Description

Air conditioning system for cardiac surgery operating room and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioning system for a cardiac surgery operating room and a control method thereof.
Background
Currently, cardiovascular diseases have become the first major chronic disease with high mortality, high disability rate and high medical costs, including coronary heart disease, hypertension, heart failure, etc. The treatment of cardiovascular diseases today includes coronary intervention stents and surgical bypass surgery, and there is an increasing need for operating rooms capable of performing cardiac surgery.
According to the actual medical requirements, extracorporeal circulation is needed to be established for a patient during the cardiac surgery, so that the extracorporeal circulation pump is used for temporarily replacing the cardiac function during the operation. In the process of establishing extracorporeal circulation for a patient, the patient needs to be subjected to low-temperature anesthesia, and meanwhile, the operating room needs to be cooled as soon as possible, so that the indoor temperature is 16 ℃ and the humidity is 60%, and the basic metabolism and the tissue damage of the patient are reduced as far as possible. After the extracorporeal circulation is cancelled, the operating room needs to be heated rapidly, the indoor temperature is 22-26 ℃, the humidity is 55%, and the normal body temperature of the human body is recovered rapidly. After the operation, the room temperature was raised to 29 ℃ and maintained at 29 ℃ when the chest was sutured. The temperature of the wound is recovered to 22-25 ℃ after the wound is sutured. It can be seen that the air conditioning system for the cardiac surgery operating room not only needs to rapidly cool and heat, but also needs to be operated stably and reliably throughout the year.
In the prior art, air conditioning systems used in cardiac surgery operating rooms include water systems, direct expansion air conditioning systems and water systems plus a hot section air conditioning system. However, the applicant has found that the above three systems respectively have the following disadvantages: (1) the air outlet temperature at the tail end of the air conditioner of the water system is high, the indoor temperature is cooled to 16 ℃, the required time is long, and the requirement of rapid cooling cannot be met; on the other hand, the water system can not be opened in a low-temperature environment, and the accuracy of the temperature and the humidity in the operating room can not be ensured. (2) The air outlet temperature of the direct expansion air conditioning system can reach 13-14 ℃ at least, the rapid cooling function can be realized, but the direct expansion air conditioning external unit is an air cooling external unit and only has one air cooling external unit, when the direct expansion air conditioning external unit operates in a heating mode in winter, fins of the external unit can freeze, the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner is reduced, and when the freezing rate reaches a safety value set by the machine, the unit needs to operate in a defrosting mode. When the unit operates in the defrosting mode, the heating mode is stopped, the air conditioning system compresses a refrigerant by using the compressor, so that the refrigerant is changed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas for defrosting, and the heating mode can be continuously operated after defrosting is finished. However, during the operation, the air conditioning system needs to be kept in an operating state all the time, so that the direct expansion air conditioning system has the problem of defrosting and stopping due to the outdoor unit in winter, the stability of the temperature and humidity in the operating room is affected, and the requirement of the air conditioning in the cardiac surgery operating room cannot be met. (3) Besides the fact that the air conditioning system of the reheating section of the water system cannot rapidly increase and decrease the temperature, the reheating section used by the air conditioning system generally adopts electric heating, and the air conditioning system also has the defects of high cost and narrow adjusting range.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide an air conditioning system for a cardiac surgical operating room and a control method thereof.

Preferably, when the air conditioning system is in a normal temperature condition, one of the first cold and heat source 101 and the second cold and heat source 102 is in a cooling state, and the other one is in a closed state; meanwhile, one of the first direct expansion coil 201 and the second direct expansion coil 202, which is connected with a cold and heat source in a refrigeration state, is in a refrigeration and dehumidification state, and the other one is in a closed state; and the air cooled and dehumidified by the first direct expansion coil 201 or the second direct expansion coil 202 is heated by the reheating section 203 to reach the preset temperature and the preset humidity. Specifically, under the normal temperature condition, for example, the temperature required by the indoor 30 is 22-26 ℃, the relative humidity is 55%, and under the temperature and humidity condition, after the extracorporeal circulation is cancelled, the normal body temperature of the human body can be quickly recovered. When the air conditioning system operates at a normal temperature, the first cold and heat source 101 is in a refrigeration state, the second cold and heat source 102 is in a closed state, meanwhile, the first direct expansion coil 201 is in a refrigeration dehumidification state, the second direct expansion coil 202 is in a closed state, and after air mixed with air is subjected to refrigeration and dehumidification by the first direct expansion coil 201, the air temperature can be reduced to 14 ℃, and the relative humidity reaches 95%; after being heated by the reheating section 203, the air temperature can be treated to 20-22 ℃ and the relative humidity reaches 55%, and then air is supplied, so that the indoor temperature is rapidly increased to 22 ℃ and the relative humidity reaches 55%. Due to the difference of meteorological parameters in each region, when the first direct expansion coil 201 and the second direct expansion coil 202 are used for cooling and dehumidifying, the humidity of the air is preferentially controlled.
