As shown in fig. 4, the quality control apparatus 200 for product packaging may include: an actual product information obtaining module 210, a standard configuration information obtaining module 220, and a packaging quality result obtaining module 230;
the actual product information obtaining module 210 is configured to, in a process of quality control on product packages, obtain actual product information obtained by identifying product identifiers of products to be packaged and querying the product identifiers through a manufacturing execution system;
a standard configuration information obtaining module 220, configured to obtain, from a warehousing management system, customer order information corresponding to the product to be packaged according to the product serial number of the product to be packaged; wherein the customer order information comprises standard configuration information;
a packaging quality result obtaining module 230, configured to compare the actual product information with the standard configuration information, and obtain a packaging quality result of the product to be packaged according to the comparison result.
The application provides a quality management and control device of product packaging, data interaction between through making actuating system and warehouse management system, the actual product information that will make actuating system in-process production such as product production, equipment, test and check-up compares with the standard configuration information in the customer order information among the warehouse management system, if actual product information is unanimous with standard configuration information, then confirm the packing quality and the check of waiting to pack the product, otherwise, confirm that the packing quality is unqualified, the emergence of missing wrong piece etc. appears when avoiding artifical management and control, the quality management and control efficiency of product packaging has been improved simultaneously.
In one embodiment, the actual product information obtaining module 210 includes: the system comprises a standard picture acquisition unit, a product identification recognition unit and an actual product information obtaining unit;
the standard picture acquisition unit is used for acquiring a label picture obtained by photographing a product label of the product to be packaged through image acquisition equipment; the product identification recognition unit is used for recognizing character information in the label picture based on a visual recognition mode to obtain a product identification of the product to be packaged; and the actual product information obtaining unit is used for inquiring actual product information of the product to be packaged from a preset database through a manufacturing execution system according to the product identification.
In one embodiment, the packaging quality result obtaining module 230 is specifically configured to compare the actual product information with the standard configuration information, and if the actual product information is consistent with the standard configuration information, determine the packaging quality and the qualification of the product to be packaged; otherwise, determining that the packaging quality of the product to be packaged is not qualified.
In one embodiment, the quality control method for product packaging further includes: a standard configuration information acquisition module; the standard configuration information acquisition module comprises an accessory serial number determination unit and a standard configuration information acquisition unit;
the accessory serial number determining unit is used for judging that the product to be packaged has a corresponding accessory serial number according to the product serial number; and the standard configuration information acquisition unit is used for acquiring standard accessory configuration information corresponding to the accessory serial number if the accessory serial number corresponding to the product to be packaged is determined to exist.
In one embodiment, the quality control apparatus 200 for product packaging further includes: and the standard accessory configuration information sending module is used for sending the standard accessory configuration information to the warehousing management system so as to display the standard accessory configuration information corresponding to the accessory serial number to a user through a display interface of the warehousing management system and prompt the user to check and verify the assembled accessory corresponding to the accessory serial number.
In one embodiment, the package quality result obtaining module 230 includes: the accessory configuration checking unit comprises an actual accessory configuration information acquisition subunit and an accessory packaging quality determination subunit;
an actual attachment configuration information acquiring subunit, configured to acquire actual attachment configuration information of the assembly attachment; the accessory packaging quality determining subunit is used for determining the accessory packaging quality and the qualification of the product to be packaged if the actual accessory configuration information is matched with the standard accessory configuration information; otherwise, determining that the accessory packaging quality of the product to be packaged is not up to the standard.
In one embodiment, the actual product information includes actual installation test data, and the quality control apparatus 200 for product packaging further includes: the test packaging quality determining module is used for determining the test packaging quality and the qualification of the product to be packaged if the passing number of the safety test power supplies of the product to be packaged is determined to be equal to the preset number of power supplies according to the actual safety test data; otherwise, determining that the tested packaging quality of the product to be packaged is not qualified.
The quality control device for product packaging of this embodiment can execute the packaging quality control method for products shown in the foregoing embodiments of this application, and the implementation principles thereof are similar and will not be described herein again.
The modules in the quality control device for product packaging can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of quality control of product packaging.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
in the process of quality control of product packaging, acquiring actual product information obtained by identifying and inquiring product identification of a product to be packaged through a manufacturing execution system;
acquiring customer order information corresponding to the product to be packaged from a warehousing management system according to the product serial number of the product to be packaged; wherein the customer order information comprises standard configuration information;
and comparing the actual product information with the standard configuration information, and obtaining a packaging quality result of the product to be packaged according to a comparison result.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring a label picture obtained by photographing a product label of the product to be packaged through image acquisition equipment; recognizing character information in the label picture based on a visual recognition mode to obtain a product identification of the product to be packaged; and inquiring actual product information of the product to be packaged from a preset database through a manufacturing execution system according to the product identification.

