a lower pressing rod (73) connected to the first supporting plate (71);
the first supporting block (74) is connected to the supporting frame (2) and the clamping rod (3);
a first rotating shaft (75) rotatably connected to the first support block (74);
the action block (76) is connected to the first rotating shaft (75), and the action block (76) is matched with the lower pressing rod (73);
a third support bar (77) connected to the first support plate (71);
and the second wedge block (78) is connected to the third support rod (77), and the second wedge block (78) is matched with the first wedge block (66).

a diamond block (94) slidably coupled to the second shaft (93);
a fifth support bar (95) connected to the diamond blocks (94);
a hook (96) connected to the fifth support bar (95);
and a fourth spring (97) connected between the diamond block (94) and the second support plate (92).
6. A medical orthopaedic leg rehabilitation training device according to claim 5, further comprising an adjustment mechanism (10), the adjustment mechanism (10) comprising:
a second support block (101) connected to the handle (5);
the second telescopic rod (102) is connected to the fifth spring (103), and the second telescopic rod (102) is matched with the clamping rod (3);
a fifth spring (103) connected to the second support block (101);
and a sixth spring (104) connected between the handle (5) and the first support plate (71).
7. A medical orthopaedic leg rehabilitation training device according to claim 6, further comprising a transmission mechanism (11), the transmission mechanism (11) comprising:
a third support block (1101) connected to the handle (5);
a fourth support block (1102) connected to the handle (5);
a third rotating shaft (1103) rotatably connected to the third supporting block (1101);
a rotating rod (1104) connected to the third rotating shaft (1103);
a second torsion spring (1105) connected between the third rotation shaft (1103) and the third support block (1101);
a fourth rotating shaft (1106) connected to the rotating rod (1104);
a push block (1107) connected to the fourth rotating shaft (1106);
a sliding sleeve (1108) connected to the first support rod (4);
a slider (1109) connected to the push block (1107);
and the push rod (1110) is connected to the sliding block (1109) and the second telescopic rod (102).