Preferably, when the air conditioning system is in a high-temperature working condition, the first cold and heat source 101 is in a cooling state, and the second cold and heat source 102 is in a heating state; the first direct expansion coil 201 is in a refrigeration and dehumidification state, and the second direct expansion coil 202 is in a heating state; and the air which is cooled and dehumidified by the first direct expansion coil 201 and heated by the second direct expansion coil 202 is heated by the reheating section 203 to reach the preset temperature. Specifically, the high temperature condition is, for example, 29 ℃ required in the chamber 30, and the chest is sutured under the temperature condition. When the air conditioning system operates in a high-temperature working condition, the first cold and heat source 101 is in a refrigerating state, the second cold and heat source 102 is in a heating state, the first direct expansion coil 201 is in a refrigerating and dehumidifying state, the second direct expansion coil 202 is in a heating state, air after air mixing is firstly refrigerated and dehumidified by the first direct expansion coil 201, the air temperature can be reduced to 14 ℃, and the relative humidity reaches 95%; after being heated by the second direct expansion coil 202, the temperature of the air can be raised to 28 ℃; and then the temperature is accurately adjusted through the reheating section 203, so that the air supply temperature is 28-29 ℃, and air is supplied, and the indoor temperature is rapidly increased to 29 ℃. When the air conditioning system is in a high-temperature working condition, the humidity of the indoor 30 is not required, and the temperature of the air conditioning system is controlled preferentially.
After sewing, the air conditioning system operates at normal temperature, and the operation state is as described above.
According to a preferred embodiment, when the air conditioning system operates in the heating mode, the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 are controlled to be alternately in the heating state by using a linkage control manner, and one of the first direct expansion coil 201 and the second direct expansion coil 202 connected to the cold heat source in the heating state is controlled to be in the heating state, so that the air heated by the first direct expansion coil 201 or the second direct expansion coil 202 is heated and humidified by the reheating section 203 and the humidifying section 204 to reach the preset temperature and the preset humidity. When the air conditioning system operates in the heating mode, the heating capacity is much smaller than the cooling capacity, but because the temperature adjusting range of the reheating section 203 is limited, only the reheating section 203 is used for heating, which is not beneficial to quickly controlling the temperature of the indoor 30, and therefore an additional heat source is needed. When the air conditioning system operates in the heating mode, in the preferred technical scheme of this embodiment, one of the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 is controlled to be in the heating state, and the actions of the reheating section 203 and the humidifying section 204 are added, so that the temperature and humidity required by the low-temperature working condition, the normal-temperature working condition and the high-temperature working condition can be realized. In addition, in the preferred technical scheme of this embodiment, a linkage control mode is adopted to control the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 to be alternately in a heating state, so that the air conditioner can operate in a heating mode for 24 hours and maintain the temperature and humidity required by the operating room.
Preferably, the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 are alternately operated every 3 to 5 hours. More preferably, the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 are alternately operated every 4 hours. Without being limited thereto, the time for which the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 are alternately operated may be set based on actual circumstances.
Preferably, when the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 are in the exchange operation state, one of the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 is decreased in frequency, and the other one is increased in frequency, so as to maintain the preset temperature in the room. In the preferred embodiment, when the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 are switched to operate, the frequency of the cold heat source in the heating state is decreased, the frequency of the cold heat source in the off state is increased, and one cold heat source is decreased and one cold heat source is increased, so that the temperature and humidity stability of the indoor 30 can be maintained, and the temperature and humidity fluctuation of the indoor 30 can be avoided.
In the preferred embodiment, the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 are controlled to be alternately in the heating state by a linkage control method, that is, one of the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 is controlled to decrease in frequency, and the other one of the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 is controlled to increase in frequency, that is, the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102 are controlled simultaneously. Specifically, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the coordinated control circuit in the prior art can be used to realize the coordinated control of the first cold heat source 101 and the second cold heat source 102.
