Abstract
本发明是塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,包括扣合在一起的型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ,型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ之间形成空腔,型芯Ⅰ上连有与空腔连通的真空接头,型芯Ⅱ上安装有两个水路加长管,水路加长管的外侧端连有水路接头,型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ之间的空腔内安装有冷却铜管,冷却铜管的两端分别与两个水路加长管的内侧端连接,形成冷却回路。本发明将植绒带利用真空吸附在型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ的型腔表面,将已弯曲成型的金属骨架安装在型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ上,利用胶料将植绒带和金属骨架连接在一起,完成整个密封条植绒的生产过程。通过使用本发明将注塑成型和橡胶植绒集成于注塑模具中,相较于传统橡胶植绒工艺,减少了大部分工序,节约了生产成本,提高生产效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及植绒带装配技术领域,尤其涉及塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构。
背景技术
橡胶植绒密封条在汽车密封条***中占据非常重要的地位。通常应用在门窗玻璃导槽密封条和腰线密封条中,其主要功能是密封和降低风噪。
目前常用工艺方法如下:先将金属骨架根据汽车钣金结构做出相应的弯曲形状,然后再通过注塑模具将骨架覆盖上橡胶再植绒的工艺。传统的植绒方法包括涂胶、静电植绒、固化。在整个工艺中,由于绒毛导电性差、下绒量低、粘合剂厚度不均匀、固化程度不够等因素导致绒毛密度低、绒毛不均、植绒强度差的问题,不但成品率低,而且整个生产工序复杂、繁琐,投入成本较大。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,包括扣合在一起的型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ,且型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ通过若干螺钉固定在一起,型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ之间形成空腔,型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ上均设有若干与空腔连通的通孔,型芯Ⅰ上连有与空腔连通的真空接头,型芯Ⅱ上安装有两个水路加长管,水路加长管的外侧端连有水路接头,型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ之间的空腔内安装有冷却铜管,冷却铜管的两端分别与两个水路加长管的内侧端连接,形成冷却回路。
型芯Ⅰ位于型芯Ⅱ上方,型芯Ⅰ的顶面和型芯Ⅱ的底面均中间低周边高,与空腔连通的通孔位于型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ的中部,且型芯Ⅰ顶面左侧和型芯Ⅱ底面左侧均设有用于安装金属骨架的一号开口。
型芯Ⅱ底面远离水路加长管的一侧设有二号开口,且二号开口处安装有磁铁。
磁铁安装有一个或若干个。
型芯Ⅱ上安装有固定板,冷却铜管的端部固定在固定板上,且冷却铜管的端部伸出固定板后与水路加长管连接。
与空腔连通的通孔的直径为1mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明旨在减少工序,降低成本。将植绒带利用真空吸附在型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ的型腔表面,将已弯曲成型的金属骨架安装在型芯Ⅰ和型芯Ⅱ上,利用胶料将植绒带和金属骨架连接在一起,完成整个密封条植绒的生产过程。通过使用本发明将注塑成型和橡胶植绒集成于注塑模具中,相较于传统橡胶植绒工艺,减少了大部分工序,节约了生产成本,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1至图2所示,塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,包括扣合在一起的型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6,且型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6通过若干螺钉7固定在一起,螺钉7安装在型芯Ⅰ1的四周,型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6之间形成空腔,型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6上均设有若干与空腔连通的通孔,与空腔连通的通孔的直径为1mm,型芯Ⅰ1上连有与空腔连通的真空接头2,真空接头2作用是连接外界气源,使型芯Ⅰ1与型芯Ⅱ6的内部形成真空环境,例如真空接头2与外部真空泵连接,使型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6之间的空腔产生负压,将植绒带吸附到型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6上;
型芯Ⅱ6上安装有两个水路加长管3,水路加长管3的外侧端连有水路接头4,型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6之间的空腔内安装有冷却铜管9,冷却铜管9的两端分别与两个水路加长管3的内侧端连接,形成冷却回路,其作用是保证在工作状态下,防止温度过高。
型芯Ⅱ6上安装有固定板5,冷却铜管9的端部固定在固定板5上,且冷却铜管9的端部伸出固定板5后与水路加长管3连接。
型芯Ⅰ1位于型芯Ⅱ6上方,型芯Ⅰ1的顶面和型芯Ⅱ6的底面均中间低周边高,与空腔连通的通孔位于型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6的中部,型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6的中部壁厚均为4mm,且型芯Ⅰ1顶面左侧和型芯Ⅱ6底面左侧均设有用于安装金属骨架的一号开口10,型芯Ⅱ6 底面远离水路加长管3的一侧设有二号开口,且二号开口处安装有磁铁8,磁铁8安装有一个或若干个,用于利用磁力固定金属骨架。
本发明安装在模具内部,工作时,在外界气源的作用下,通过真空接头2使型芯Ⅰ1与型芯Ⅱ6的内部形成真空环境,使植绒带吸附在型芯Ⅰ1与型芯Ⅱ6的表面,C形或U形金属骨架安装在型芯Ⅰ1与型芯Ⅱ6上,且金属骨架的内侧中部位于型芯Ⅰ1与型芯Ⅱ6的一号开口处,金属骨架通过磁铁8固定,防止位移,固定完成后,合模注塑,金属骨架注塑成型与植绒同步完成。
本发明旨在减少工序,降低成本。将植绒带利用真空吸附在型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6的型腔表面,将已弯曲成型的金属骨架安装在型芯Ⅰ1和型芯Ⅱ6上,利用胶料将植绒带和金属骨架连接在一起,完成整个密封条植绒的生产过程。通过使用本发明将注塑成型和橡胶植绒集成于注塑模具中,相较于传统橡胶植绒工艺,减少了大部分工序,节约了生产成本,提高生产效率。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,其特征在于,包括扣合在一起的型芯Ⅰ(1)和型芯Ⅱ(6),且型芯Ⅰ(1)和型芯Ⅱ(6)通过若干螺钉(7)固定在一起,型芯Ⅰ(1)和型芯Ⅱ(6)之间形成空腔,型芯Ⅰ(1)和型芯Ⅱ(6)上均设有若干与空腔连通的通孔,型芯Ⅰ(1)上连有与空腔连通的真空接头(2),型芯Ⅱ(6)上安装有两个水路加长管(3),水路加长管(3)的外侧端连有水路接头(4),型芯Ⅰ(1)和型芯Ⅱ(6)之间的空腔内安装有冷却铜管(9),冷却铜管(9)的两端分别与两个水路加长管(3)的内侧端连接,形成冷却回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,其特征在于,型芯Ⅰ(1)位于型芯Ⅱ(6)上方,型芯Ⅰ(1)的顶面和型芯Ⅱ(6)的底面均中间低周边高,与空腔连通的通孔位于型芯Ⅰ(1)和型芯Ⅱ(6)的中部,且型芯Ⅰ(1)顶面左侧和型芯Ⅱ(6)底面左侧均设有用于安装金属骨架的一号开口(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,其特征在于,型芯Ⅱ(6)底面远离水路加长管(3)的一侧设有二号开口,且二号开口处安装有磁铁(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,其特征在于,磁铁(8)安装有一个或若干个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,其特征在于,型芯Ⅱ(6)上安装有固定板(5),冷却铜管(9)的端部固定在固定板(5)上,且冷却铜管(9)的端部伸出固定板(5)后与水路加长管(3)连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的塑胶模具中集成植绒带的装配结构,其特征在于,与空腔连通的通孔的直径为1mm。
