In the embodiment of the present invention, when brewing is required, first, two ends of the capsule are disposed in the first slot 16 and the second slot, and the pressing plate 410 is pressed, so that the first curved rod 41 and the second curved rod 45 rotate, and the first sliding shaft 42 and the second sliding shaft 46 move together along the first guide rail 121 and the second guide rail 411 to one end close to the mounting plate 11, thereby driving the brewing device 30 to move towards the liquid outlet device 20. During the process of the brewing device 30 moving to the liquid outlet device 20, the brewing device 30 moves smoothly obliquely upward, and one end of the brewing device 30 is in a tendency of shoveling upward under the action of the third sliding shaft 48 and the fourth sliding shaft 49, so that the capsule is accommodated in the brewing groove 311. When the brewing device 30 is located at the first position, the brewing device 30 pushes the capsule out from between the first clamping groove 16 and the second clamping groove to be abutted to the liquid outlet device 20, the brewing device 30 is started to brew the capsule, and the beverage flows out from the liquid outlet device 20 to finish brewing. The pressing plate 410 is turned over, the first curved lever 41 and the second curved lever 45 rotate, so that the first sliding shaft 42 and the second sliding shaft 46 move together along the first guide rail 121 and the second guide rail 411 to the end far away from the mounting plate 11, thereby driving the brewing device 30 to be far away from the liquid outlet device 20. During the process of the brewing device 30 moving towards the liquid outlet device 20, the brewing device 30 moves smoothly and obliquely downwards, the first pushing arm 52 and the second pushing arm 53 pull out the capsule from the first clamping groove 16 and the second clamping groove, and one end of the brewing device 30 tends to be pressed downwards under the action of the third sliding shaft 48 and the fourth sliding shaft 49, so that the capsule is automatically separated from the brewing groove 311 by means of gravity.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an extraction apparatus 100 including: the device comprises a bracket 10, a liquid outlet device 20, a brewing device 30 and a driving mechanism 40. The bracket 10 includes a mounting plate 11, a first side plate 12 and a second side plate 13, wherein the first side plate 12 and the second side plate 13 extend from the mounting plate 11 to two sides. The mounting plate 11, the first side plate 12 and the second side plate 13 jointly enclose and close to have an accommodating cavity 14, the mounting plate 11 is provided with a mounting hole, and the first side plate 12 is provided with a first guide rail 121. The brewing device 30 is arranged in the containing cavity 14 and can move in the containing cavity 14, and the brewing device 30 is used for brewing the capsule. The liquid outlet device 20 is arranged in the mounting hole, and when the capsule is brewed, the extract liquid is discharged through the liquid outlet device 20. The driving mechanism 40 is used for driving the brewing device 30 to move towards the liquid outlet device 20, the driving mechanism 40 includes a first curved rod 41 and a first sliding shaft 42, the first curved rod 41 is provided with a second guide rail 411, one end of the first curved rod 41 is connected with the bracket 10, the other end of the first curved rod 41 can rotate relative to the bracket 10, the first sliding shaft 42 is arranged on the brewing device 30, and the first sliding shaft 42 is respectively inserted in the first guide rail 121 and the second guide rail 411 and can slide in the first guide rail 121 and the second guide rail 411. Wherein, when the brewing device 30 is located at the first position, the brewing device 30 is abutted against the capsule located in the liquid outlet device 20, and when the brewing device 30 is located at the second position, the brewing device 30 is separated from the capsule. The first sliding shaft 42 can be driven to move on the first track and the second track by rotating the first crank lever 41, so as to drive the brewing device 30 to move. The structure of the driving mechanism 40 in the embodiment of the invention is simpler than that of the existing multi-link mechanism, and the production cost can be reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a beverage machine, which comprises the above-mentioned extraction device 100, wherein the extraction device 100 is used for extracting the capsule so as to prepare the beverage. For the structure of the extraction apparatus 100, reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not described in detail herein.
It should be noted that the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification, which are provided as additional limitations to the present invention and to provide a more thorough understanding of the present disclosure. Claims (10)

