Detergent dispensing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detergent distribution, in particular to a detergent distribution device.
Background
Washing machines typically use a variety of detergents. The liquid detergent is widely used because the washing effect of the liquid detergent is better and the dosage is more accurate and convenient to control, but in the washing machine using the liquid detergent, each detergent is provided with a respective supply pump, and the selected detergent is controlled and distributed according to the requirement. In the conventional washing machine, the number of the detergent supply pumps is large, so that the cost is increased and the space efficiency is reduced. In addition, the detergent supply pump should use a high-priced motor that can precisely control the amount of detergent to be supplied, and has a complicated structure and a high possibility of malfunction.
Chinese utility model patent CN211324836U discloses a detergent dispenser, comprising a housing, a liquid storage chamber and a metering chamber located inside the housing, a driving assembly, and one or more dispensing mechanisms suitable for dispensing liquid quantitatively; through the design that the inlet and the input port are not as high in the gravity direction improves the volumetric utilization ratio of measurement chamber, and need not to set up the blast pipe, and the input precision is high. However, the liquid outlet amount of the metering cavity is controlled by the driving part, the sealing performance is poor, liquid leakage is easy, when the amount of the washing liquid in the liquid storage cavity is small, due to the viscosity of the washing liquid, the gravity is resisted, so that sufficient washing liquid cannot enter the metering cavity, and the distribution effect is poor.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1, according to an embodiment, a detergent dispensing device 1 is composed of a housing 10, a suction part 20, a transmission path 50, a detergent supply pipe 60, and a detergent guide part 70. Wherein the housing 10 is a basic frame, and the suction part 20 and the detergent guide part 70 are provided therein.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the suction unit 20 includes a cylinder 22, a piston 24, a driving unit 26, a suction control valve 30, and a discharge control valve 40 so as to supply detergent into the washing tub.
The cylinder 22 includes an inlet port 22a and an outlet port 22b for receiving and discharging the liquid detergent from the detergent guide 70, and a detergent containing chamber 22c for temporarily receiving the liquid detergent introduced into the inlet port 22a is formed therein.
The piston 24 is linearly reciprocated inside the cylinder 22, and the suction stroke of the liquid detergent by the suction port 22a and the discharge stroke of the liquid detergent by the discharge port 22b are controlled to be adjustable during the reciprocation.
The driving unit 26 drives the piston 24 to reciprocate in order to move the piston 24 in the intake stroke and the discharge stroke, and is composed of a driving motor 27 having a driving shaft 27a and a transmission unit 28 for converting the rotational motion of the driving shaft 27a into the reciprocating motion of the piston 24.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the transmission unit 28 includes a cam pin 28a offset from the axial center of the drive shaft 27a and a cam guide 28b for controlling the reciprocating direction of the piston 24 by the cam pin 28a and guiding the piston to slide in the lateral direction. Here, the cam rail 28b preferably has an activation section with a downward inclination angle according to the moving direction of the cam pin 28 a. The start section formed in the cam guide 28b is formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle in the reciprocating direction of the piston 24. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be formed by bending (not shown). That is, the driving motor 27 requires a large torque value for the operation of the piston 24 in order to perform the initial stage of the suction stroke of the liquid detergent to the suction port 22a, and thus the torque value required at this time can be minimized.
The suction control valve 30 is provided inside the suction port 22a, and opens the suction port 22a when the piston 24 performs a suction movement, and closes the suction port 22a when the piston 24 performs a discharge movement.
The discharge control valve 40 is provided inside the discharge port 22b, and opens the discharge port 22b when the piston 24 performs a discharge movement, and closes the discharge port 22b when the piston 24 performs an intake movement.
The transmission path 50 is a passage for supplying the liquid detergent to the suction unit 20, and is formed in the housing 10 to be connected to the suction port 22a formed in the cylinder 22.
The plurality of detergent supply pipes 60 supply a plurality of different liquid detergents, and in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, are composed of a washing detergent supply pipe 62, a softener supply pipe 64, and a water supply path 66. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be constructed only by the laundry detergent supply pipe and the softener supply pipe or may be constructed only by the laundry detergent supply pipe according to the user's purpose.
Here, the water supplied through the water supply path 66 is used for cleaning the transmission path 50, the suction port 22a and the discharge port 22b in the cylinder 22, and the detergent storage chamber 22 c. That is, in order to prevent the transmission path 50, the suction port 22a, and the discharge port 22b from being clogged due to the solidification of the laundry detergent or softener used for washing, the plurality of detergent supply pipes 60 are connected by a detergent box 68 and a water supply unit (not shown) in which the liquid detergent is stored.
The detergent guide unit 70 is provided to the communicating path 50 through an optional one of the liquid detergents provided from the detergent supply pipe 60. The detergent guiding device 70 includes a fixed disk 72 having a plurality of detergent supply pipes 60 connected to a plurality of communication holes 72a, a driving disk 74 having a selection hole 74a rotatably disposed with respect to the fixed disk 72 and opening at any one of the plurality of communication holes 72a, and a guiding driving unit 76 for rotating the driving disk 74.
The fixed disk 72 preferably includes a plurality of selective hole detection sensors 72 b. It is detected which of the plurality of communication holes 72a the selection hole 74a communicates with. The apparatus further includes a controller 80 for determining whether or not the selected communication hole is opened by the selected hole 74a based on the signals from the plurality of selected hole detection sensors 72b, and controlling the guide driving unit 76 to open the selected communication hole when it is determined that the selected communication hole is not opened.
Here, the selected communication hole 72a among the plurality of communication holes 72a is selected by a signal input by a user, and the control device 80 includes an alarm device 82 for informing the user of the alarm sound when the selected communication hole is not opened by the selected hole 74a by the user input, and a reset portion 84 for restoring the position of the selected hole 74a to an initial position.
When the position of the selection hole 74a is returned to the initial position by the reset portion 84, the controller 80 drives the guide driving portion 76 again to open the selected communication hole from the selection hole 74 a.
