The effluent control method includes the following steps 110 to 150.
Wherein, step 110, reading the label code of the cup label.
It can be understood that the cup label can be installed on the cup, the cup label is a label with a marking function, the cup label can have a marking function on the cup, the cup label carries certain information, the cup label can be an electronic label, and can also be a text label formed by spraying the marking information on a specific medium, a specific recording medium of the cup label is not limited, and the cup label can bear certain information.

The two-dimensional code (2-dimensional bar code) is a graph which is distributed on a plane (in a two-dimensional direction) according to a certain rule by using a certain specific geometric figure, is alternated in black and white and records data symbol information; the concept of '0' and '1' bit stream which forms the internal logic base of the computer is skillfully utilized in code making, a plurality of geometric shapes corresponding to binary systems are used for representing literal numerical information, and the information is automatically read through an image input device or an optoelectronic scanning device so as to realize the automatic processing of the information: it has some commonality of barcode technology: each code system has its specific character set; each character occupies a certain width; has certain checking function and the like. Meanwhile, the method also has the functions of automatically identifying information of different lines and processing the figure rotation change points, and the two-dimensional code label can be a recording medium printed with two-dimensional codes.
A bar code (barcode) is a graphic identifier in which a plurality of black bars and spaces having different widths are arranged according to a certain coding rule to express a set of information. A common barcode is a parallel line pattern consisting of black bars (abbreviated as bars) and white bars (abbreviated as spaces) having very different reflectivity, and a barcode label may be a recording medium on which a barcode is printed.
The cup label can be similar to an RFID label or an NFC label, so that the cup label can be mounted on a cup in an attaching or embedding mode, the cup label can also be a two-dimensional code label or a bar code label, the cup label can be arranged on the outer surface of the cup in a spraying or attaching mode, a protective film can be coated on the outer surface of the cup label, the cup label can be prevented from being polluted, and the protective film plays a role in protection.
Corresponding to the cup label, the drinking equipment can be provided with a read-write device, the read-write device is electrically connected with the controller, the read-write device can identify the corresponding cup label, namely can read the cup label, when the cup label is an RFID label, the read-write device can be an RFID reader-writer, when the cup label is an NFC label, the read-write device can be an NFC reader-writer, and when the cup label is a two-dimensional code label or a bar code label, the read-write device can be a bar code scanner or a camera.
The cup label can record label codes, the label codes can be written in the cup label in advance, the label codes can be set according to a certain rule, the label codes can be used for uniquely distinguishing and marking the cup label, when the cup label is arranged on the cup, the cup can be uniquely distinguished through the label codes, namely, the label codes of different cups can be different.
Here, the controller can read the label code of the cup label through the read-write device.
As shown in fig. 3, in an actual water getting scene, a user holds a cup to move to the drinking device, places the cup below a water outlet of the drinking device, and then a reading and writing device of the drinking device can sense a cup label on the cup, so that a label code of the cup label can be read through the reading and writing device.
And step 120, determining a check code based on the label coding.
It is understood that, here, a corresponding check code may be obtained according to the tag coding, the check code is used to check the tag coding, and the check code may be an error detection code or an error correction code, where the error detection code is a code capable of automatically finding an error, and the error correction code is capable of not only finding an error but also automatically correcting an error.
For example, a check code may be generated by a simple xor operation on data, and an xor operation value after two data bits are simultaneously inverted is unchanged.
The above examples are only examples, and the specific algorithm for generating the check code based on the tag code is not limited herein, and one skilled in the art may select a certain algorithm according to needs.
And step 130, checking the check code based on the target check code to obtain a matching detection result of the water cup and the drinking equipment.
It can be understood that the target check code can be pre-stored in the controller of the drinking water device, or the target check code can be calculated by the controller according to a certain rule, and the check code can be compared with the target check code, so that a matching detection result of the water cup and the drinking water device can be obtained.
The matching detection result of the water cup and the drinking equipment can represent whether the water cup and the drinking equipment are of the same brand, and can also represent whether the water cup and the drinking equipment are of equipment in the same set of drinking water system, if the water cup and the drinking equipment are not matched, the brand of the water cup and the brand of the drinking equipment are not consistent, and the water cup and the drinking equipment are not in the same set of drinking water system which is configured in advance, namely, the rejection condition exists.
