If the loading of the identity of the audience terminal is not completed within the preset time, displaying the placeholder at the position of the identity display in the first speaking information and the identity information;
Generating third speaking information according to the first speaking information, the identity information and the placeholder;
displaying the third speaking information in the live broadcasting room;
