and independently cleaned, and the sanitary performance of the water dispenser can be improved.
Referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water dispenser further includes: a hot tank 140, wherein the hot tank 140 is arranged in the water dispenser main body 100; and a hot water outlet 130, wherein the hot water outlet 130 is disposed outside the water dispenser main body 100 and is communicated with the hot tank 140. The hot tank 140 and the cold tank assembly are two independent tanks in the water dispenser body 100 to store water at different temperatures.
A structure for heating the water in the hot tank 140 may be provided in the water dispenser main body 100. The hot tank 140 may be heated by using an external pipe, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the hot tank 140 is connected to the cold tank main body 10, and the hot tank 140 is replenished through the cold tank main body 10. Optionally, the hot tank 140 is provided with a connector 141; the water outlet mechanism 30 is provided with a water replenishing pipe 34 communicated with the water outlet channel, when the cold tank assembly is arranged on the water dispenser main body 100, the connector 141 and the water replenishing pipe 34 are mutually sleeved, and the water replenishing pipe 34 is provided with a one-way valve 35 for opening or closing the water replenishing pipe 34.
The connector 141 is a pipeline arranged on the hot tank 140, and the connector 141 and the water replenishing pipe 34 are mutually sleeved, so that water in the water replenishing pipe 34 can enter the hot tank 140 through the connector 141. A connector sealing ring 142 is arranged in the connector 141 to prevent water leakage between the connector 141 and the water replenishing pipe.
When the cold tank main body 10 has the first water chamber 18 and the second water chamber 17, the water replenishing pipe 34 is communicated with the first passage 32 of the water outlet mechanism 30, so that the normal temperature water in the first water chamber 18 is replenished into the hot tank 140, thereby reducing the heating energy consumption of the hot tank 140. The check valve 35 may be an existing check valve 35, and when the water level in the hot tank 140 drops, the check valve 35 is opened, and the normal temperature water in the cold tank body 10 is replenished into the hot tank 140. Because the check valve 35 is arranged on the water replenishing pipe 34, when the cold tank assembly is detached from the water dispenser, the water replenishing pipe 34 of the water outlet mechanism 30 keeps a closed state, and water leakage can be avoided.

Claims (15)

1. A cold-tank assembly for a water dispenser, the cold-tank assembly comprising:
the cooling tank comprises a cooling tank main body, a water storage cavity is formed in the cooling tank main body, and the cooling tank main body is provided with a water outlet communicated with the water storage cavity; and
the water outlet mechanism is connected with the cold tank body, a water outlet channel communicated with the water outlet is formed in the water outlet mechanism, and a valve body used for opening or closing the water outlet channel is arranged on the water outlet mechanism.
2. The cold tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said cold tank body is provided with an outlet pipe communicating with said water outlet, said outlet pipe being inserted in said water outlet passage.
3. The cold tank assembly of claim 2, further comprising a sealing sleeve, wherein the sealing sleeve comprises an inner sealing sleeve and an outer sealing sleeve annularly arranged outside the inner sealing sleeve, and the inner sealing sleeve and the outer sealing sleeve are connected through a gasket layer;
the water outlet mechanism is convexly provided with an installation part, the installation part is provided with a connecting hole communicated with the water outlet channel, the inner sealing sleeve is clamped between the water outlet pipe and the inner wall of the connecting hole, and the installation part is embedded between the inner sealing sleeve and the outer sealing sleeve.
4. A cold-tank assembly according to claim 3, wherein the end of said mounting portion remote from said water outlet means abuts said gasket layer.
5. A cold tank assembly according to claim 3, wherein the end of the outer sealing sleeve away from the gasket layer is provided with a flange, and the flange abuts against the end face of one side of the water outlet mechanism facing the cold tank main body.
6. The cold tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said water storage chamber comprises:
the first water cavity is used for storing normal-temperature water; and
the first water cavity is communicated with the second water cavity to replenish water to the second water cavity; the water outlet comprises a first water outlet communicated with the first water cavity and a second water outlet communicated with the second water cavity, the water outlet channel comprises a first channel communicated with the first water outlet and a second channel communicated with the second water outlet, and the water outlet mechanism is provided with a valve body for opening or closing the first channel and the second channel respectively.
7. The cold tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said water storage chamber comprises:
the first water cavity is used for storing normal-temperature water; and
the first water cavity is communicated with the second water cavity to replenish water to the second water cavity, the second water cavity is used for storing cold water lower than normal temperature, and the water outlet is communicated with the second water cavity.
8. A cold tank assembly according to claim 6 or 7, wherein said water storage cavity is provided with a water diversion plate, said water diversion plate divides said water storage cavity into said first water cavity and said second water cavity, and a water replenishing channel for communicating said first water cavity and said second water cavity is formed between said water diversion plate and the inner wall of said cold tank body.
9. The cold tank assembly of claim 8, wherein said first water chamber is located above said second water chamber.
10. A cold-tank assembly according to any of claims 1 to 9, wherein said water outlet means is removably connected to said cold-tank body.
11. The cold tank assembly of claim 10, wherein said cold tank body is provided with a retaining edge, said retaining edge is arranged around the periphery of said water outlet, and one end of said water outlet mechanism close to said cold tank body is inserted into said retaining edge.
12. The cold tank assembly as claimed in claim 11, wherein one of said retaining rim and said water outlet means is provided with a limiting hole, and the other is provided with an elastic clip, and when one end of said water outlet means close to said cold tank body is inserted into said retaining rim, said elastic clip is clipped in said limiting hole.
13. A water dispenser, characterized in that it comprises:
a water dispenser main body; and
a cold tank assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the cold tank main body of the cold tank assembly is detachably mounted in the water dispenser main body, and one end of the water outlet channel of the cold tank assembly, which is far away from the cold tank main body, protrudes to the outside of the water dispenser main body.
14. The water dispenser of claim 13, further comprising:
the hot tank is arranged in the water dispenser main body; and
and the hot water outlet is arranged outside the water dispenser main body and communicated with the hot tank.
15. The water dispenser of claim 14 wherein the hot tank is provided with a connector;
the water outlet mechanism is provided with a water replenishing pipe communicated with the water outlet channel, the connector is mutually sleeved with the water replenishing pipe when the cold tank assembly is arranged on the water dispenser main body, and the water replenishing pipe is provided with a one-way valve for opening or closing the water replenishing pipe.