1. An extraction apparatus, comprising:
the support comprises an installation plate and a first side plate and a second side plate which are obtained by extending the installation plate to two sides of the installation plate, wherein an accommodation cavity is enclosed by the installation plate, the first side plate and the second side plate, the installation plate is provided with an installation hole, and the first side plate is provided with a first guide rail;
the liquid outlet device is arranged in the mounting hole and is used for accommodating the capsule when the capsule is brewed;
the brewing device is arranged in the accommodating cavity and can move in the accommodating cavity, and the brewing device is used for brewing the capsule;
the driving mechanism is used for driving the brewing device to move, the driving mechanism comprises a first curved bar and a first sliding shaft, the first curved bar is provided with a second guide rail, one end of the first curved bar is rotatably connected with the support, the other end of the first curved bar can rotate relative to the support, the brewing device is arranged on the first sliding shaft, and the first sliding shaft is respectively inserted into the first guide rail and the second guide rail and can slide in the first guide rail and the second guide rail;
the first crank rod is used for rotating to drive the first sliding shaft to move along the first guide rail and the second guide rail, so that the brewing device is driven to move, when the brewing device is located at a first position, the brewing device abuts against a capsule located in the liquid outlet device, and when the brewing device is located at a second position, the brewing device is separated from the capsule.

The extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sliding shaft is provided with a first boss, the first curved lever is provided with a first engaging member, the first boss and the first engaging member are used for abutting against each other to engage and fix the brewing device at the first position, and when the brewing device is located at the first position, a surface of the first boss far away from the liquid outlet device abuts against a surface of the first engaging member close to the liquid outlet device.

The extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a first elastic member disposed at an end of the bracket away from the mounting hole and connected to the first curved rod, the first elastic member being configured to provide an elastic force to the first curved rod to restore the brewing device to the second position.

The extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a second curved bar and a second sliding shaft, the second side plate is provided with a third guide rail, the second curved bar is provided with a fourth guide rail, one end of the second curved bar is rotatably connected with the bracket, the other end of the second curved bar can rotate relative to the bracket, the second sliding shaft and the first sliding shaft are respectively arranged at two sides of the brewing device, and the second sliding shaft is respectively inserted into the third guide rail and the fourth guide rail and can slide in the third guide rail and the fourth guide rail.

The extraction apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first guide rail comprises a first rail, a second rail and a third rail, the first rail, the second rail and the third rail are smoothly arranged along the direction from the mounting plate to the other end of the support, the first rail is arranged along the direction perpendicular to the length of the support, the third rail forms an acute angle with the first rail, the second rail has a circular arc in cross section, and the second rail is respectively communicated with the first rail and the third rail.

The extraction apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the second guide rail comprises a fourth rail and a fifth rail, the fourth rail is communicated with the fifth rail, the fourth rail and the fifth rail are smoothly arranged along the direction from the mounting plate to the other end of the support, the fourth rail is arranged along the length direction of the support, and an obtuse angle is formed between the fifth rail and the fourth rail.
7. The extraction plant according to claim 6,
the driving mechanism further comprises a third sliding shaft, the third sliding shaft is arranged at one end, close to the mounting hole, of the brewing device, the first sliding shaft is arranged at the other end of the brewing device, and the third sliding shaft is inserted into the first guide rail and can slide in the first guide rail;
when the first sliding shaft is positioned on the fifth track and the third sliding shaft is positioned on the fourth track, one end of the brewing device close to the liquid outlet device is inclined downwards relative to the other end.

The extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a connecting assembly, the connecting assembly comprises a connecting sleeve and a fixed shaft, two ends of the fixed shaft are respectively inserted into the first side plate and the second side plate, the first curved bar is connected with the connecting sleeve, the connecting sleeve is provided with a connecting through hole, the connecting sleeve is sleeved on the fixed shaft through the connecting through hole, and the connecting sleeve can rotate relative to the fixed shaft.

The extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a third elastic member, the connection sleeve is provided with a receiving cavity, the receiving cavity is communicated with the connection through hole, the third elastic member is provided in the receiving cavity, and the third elastic member is used for being respectively abutted against the connection sleeve and the fixed shaft.
10. Beverage machine, characterized in that it comprises an extraction device according to any of claims 1-9.