If drinking cup and drinking water equipment do not belong to same brand, that is to say drinking cup and drinking water equipment can not be compatible necessarily, and the drinking cup label is not necessarily matchd with the inside readwrite device of drinking water equipment, for example the maximum current that can bear when the drinking cup label of different brands moves may be different, and unmatched drinking cup label can cause the interference to readwrite device, if read write operation is carried out in trade under the unmatched condition, probably causes drinking cup label and readwrite device to break down.
If the check code is consistent with the target check code, the matching detection result of the water cup and the drinking equipment can be considered as effective matching, and if the check code is inconsistent with the target check code, the matching detection result of the water cup and the drinking equipment can be considered as ineffective matching.
And 140, under the condition that the matching detection result is effective matching, obtaining target physical parameters based on the reading operation of the cup label.
It will be appreciated that the target physical parameter may be a physical parameter of the beverage, such as at least one of a water yield, a temperature value and a ph value.
For example, the water outlet control command may output the target physical parameters as: 200 ml, temperature value: at 95 ℃, the pH value is: 7 of purified water.
The target physical parameters may be pre-stored in the cup tag, may also be stored in the controller of the drinking device, and may also be stored in the server, where the specific source of the target physical parameters is not limited, and it only needs to be ensured that when the reading and writing device of the drinking device reads the information of the cup tag, the target physical parameters corresponding to the cup tag can be determined.
The target physical parameter may be a user preferred water intake parameter, in other words, may be a type of beverage that is preferred by a user using the cup.
And 150, generating a water outlet control instruction based on the target physical parameters, wherein the water outlet control instruction is used for controlling the water drinking equipment to discharge water according to the target physical parameters.
It can be understood that, under the condition that the matching detection result is valid matching, for example, under the condition that the brands of the water cup and the drinking water device are consistent, the water outlet control instruction can be generated according to the reading operation of the reading and writing device on the water cup label, that is, the water outlet control instruction can be generated according to the relevant information read by the reading and writing device from the water cup label, the controller can send the water outlet control instruction to the water making device, the water making device is controlled to make water according to the target physical parameter, and the water outlet is controlled to output the drink corresponding to the target physical parameter.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, when a user places a water cup on the water drinking equipment, the user can automatically make water and discharge water according to the requirements of the user, and the user does not need to give complicated selection operation on a control panel or a button of the water drinking equipment, so that the operation complexity of the user can be reduced, the simple, convenient and quick water taking is realized, the water discharge efficiency of the water drinking equipment can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
Meanwhile, the check code is used for checking the label code, whether the cup and the drinking equipment are of the same brand can be judged, so that the rejection effect can be played, namely, only the cup which is of the same brand with the drinking equipment is subjected to subsequent information reading operation, so that the interference of the cup label in the system which is not of the brand with the function of the system can be avoided, the read-write disorder is avoided, the identification fault is avoided, the working stability and reliability of the read-write device can be improved, and the service life of electronic components of the drinking equipment is prolonged.
According to the water outlet control method provided by the invention, water is automatically discharged according to the target physical parameters corresponding to the water cup through the reading operation of the water cup label, the complexity of user operation can be reduced, simple and quick water taking is realized, the intelligent degree is improved, the water outlet efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the water cup is checked by using the check code, the reading and writing operation of the water cup label of unmatched brands is avoided, and the reliability of the water drinking equipment can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the determining 120 of the check code based on the tag encoding includes: and carrying out byte-by-byte XOR operation on the target data bytes coded by the label to obtain the check code.
It will be appreciated that in generating the check code from the tag code, the tag code may be subjected to a parity check calculation byte by byte, and all the target data bytes that make up the tag code may be subjected to an exclusive or operation, also known as a half-add operation, which is equivalent to a binary addition without a carry: if 1 represents true and 0 represents false in binary system, the algorithm of exclusive or is: 0 ≧ 1 ≧ 0 ═ 1, 0 ≦ 1 ≦ 0 (both 0 and 1).
The check code can be obtained by adopting simple XOR operation, and the check speed can be improved.
In some embodiments, the target verification code is generated and stored in the target address based on the tag code read at the time of the initialization operation.
