Abstract

本申请提供一种资源处理方法及装置，使得网络设备能够在接收到空闲态UE传输的上行数据或信令时顺利进行下行调度，提升为空闲态UE预配置的网络资源的利用率。该方法将网络设备为UE预配置的资源发送至核心网设备保存，在接收到该UE在空闲态发送的上行数据或信令时，核心网设备将该UE预配置的资源信息发送给网络设备，网络设备根据该信息确定UE是否发生小区重选，在UE发生小区重选时，网络设备释放为UE预配置的资源，核心网设备删除该资源的信息，避免无效资源不能及时释放，造成网络资源浪费。
