Description

Sleeper structure capable of repairing railway spike looseness and railway spike looseness repairing method
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of rail transit facilities, in particular to a sleeper structure capable of repairing spike looseness and a spike looseness repairing method.
Background
In a railway system, a sleeper is one of important parts for transferring load and stabilizing a track, and the technical level and quality of the sleeper directly influence the design and operation safety of the railway track.
At present, the common sleeper forms mainly include wooden sleepers, concrete sleepers, composite sleepers and the like. The composite sleeper is widely applied because the concrete sleeper has the defects of heavy weight, easy fragmentation, high rigidity and the like, and the wood sleeper also has the defects of easy corrosion, short service life, resource shortage and the like. The synthetic sleeper is a general name of a sleeper taking natural organic matters or artificially synthesized high polymer materials as a matrix and reinforced by short fibers or continuous fibers. The composite sleeper has the density, strength and processing performance equivalent to those of a wooden sleeper, is convenient for engineering design, field construction and application maintenance, has the advantages of no water absorption (or extremely low water absorption), strong aging corrosion resistance and the like, and becomes an ideal wooden sleeper substitute material.
The density, compression strength and other characteristics of the material used by the composite sleeper are similar to those of wood, but are far smaller than those of concrete or metal materials, and the brittleness is higher; the material is a non-homogeneous material, has weak resistance to local stress in a specific direction, and inevitably has the defects of local holes, looseness, uneven impregnation and the like due to the limitation of a manufacturing process, so that the composite sleeper body is not firm enough. Anchors such as metal spikes, which are subject to significant wheel track loads, are threadably secured in a relatively "loose" sleeper matrix. Under the action of long-term dynamic load of a train, the local stress concentration of the joint part of the sleeper and the spike easily causes local crushing or collapse of the sleeper material at the joint surface, so that the gripping force on the spike is insufficient, the spike gradually loosens and loses the locking effect.
At present, the method of glue pouring is generally adopted for repairing the looseness of the composite sleeper spike, and a method of repairing the sleeper hole (patent number CN 108570896A) is applied by Luoyangxinglong new material science and technology limited company, and the hole is filled by using a repairing material and an adhesive which are the same as the material of the sleeper. The method is complex to operate, relatively high in requirements on construction conditions and the like, when the applied sleeper is repaired, the steel rail needs to be lifted, the fasteners are disassembled, the hole is expanded, cleaned and repaired again, the repair of the loosened spikes needs specific repair time, and the repair under normal conditions has to influence the operation of the railway line.
