According to the ingredient weighing control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, by executing the ingredient weighing control method of the method embodiment, all requirements of pharmaceutical ingredient processes on weighing are met, the automation degree is obviously improved, the accuracy, controllability and normalization of ingredient weighing are improved, personnel errors can be effectively prevented, the requirements of regulations are met, and the function of data audit and tracking is also provided.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions, which are executed by one or more control processors, and can make the one or more control processors execute the ingredient weighing control method in the above method embodiment, for example: the above-described method steps S110 to S130 in fig. 1, method steps S210 to S230 in fig. 2, method step S310 in fig. 3, method step S410 in fig. 4, method step S510 in fig. 5, method steps S610 to S620 in fig. 6 are performed.

In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.

Claims (10)

1. A control method for ingredient weighing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that an operating terminal receives a target production task instruction list sent by a server, wherein the target production task instruction list comprises preset weight requirements corresponding to a plurality of target ingredients;
the operation terminal acquires a weight value of the target ingredient measured by the electronic scale, and acquires the weight value of the target ingredient to obtain a target weight value if the weight value meets the preset weight requirement;
and the operation terminal sends the target weight value to the server, and the server matches the target ingredients in the target production task instruction list according to the target weight value to obtain an ingredient weighing data report.
2. The ingredient weighing control method according to claim 1, before the operation terminal receives the target production task order sent by the server, further comprising:
the server receives and creates an initial production task order sheet and a product name according to the creation instruction;
acquiring ingredient information matched with the product name from a preset database according to the product name;
and obtaining a target production task order sheet according to the initial production task order sheet, the product name and the batching information.

The ingredient weighing control method according to claim 1, wherein the preset weight requirement includes: presetting a weight threshold value and a preset error range, if the weight value accords with the preset weight requirement, then collecting the weight value of the target ingredient to obtain a target weight value, including:
and if the difference value between the weight value and the preset weight threshold value is within the preset error range, acquiring the weight value of the target ingredient to obtain a target weight value.
4. The ingredient weighing control method according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising:
and if the difference value between the weight value and the preset weight threshold value is not within the preset error range, outputting alarm information.

The ingredient weighing control method according to claim 2, wherein the ingredient information includes: the method comprises the following steps of obtaining a target production task order sheet according to the initial production task order sheet, the product name and the batching information, wherein the target production task order sheet comprises the following steps:

8. The ingredient weighing control method according to claim 1, wherein before the operation terminal receives the target production task order sent by the server, the method further comprises:
the operating terminal receives fingerprint information to be verified, which is sent by the fingerprint identification device;
and if the preset database stores preset fingerprint information which is the same as the fingerprint information to be verified, the operating terminal generates a starting instruction, and the starting instruction is used for indicating the operating terminal to receive a target production task instruction list sent by a server.
9. A batch weighing control system, comprising: an operation terminal, a server and an electronic scale;
the operation terminal is used for receiving a target production task instruction list sent by the server, and the target production task instruction list comprises preset weight requirements corresponding to a plurality of target ingredients; the weighing system is used for acquiring a weight value of the target ingredient sent by the electronic scale, and acquiring the weight value of the target ingredient to obtain a target weight value if the weight value meets the preset weight requirement; for sending the target weight value to the server;
the electronic scale is used for sending the weight value of the target ingredient to the operation terminal;
and the server is used for receiving the target weight value sent by the operation terminal and matching the target weight value with the target ingredients in the target production task instruction list to obtain an ingredient weighing data report.
10. An ingredient weighing control apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor, and,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the ingredient weighing control method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