judging that the product to be packaged has a corresponding accessory serial number according to the product serial number; and if the product to be packaged has the corresponding accessory serial number, acquiring standard accessory configuration information corresponding to the accessory serial number.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and sending the standard accessory configuration information to the warehousing management system so as to display the standard accessory configuration information corresponding to the accessory serial number to a user through a display interface of the warehousing management system, and prompting the user to check and verify the assembled accessory corresponding to the accessory serial number.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring actual accessory configuration information of the assembled accessory; if the actual accessory configuration information is matched with the standard accessory configuration information, determining the accessory packaging quality and qualification of the product to be packaged; otherwise, determining that the accessory packaging quality of the product to be packaged is not up to the standard.
In one embodiment, the actual product information includes actual installation test data, and the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
in the process of quality control of product packaging, acquiring actual product information obtained by identifying and inquiring product identification of a product to be packaged through a manufacturing execution system;
acquiring customer order information corresponding to the product to be packaged from a warehousing management system according to the product serial number of the product to be packaged; wherein the customer order information comprises standard configuration information;
and comparing the actual product information with the standard configuration information, and obtaining a packaging quality result of the product to be packaged according to a comparison result.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
and sending the standard accessory configuration information to the warehousing management system so as to display the standard accessory configuration information corresponding to the accessory serial number to a user through a display interface of the warehousing management system, and prompting the user to check and verify the assembled accessory corresponding to the accessory serial number.

Claims (10)

1. A method of quality management of product packaging, the method comprising:
in the process of quality control of product packaging, acquiring actual product information obtained by identifying and inquiring product identification of a product to be packaged through a manufacturing execution system;
acquiring customer order information corresponding to the product to be packaged from a warehousing management system according to the product serial number of the product to be packaged; wherein the customer order information comprises standard configuration information;
and comparing the actual product information with the standard configuration information, and obtaining a packaging quality result of the product to be packaged according to a comparison result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining actual product information queried by the manufacturing execution system to identify the product identifier of the product to be packaged comprises:
acquiring a label picture obtained by photographing a product label of the product to be packaged through image acquisition equipment;
recognizing character information in the label picture based on a visual recognition mode to obtain a product identification of the product to be packaged;
and inquiring actual product information of the product to be packaged from a preset database through a manufacturing execution system according to the product identification.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein comparing the actual product information with the standard configuration information and obtaining a packaging quality result of the product to be packaged according to the comparison result comprises:
comparing the actual product information with the standard configuration information, and if the actual product information is consistent with the standard configuration information, determining the packaging quality and the qualification of the product to be packaged; otherwise, determining that the packaging quality of the product to be packaged is not qualified.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, further comprising: judging that the product to be packaged has a corresponding accessory serial number according to the product serial number;
and if the product to be packaged has the corresponding accessory serial number, acquiring standard accessory configuration information corresponding to the accessory serial number.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and sending the standard accessory configuration information to the warehousing management system so as to display the standard accessory configuration information corresponding to the accessory serial number to a user through a display interface of the warehousing management system, and prompting the user to check and verify the assembled accessory corresponding to the accessory serial number.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein comparing the actual product information with the standard configuration information and obtaining a packaging quality result of the product to be packaged according to the comparison result comprises:
acquiring actual accessory configuration information of the assembled accessory;
if the actual accessory configuration information is matched with the standard accessory configuration information, determining the accessory packaging quality and qualification of the product to be packaged; otherwise, determining that the accessory packaging quality of the product to be packaged is not up to the standard.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the actual product information includes actual installation test data, the method further comprising:
if the passing number of the safety test power supplies of the product to be packaged is equal to the number of the preset power supplies according to the actual safety test data, determining the test packaging quality and qualification of the product to be packaged; otherwise, determining that the tested packaging quality of the product to be packaged is not qualified.
8. A quality control apparatus for product packaging, the apparatus comprising:
the actual product information acquisition module is used for acquiring actual product information obtained by identifying and inquiring product identification of a product to be packaged through the manufacturing execution system in the process of quality control of product packaging;
the standard configuration information acquisition module is used for acquiring customer order information corresponding to the product to be packaged from a warehousing management system according to the product serial number of the product to be packaged; wherein the customer order information comprises standard configuration information;
and the packaging quality result obtaining module is used for comparing the actual product information with the standard configuration information and obtaining the packaging quality result of the product to be packaged according to the comparison result.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