It can be understood that, when the water drinking device is initialized, the target check code may be stored in the controller of the water drinking device, and in the initialization process, the target check code is also generated according to the read tag code, that is, the target data byte of the tag code may be recursively traversed, and the target data byte is subjected to the exclusive or operation to obtain the target check code.
After obtaining the target check code, the controller may store the target check code in a storage device electrically connected to the controller, and the controller may record a target address where the target check code is stored.
In some embodiments, the generating of the water outlet control instruction in step 140 based on the reading operation of the cup label includes: reading target physical parameters stored in a cup tag; and generating a water outlet control instruction based on the target physical parameters.
It is understood that the target physical parameter may be stored in advance in the cup tag, that is, the cup tag may store the target physical parameter in addition to the tag code.
The target physical parameters in the cup label can be recorded when the cup is delivered from a factory, and can also be written in according to the use habits or preferences of users in the actual use process.
For example, when the drinking cup label is electronic tags, just can be by write in data, the user can be close to drinking water equipment with the drinking cup, and drinking water equipment's readwrite device can indicate the user to write in the operation to the drinking cup label after discerning the drinking cup label, and the user can set up target physical parameter on drinking water equipment's control panel this moment, can be for example for the water yield is: 100 ml, temperature value: 85 ℃, pH value: 7.4, the controller can control the reading and writing device to write the target physical parameters into the cup label.
In other words, the target physical parameters for controlling the water outlet type are stored in the cup tag, and after the reading and writing device reads the target physical parameters stored in the cup tag, the controller generates the water outlet control instruction according to the target physical parameters.
The scheme of this embodiment of adoption, compare in looking for target physical parameter through the networking, it is more convenient to acquisition of target physical parameter, can use under the off-line scene, compare in the storage of drinking water equipment in the target physical parameter that corresponds with the label code, can not occupy drinking water equipment's storage device's memory, and recognition rate is faster, meanwhile, same drinking cup can both be discerned to drinking water equipment in addition of same brand, and effective water, can further promote the convenience and the intelligent degree of water intaking like this, user's experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the generating of the water outlet control instruction in step 140 based on the reading operation of the cup label includes the following steps:
and sending the label code obtained by reading the label of the water cup to the server side so that the server side can find the corresponding target physical parameter based on the label code.
It can be understood that after the controller obtains the tag code, the controller may send the tag code to a server end in communication connection with the drinking water equipment, where a corresponding relationship between the tag code and the target physical parameter is stored in the server end, and after the server end receives the tag code, the server end may find the corresponding target physical parameter according to the stored corresponding relationship between the tag code and the target physical parameter, and feed back the target physical parameter to the controller of the drinking water equipment.
A target physical parameter is received.
It can be understood that the controller of the drinking water equipment can receive the target physical parameters through the communication device, it is worth mentioning that the server end can be arranged at a position far away from the drinking water equipment and can be located at the cloud end, and one server end can establish communication connection with a large number of drinking water equipment to realize high-concurrency multi-thread communication control.
And generating a water outlet control instruction based on the target physical parameters.
It is understood that the controller of the water dispenser device may generate the water outlet control command according to the target physical parameter, and the specific generation method is already described in the above embodiments and will not be described herein again.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the target physical parameters are stored in the server, the data security can be ensured, the data loss of the local end is avoided, meanwhile, the big data can be conveniently utilized to analyze the drinking habits of the user, the method can be applied to more intelligent scenes, for example, the user can establish communication with the server through the mobile terminal, the user can input and modify the target physical parameters on the mobile terminal, and thus, the experience of the user on the intelligent home can be greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, after the water outlet control instruction is generated based on the reading operation of the cup tag, the water outlet control method further includes: collecting water outlet monitoring data of the drinking equipment; and sending the effluent monitoring data to a server side.
It can be understood that, drinking water equipment can also have the sensor, the sensor can be connected with the controller electricity, the sensor can monitor drinking water equipment's play water monitoring data, for example actual water yield, actual leaving water temperature or actual rate of water, the controller can send this play water monitoring data for the server side after obtaining this play water monitoring data, the server side can utilize big data to go out water monitoring data and carry out the analysis, can obtain user's drinking water habit, can use in more intelligent scenes, for example can modify target physical parameter, in order to be adapted to user's habit.
