Detailed Description
The invention may be embodied in many different forms. Representative embodiments are shown in the drawings and will be described in detail herein. The present disclosure includes examples or illustrations of principles, and aspects of the disclosure are not to be limited to the embodiments shown.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 and 2 are schematic perspective views illustrating a protective case 100 according to one or more embodiments of the present invention. In fig. 1, the cover 110 of the protective case 100 is detachably fixed to the case 130. In fig. 2, a rod R (e.g., a Pin) is inserted into the box 130, and the cover 110 and the box 130 are detachable. Specifically, the protective case 100 may be applied to an electronic device (such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a notebook computer) or a non-electronic device to protect electronic components or non-electronic components therein, which is not limited to the invention. The following is a detailed explanation of the structure and actuation relationship between the cover 110 and the box 130 of the protective case 100, so as to facilitate the reader to clearly understand the principles and features of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 3 to fig. 6. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the box 130 and the lever member 170 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the cover 110 in fig. 1. Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the protective case 100 of fig. 1 taken along a sectional line 5. Fig. 6 is a sectional view of the protective case 100 of fig. 2 taken along a sectional line 6. In one embodiment of the present invention, the protective case 100 includes a cover 110, a case 130, and a lever member 170. The cover 110 is detachably fixed to the case 130, and the cover 110 includes a fixing structure 111 and a communication hole 150. The lever member 170 is disposed inside the case 130 (e.g., on the inner surface S or the inner bottom surface), wherein the lever member 170 is configured to move toward or away from the fixing structure 111, such that the lever member 170 is engaged with or separated from the fixing structure 111, the communication hole 150 extends toward the lever member 170, and the communication hole 150 is configured for inserting the rod R, which can push the lever member 170 to be separated from the fixing structure 111, such that the cover 110 and the case 130 are detachable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the lever member 170 has a support shaft 171 and a first section 173 and a second section 175 that rotate relative to the support shaft 171, the first section 173 and the second section 175 being located on opposite sides of the support shaft 171. When the second section 175 moves toward the cover 110, the first section 173 simultaneously moves away from the cover 110 and toward the fixing structure 111. Conversely, when the second section 175 moves away from the cover 110, the first section 173 moves toward the cover 110 and away from the fixing structure 111.
Specifically, the communication hole 150 extends toward the second section 175, and the second section 175 has a stopping portion 175a at the rear end, and the stopping portion 175a may be a protrusion structure extending toward the cover 110, but the invention is not limited thereto. When the rod R is inserted into the through hole 150 and pushes against the stopping portion 175a to continuously push the second section 175 to rotate away from the cover 110, the first section 173 moves away from the fixing structure 111 and separates from the fixing structure 111. The stopping portion 175a can guide the rod R to accurately drive the lever member 170 to rotate, and prevent the rod R from sliding off the lever member 170.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fixing structure 111 includes a first body portion 111a extending downward from a lower bottom surface of the cover 110 and inclined with the first body portion 111a, and a first hook portion 111b extending upward from a bottom end of the first body portion 111a and perpendicular to the first body portion 111a, the first section 173 has a second body portion 173a and a second hook portion 173b extending downward from an end of the second body portion 173a adjacent to the fixing structure 111, and the first section 173 rotates relative to the supporting shaft 171 to drive the second hook portion 173b to move toward or away from the first hook portion 111 b. When the first segment 173 is driven to move away from the fixing structure 111, the first hook portion 111b and the second hook portion 173b are separated from each other, and the cover 110 and the box 130 are detachable. On the contrary, when the first section 173 is driven to move toward the fixing structure 111, the first hook portion 111b and the second hook portion 173b are hooked with each other, and the cover 110 and the box 130 are locked.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the lever member 170 further includes an elastic member 177, wherein the elastic member 177 continuously drives the lever member 170 to move toward the fixing structure 111. Specifically, the elastic member 177 continuously drives the second hook portion 173b of the first segment 173 to move toward the first hook portion 111b of the fixing structure 111, so that the first hook portion 111b and the second hook portion 173b are hooked with each other, and the cover 110 and the box 130 are locked. In addition, the lever member 170 is pushed by the lever body R to drive the first hook portion 111b and the second hook portion 173b to separate from each other, and the elastic member 177 is elastically deformed by the force of the lever member 170, so that the cover 110 and the case 130 are detachable.
Specifically, the elastic member 177 is a spring sheet or an elastic torsion spring, and the elastic member 177 is made of beryllium copper, but the invention is not limited thereto. The supporting shaft 171 is covered by the elastic member 177, and two ends 177a of the elastic member 177 are respectively connected to the second section 175 and the inner surface S of the box body 130 (including a protruding structure or a fixing structure on the inner surface S, but not limited thereto), and the two ends 177a of the elastic member 177 continuously apply force to the second section 175 and the inner surface S of the box body 130, so as to maintain the first hook portion 111b and the second hook portion 173b to be hooked with each other. In addition, the second segment 175 can be pushed by the rod R to drive the elastic member 177 to elastically deform, so that the first hook portion 111b and the second hook portion 173b are separated from each other.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the stick R pushes the second section 175 away from the cover 110, the first section 173 moves toward the cover 110 and can expand the cover 110. Specifically, the length of the first section 173 is greater than the length of the second section 175, and when the first hook portion 111b and the second hook portion 173b are hooked with each other, the shortest distance from the first section 173 to the cover 110 is smaller than the shortest distance from the second section 175 to the inner surface S of the box 130, so that the first section 173 is driven to open the cover 110, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments of the invention, the case 130 includes a support column 131, wherein the support column 131 is disposed between the inner surface S and the first section 173. Specifically, the material of the supporting column 131 includes a flexible material, an elastic material, or a rigid material to buffer or support the first segment 173, so as to prevent the first segment 173 from being driven to rotate too fast to impact the fixing structure 111, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cover 110 has a first stepped structure 113, wherein the first stepped structure 113 is located at an edge of the cover 110. The case 130 has a second stepped structure 133 corresponding to the first stepped structure 113, wherein the second stepped structure 133 is located on a sidewall of the case 130. The first step structure 113 and the second step structure 113 are designed to help the cover 110 and the box 130 to be stably connected, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In summary, the protective case provided by the present invention utilizes the design of the lever member to replace the conventional screw fixing structure. The protective shell is usually in a locked state, and after the rod body is inserted into the communication hole of the protective shell, the lever component is separated from the fixed structure, so that the shell and the cover body are in a detachable state, and a user can conveniently open the protective shell. Because the lever component and the fixing structure are arranged in the protective shell, when the cover body is covered on the box body, the lever component and the fixing structure are protected, and further can be prevented from being influenced by liquid and moisture oxidation, and even the protective shell can be prevented from being influenced by the exposure of a screw head or other parts for fixing in appearance, so that the appearance is attractive.
